I did not have a local sim card and was not able to be contacted by phone.My emails re pickup and shuttle were unanswered. However once I was able to access Evolve's whatsapp I was able to stay in contact and all went smoothly thereafter. Return went smoothly...shuttle was timely and driver was cool. I had a good experience booking a car for 10days with Evolve car rentals. The car was clean and mechanically sound. The service from the team was excellent, I received good communication from the team with directions and instructions. The complimentary shuttle bus to and from the airport was handy, fast for pick up and delivery.
