Broken Samsung TV!
HelloI bought a Samsung TV from you 3 years ago. Today, the screen went black and only sound is coming out. It’s turning on and then off again. It’s not functioning properly. Under Australian Consumer Law, it is reasonable to expect a Samsung TV to last for more than 3 years.
I’d like a replacement please.

Damaged my house upon delivery
Upon delivery they ruin my door frame and my floor. The delivery guys apologise and said they were reporting back to the company so we could get this fixed.No one ever reached out I followed up multiple times with no solution. It's been 4 months and every time I called they say they will get someone to fix and let me waiting forever! Show details

Cyber Monday (28-Nov) 11:37am: I created an account 11:46am: I placed my order, with payment via credit card. 11:46am: I received a “New order” email confirming my order number and details of my order (item I had ordered, postage address, etc) 11:46am: Received e-invoice 12:13pm: Received email notifying that my order status has been updated to “packing for Cope” 12:14pm: Received email with my full invoice attached 1:22pm: Received email notifying that my order status has been updated to “Dispatched”, and that my item was being shipped by Allied Express. The email also contained my tracking number and a link to the Allied Express website. Tuesday 29-Nov -No updates Wed 30-Nov 6:46am: Freight status updated to being onboard with driver for delivery 2:20pm: I received a phone call from the courier driver checking that someone was home to take delivery. I confirmed. 2:30pm: courier arrived and I helped him unload my new tv. It was the correct model and the box has no signs of damage. Overall I was extremely happy with my purchase through BuySmarte and highly recommend them.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

fiasco, might have faired better had they read the reviews (1.2 out of 5 on this review site). Shout out to ProductReviews. As Always, caveat emptor. P.S. BuySmarte earned 4.4 out of 5. That's a respectable difference, especially considering that consumers can't give a score of less than 1 out of 5. Seems a bit unfair that a seller gets a 20% positive score, no matter how bad they are.Amazing support team!
Had an issue with a TV I purchased within warranty period. The team was very responsive and did not give me any trouble claiming my warranty.There were delays in servicing my TV but their support team kept in touch and provided updates timely.
