Shocking to deal with. First time buying from them and ordered and paid for a pair of shoes - nothing about my order and then 2 weeks later get an email to say they dont have them and the order is cancelled. Never buying anything form them again.
Appalled – Awful awful awful!! I ordered a BRAND NEW mascara and this dodgy company sent me a USED TESTER! It still even had the sticker on it! When I messaged them and asked them to send me a brand new one, they refused. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!
Nothing arrived – I ordered 2 shirts on the 20-3-23 and was told they would arrive on the 12-25 of April. I go into the site and go to my orders and they dont even show up. There isn't anyone I can speak to and it's extremely hard to make a complaint. My order number is 35483996. I thought BuyInvite were ok but now this. 3 months is a long time to deliver goods.

Very unreliable with fulfilling orders, my last 6 orders have been cancelled during this year.
40/60 chance of being ripped off – I’ve been buying from here for many years. Whilst I am please with many items, you get more than a few which are fakes and not worth the price. I bought a couple of really good quality skirts the last time BUT my most recent example of not getting what I paid for is: (This one isn’t much of a complaint because I can still do a lot with the top and… Read more
choose to keep it) I bought an “Azura Exchange Eyelash V Neck Leopard Top” for $45. It was the last to arrive, took a few weeks and came from China (or Hong Kong, I can’t remember exactly). The stitching is HORRIBLE! It’s coming undone all over the place and frayed! It’s all uneven aswell! The lace material seems the same as those cheap ones from Wish which last only a few uses. In saying that, the main leopard print material is decent. This top also came with NO TAG to tell me the size or the brand! They either took it off or didn’t even make a tag with the brand or size on purpose because it’s a cheaper version. I ordered a Small - it seems Large. The model on their website is smaller than I am and it looked more fitting on her, lol. I know it was a ”relaxed” fitting top and looked better tucked in, as per description. It’s more on the loose side, but it is literally Large on me! Almost a mini dress, lol, or even a night gown! And I’m usually a Medium! The only indication of its’ size is the plastic zip lock bag it came in, which says “S.” Overall, definitely not worth $45! Don’t let the pictures fool you on some of their products.
So buyer beware. You sometimes don’t get what you paid for. You get a cheap products instead, with horrible presentation and quality, mostly with clothes and jewellery. Buying toys or beauty products have never been an issue. It really depends what you purchase.

Quality Products and Excellent Customer Service – Huge fan of this site for a long time now, with a big range of products at very good, sometimes quite amazing, prices and really good quality. Have bought furniture, decor, clothes etc. Have only had a couple of incidents and their Customer Service was excellent. Prompt replies to any queries and extremely helpful and have always had a satisfactory result. Show details · 1
Great pricing for longer wait time – Excellent communication: response within a couple days Product: much cheaper than other stores, product seemed genuine Delivery time: took about 4 weeks to arrive but i was willing to wait due to cheap pricing Show details · 1
Most products I've got are great price and correct. I am a big fan of this website – I am a big fan of this website. Just sometimes that product came up with mistakes or wrong but they always refund quite fast. Good and reliable website and team. Show details

Very Disappointed – I ordered these pieces of jewellery as gifts for Christmas, they are terrible cheap, nasty, unfortunately I could have bought nicer pieces at a $2 shop down the road and yet I waited weeks for jewellery that look nothing like the photos! Very Dissatisfied

$288 returns sent 5th Aug didnt get refund until 11th Sep – I had a recent bad experience with Buy Invite which has definitely made me wary of buying from them. I sent $288 worth of returns in 2 packages exactly as requested with tracking numbers which showed delivery a few days later. Tracking numbers were provided to the seller "Miss Pinki" also known as "Cherry Blossom clothing" on the 5th Aug using… Read more
the Buy Invite platform. There was zero commuication back from the seller, not once, not ever. I escalated to Buy Invite on 16th August. no response was ever provided by them on their website. The only way I could get help was by posting a review on this platform and then going through mediation which was frankly a frustrating experience going round in circles and clearly no-one was doing anything. I sent screenshots, everything i possibly could. I wrote a formal letter on the advice of NSW Fair trading. They never even acknowledged receipt. In the end Buy Invite refunded well over a month later, but it's definitely left me distrustful of them. Like every other business the cutbacks in customer support are just inexcusable. All is well until something goes wrong. There is of course no number to call unlike they used to have in the past. I want to post this review because of the frustation and stress this caused me and just to forewarn others. Maybe this was the fault of the seller but getting Buy Invite to help me was an uphill battle.

Customer service terrible – I have bought from Buyinvite for many years now & had OK experiences until the last 6 months (apart from slow deliveries quite often). The most recent experience was when bedsheets that I ordered on 9/11/2021 didn't arrive. I contacted Australia Post who deemed them lost in transit and to contact seller, which I did. Buyinvite on 4/1/2022 saying they would check with Australia Post and if no update, they would resend the item. I thought that it was good they would resend, but that was the last contact I had from them, despite messaging back every few days. There is no phone number to call on. Then I raised a dispute with PayPal and even they couldn't contact them. Today I got a refund from PayPal, thank goodness. I will never shop from Buyinvite again.

Do not deal with this company – Have been a Buyinvite customer for a while and used to be good. Not so now. Latest order on the 13 September was delivered 27 September, but not to us - 800 kms away from delivery address. Multiple messages left on contact us page on website - only way to make contact. Refund promised but never delivered. Not happy Buiyinvite.

Don’t deserve even 1 star – Appalling customer service. Delivery Always delayed. Only email as a point of contact and No reply for days. If you have a problem with product- it’s money lost. How do they getaway with this!. Don’t bother with this site, look for a proper reliable supplier .

Be careful with brands and knock offs – There is currently an exact replica of a Bvlgari BZero bracelet on this site for $37 (massive breach of copyright - the real one is $2970). Average products – Buy invite is a bit hit and miss. I have purchased several items over the years. The second pair purchased some time after were not branded, the… Read more
sizing was different and they were made of substandard material. I did get my money back however when i raised this issue with them. So their return / complaint system has been fair in my experience. Sizing of clothing is also hit and miss and quality of clothing too. Sometimes you get something great - other times not so much.

Ok in the past but not now – I had made a few purchased with buyinvite over the years, hadn't used them for a while and decided to purchase something on the 15 Jan 2020, was due to be delivered on the 29 Jan 2020. further response so I contacted them again on the 3 Feb 2020, they responded the next day 4 Feb 2020 saying they were still investigating, no followup yet again from them, I checked my order on the 7 Feb 2020 and it said it had been cancelled, I contacted them again asking why, they responded the same day saying the supplier was out of stock. As I made the purchase using humm I wanted to know where my refund would go seeing I had already paid most of the purchase off, their response
Thank you for your message.
Should you checkout with Humm and we are required to then refund part or all of your order, we will arrange to adjust the amount of any remaining installments to ensure that you are never overcharged.
If the amount of the refund we owe you is more than the amount you have already paid, we will cancel any future payments relating to that order as well as refund any payments you have already made.
Please note that the refund process is not completely automated and as such, your next scheduled installment may come out before any refund is completed in our system. Rest assured that you will always be refunded the correct amount should this occur.
If you have any questions you can simply reply to this contact message via the Contact Us section of the website.
I found their answer a bit ambiguous so I emailed them again, no response so I contacted Humm (you can read their review on their page), I have to wait 7 to 10 days for them to refund what I had already paid, the refund from byinvite went through on 10 Feb 2020, so the clincher here is what I purchased on the 15 Jan 2020 is still listed as available on buyinvite and between buyinvite and humm it will take over a month for me to get a refund.
Poor communication and unreliable, I won't be buying from them again or using humm again

They don't supply goods you've paid for and follow with terrible customer service – Made two separate purchases before Christmas, which were both supposed to be delivered before Christmas. - the website said that it would be delivered by the 23rd December - still has not arrived on 28th January. I have contacted the company only to be told 10 days for this and 14 days for that, which I had already stated was well past. In most recent communication I was told that they'd spoken to logistics but didn't know what was happening with the order and they could see if they could get me a refund! Presumably if they will not supply the goods, Fair Trading would state that I'm entitled to a refund, not that they might consider giving me one. This same sale was advertised again in January with delivery before the end of January! Are those people AND the people who ordered in December still waiting too? Or is it only my order that was lost? It seems this company was bought out a few years ago and since then has just become so big that they can't function properly and don't seem to care.

Know your consumer rights before you buy and screenshot everything you buy – Definitely not always hassle free, that’s for sure - know your consumer rights before you buy. happened: On 21 November 2019, I purchased 2 pairs of sneakers - was over-charged by $9.09 on one pair and the other pair were out of stock, so they were never sent to me. I contacted Buyinvite and pointed out that I had been over-charged by $9.09 on one of the pairs of sneakers. Buyinvite required me to provide a screenshot of the advertised price (so always keep a screenshot otherwise you will be scrolling for hours to find it) - they then offered a store credit, I asked for a refund, and got it on 4 December, when I was also refunded for the sneakers that were out of stock. The other pair of sneakers (my normal size) arrived but unfortunately were too small, so I messaged Buyinvite and asked if I could return them and get a refund. On 5 December, they messaged me and confirmed that I could get a refund, but that I had to take a photo of the sneakers (which I did) and that I had to provide the photo to them (which I did). They then tried to charge me $9.50 to return the sneakers which I thought was a bit rich considering that they had over-charged me $9.09 when I bought them, and if I had not pointed it out to them, I’m sure they wouldn’t have pointed out the over-charge to me. They ended up giving me a free return, so I returned the sneakers, but after Buyinvite received the sneakers, they emailed me that I had a store credit. I messaged them that they had already promised me a refund, so I expected a refund. They then messaged me that I wasn’t entitled to a refund because of their “Change of Mind Returns” policy. After reading their “Change of Mind Returns” policy, I messaged them and pointed out that I had not merely ‘changed my mind’, but that the sneakers were too small and that is the only reason I had not kept them. I also pointed out that I had requested a refund before I had even returned the sneakers, and that they had promised to provide a refund before I had even returned the sneakers. I also pointed out that the ACCC consumer rights for people shopping with an Australian online business include that an online business selling goods and services must “not mislead you or hide costs and other details from you”, and “give you automatic guarantees with the right to ask for a repair, replacement, refund, cancellation or compensation as appropriate if there is a problem”. I again requested a refund for the sneakers and stated that I would contact the ACCC if they didn’t provide a refund. A few days later, they messaged me and told me that although I wasn’t eligible for a refund as per their “Return Policy”, they would make an exception and provide me with a refund because I was a “valuable customer”, and that I should allow up to five business days for the funds to appear in my account. After three weeks there was still no refund, so I messaged them again and asked them what was going on. After about another week, I noticed that I hadn’t received any emails from Buyinvite telling me that they had responded to my message (which I note they normally do), so I checked their Contact page and found a message had been sitting there for a week, stating that they had refunded me the money on 17 December and that I should check with my payment provider. I checked with my payment provider and they confirmed that the money has not been refunded, so I messaged Buyinvite again and have asked them to advise me ASAP what is going on. I'm waiting to get a reply but next stop looks like being the ACCC, which is what I was trying to avoid.
While Buyinvite can have good sales, it’s only good if you get what you pay for, and of equal importance, is that they should keep their word, which they haven’t done in my case.
The most concerning thing about Buyinvite is that they lack credibility, evidenced by them promising me a refund, reneging on the refund after I had returned the goods, and only stating that they would provide a refund when I challenged them with Australian consumer rights info. Even then, they made out they were only providing a refund because I am a “valuable customer”! And to top it all off, they haven’t even provided the refund to me, their so-called “valuable customer”!
When you add it all up, it’s very time-consuming chasing up a refund, and doesn’t equate to hassle free shopping. Also, I wonder how many people can’t be bothered chasing up a refund because it’s just too much hassle? It would be interesting to know how much money Buyinvite make that way.

My poor kids didnt know when, or if, they were getting a Christmas tree this year. I didnt mind so much that the delivery was late, I just wanted to know IF I would get the item...or not, as I needed to know whether to make other arrangements for a Christmas tree (but didnt wanting to end up with two!).
Low and behind, three whole weeks after ordering I was refunded and told they in fact didnt have the stock. By which time the options for a decent tree were all but gone. Just a while lot of mucking about for nothing, and clearly poor systems in place to manage orders and stock. I cant understand how first you call sell something you dont have, and it then take more than. three weeks to work this out?!
