received a message that my boots would arrive today. (REALLY?) I was very sceptical. A few hours later, my boots arrived. I had ordered a larger size than usual. (Fluked it). They’re cheap and they look it, also not the bright green as advertised, but for $54 I expected that. They’re just for around the home, so I’m ok with them. Poor servicei – Ordered shoes then cancelled before being shipped. They ignored two emails to cancel. Terrible!! – Shoes took forever to arrive. They weren’t orthopaedic and were too narrow. They wouldn’t refund them as they were “on sale”. Then, after wearing each pair once or twice they both broke. One pair the sole came loose and the other pair the back strap snapped off. Again tried to get a refund but was refused because they were “on sale”. Cora Boots from Sofias Australia are incredibly poor quality and not as described – These boots took weeks to arrive (from China) and looked nothing like the quality of those in the photos. They are not leather and definitely not orthopedic. They are extremely narrow, have a thin footbed and no support, and they have very poor quality zippers that won’t run smoothly. The size was just on a small sticker stuck to the side of the sole. I have never seen footwear this cheap and nasty. The boots hurt my feet and make them cold and damp, so they are unusable. I haven’t sought a refund because others have found doing so to be a waste of time. This company clearly operates dishonestly and should be prevented from duping other Australians.

Terrible follow up service for faulty shoes – Received my sandals only to find the strap was too wide to go through the buckle. BEWARE. There is NO arch support. They are extremely light so I am not sure what they are made from. I am fighting for a refund (they refuse to give a refund because the sandals were 'On Sale' - as far as I can see ALL their shoes are "On Sale" so NO REFUNDS regardless. I was offered another pair if I paid the shipping!!! The sandals took 6 weeks to arrive and I had to constantly email regarding their whereabouts as the Tracker Number didn't work. Poor quality & materials & no refund waste of money – Do not recommend- Took over 4 weeks to arrive from - not Australia but China. bank considered this proof. Of course the sticker was just cleverly reproduced (fake). I had to email the bank again to say the Post Office delivery sticker had said signature required and I had not signed anything as nothing had arrived. It’s only because I was a long-standing customer with this bank that I got my money back. How they can continue to operate and get away with it is beyond me.
