Wish I'd read reviews. Still haven't received my order as was attempted delivery to my work place on Sunday. International fees should have raised an alarm. Never again. How are they still in business?

Ok product , fit was good – Item was true to size, fits perfectly, material in the shirt left a bit to be desired being quite thick polyester but pants looked good, arrived within 2 weeks, was worried after all the poor reviews so was pleasantly surprised that we didn’t waste our $70, think it’s hit and miss on what you order. Show details

Cheap clothing from China -Avoid – As soon as I opened the package it was very clear this was not a quality product from Australia. The material is cheap, threads hanging out and nothing like what was online. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Great for all kinds of weather – I love that this dress works for both warmer and cooler days. I’ve worn it with a blouse on chilly mornings and solo in the heat. It’s versatile without trying too hard.

believed they were trying to get me passed the 30 day return I was finally given the return address. $27 postage to return it, by now it was the principle of getting the refund. Tracking purchased as advised to see the item arrived in China on 2/12/25 & simply sat in Customs. I lodged an inquiry in Jan 26 with Australia Post who advised the receiver needed to contact customs. This information was given to Byron Bay Boutique who then responded stating the dress was being returned to me. When asked why, their response was 'thanks for letting us know you've returned the item, they'd be in touch'. Completely exasperated by now, I responded that they needed to read the actual emails, not send automated responses & that I would be lodging a dispute with PayPal. Miraculously, they refunded me the next day. Cheap Chinese clothes, from a company that advertises it's Australian, with the worst returns customer service I have ever experienced.

I purchased a pair of slides at a cost of $79.95. The amount charged to my credit card was $84.75 and no invoice or any paperwork accompanied the package. On arrival they were too small for me and I have had no response re an address to return them. Not much more I can do as the quality of the shoes is awful. I received shoes which were too small. I asked if I could return them. They took ages to reply and said I needed to send them to Asia and had to pay for postage or they would offer a 10% refund and I can keep them. I will never order from them again

I purchased multiple items of clothing. I should have read these reviews. Quality of items poor, no labels, look like something you would make in a sewing class. Read fabric descriptions too. $20-$40 because it had to be returned to India. They offered 10% refund of $8 which I took as it was all I was going to get. Never again will I buy from internet unless I know the company and it is authentic. Second time I have been caught this summer.

After purchasing a dress which i liked, I wanted another one the same but different colour. When it arrived after a long wait, it was rubbish. Different material and sizing was wrong. I complained only for them to resend another dress with different material. Now they won't answer my emails and I'm left with loss of money and two dresses which I can't wear. Scammers! Show details

Will be advising future customers to not buy anything from you as you are a sham and have reported you to Dept of Fair Trading. You are based in China and trying to copy a legitimate Store here in Australia- to avoid further scrutiny I suggest a refund is needed asap Show details

Do not order from this site, they are NOT based in Australia and dresses are of low quality and fake. If you need to return it will be to China at an additional cost of $40 I have reported this website to Scam Watch

Total scam. Took weeks to arrive from China, not Australia as expected. Ordered two shirts - $125. Look nothing like the advertising. Cheap polyester, not cotton. Sizing way off. Writing it off as a lesson learnt and after reading other reviews not going to waste another $30 sending them back. Show details
