beginning, but when I started asking them to try and track the parcel, I got radio silence and haven't had a response to my last few emails. I wish I'd read these reviews first. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
The quality of the garments sent was very cheap dresses made in China.. don’t be fooled by the name, I fell for it. They advertised full refund! My parcel was sent with everything they requested, it arrived in China on the 17th November… still waiting for my refund. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Show details

I agree with every negative review. Unfortunately I fell into the trap as well. The products ordered and those delivered were a world apart. Cheap material, totally different product. If you want a refund you have to send it back at your own expense (back to China). Don’t order from them.

Ripped off – Scam company portraying as Australian, Byron Bay Essentials. Ordered leather ???? shoes that squeaked so loud unwearable. The product I purchased was not as nice as advertised. The product looked much nicer and formal in the photo, looked good quality and formal to what was received, as my husband said an oversized shirt. I was offered an exchange but I did not trust the quality. I was offered a refund but to pay the return postage. They offered a $15.99 refund… which I am yet to recieve. Show details

The clothing advertised is nothing like what is delivered. They offer a 30 day money back guarantee but send email after email offering small refund amounts then asking to send the goods back to China for refund. Good luck with that. that I wasn’t expecting. Another plus was their lightweight as they are made of air and broken dreams. I can’t wait to strut around Byron in these authentic plastic imposter absolute pieces of crap. I always dreamed of my forever boots, but these have exceeded all expectations what I received was their evil twin. Byron Bay Essentials should be called China Bay Non-Essentials. I will not be returning the boots as they don’t give refunds as guaranteed plus the $109 dollars spent has been worth the laughs it has afforded all of my family and friends. Reviews state they never claim to receive the returned goods , so not only are the products not worthy of being on a human body because they are so disgusting , you lose your money from the order then lose more money from sending them back. investigation into their business if they did not refund all of my money. I did get my full refund, but was asked to send the product back which I did and of course ended up out of pocket because months later the product was returned as the address was bogus. A warning do not purchase items from Facebook advertisements unless you have done a complete investigative search and checked for the items on line that are the same. Like the dress I ordered from the was $69.99 and on Temu it was $23.90. Knowing that I would have purchased from Temu as you get honest reviews and most are what is advertised. There are so many dodgy sites this one is obviously a back yard one and is ripping so many people off that it is not funny at all.

This company took my money but only delivered 2 of the 4 items. Attempts at contact were poor. Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to either the product or a refund, but this business has provided neither. I consider this a scam and strongly advise others to avoid purchasing here. Show details

would love to put "0"! I bought a Beige jumper that turned out to be "brown". Not at all as represented in the picture. Poorest quality imaginable. No labelling - no brand, no care instructions or what its made from. To return it I have to send it to China at my expense eventhough they have broken AU law through misrepresetation and no labels. Communication was good, item arrived, when opened, totally dissapointed, was expecting hand made suade shoes, what I received was plastic rubbish, totally dissapointed. If I could rate a zero I would . They say the have a refund policy , but to get a refund you have to return item to China . Then they offer you a 10% refund if you accept this and then didn’t have to return to China . I have not received this money . Show details

Do not buy from this company. They are not an Australian company AT ALL! When I requested to return my items I had to post them back to China!!!! It was going to cost me $75.00 to return the items. I pushed and pushed and we negotiated a 40% refund and I keep the items. Worst online purchase I have ever done.
Follow-up · I ordered what I thought were flannelette shirts but they weren't. I found out they were based in China when I had to return the items to a China address which was going to cost me more than what I paid for the items.

I have to endorse all the other reviews. I got sucked in by the name. The clothing looks nothing like the pictures. It is cheap Chinese crap, made from synthetic material, with no labelling and no care instructions. Plus it takes ages to arrive, is probably wrong and then is a mission to return anything. A very big 0. Do not go near this company!
