They take your money and don't send the shoes – I wish I had read the poor reviews before purchasing. The shoes have not been received after five weeks. The tracking number did not work and when the company was contacted they simply resent the email stating the goods were on the way! I will be contacting my bank to try and get my money back, but I expect it will be a lost cause. I'm a sucker for believing the hype on Facebook. Never again!!

Don't waste your time and money – Shoe European sizes are well off, l went one size up than normal and would have needed three sizes bigger to fit. Want My Money Back – If I could give you no stars it would be great.. 2nd they still hadn't responded with the findings of their investigation into my missing shoes. so I contacted them again. They said they'd look into it. I told them this is the same response I received on the 22nd and not acceptable. On 9th March they said the shoes have already been sent and to look for them in about two weeks and tracking would be updated in due course. Sure enough when tracking was updated in Aramex, who were the only positive in this whole transaction... My shoes were actually dispatched for the first time on the 9th of March, a full 1 month and 8 days after I originally ordered them. When shoes came they were like something I'd buy from the $2 shop. So cheap and so nasty. One pair of shoes actually broke while I was trying them on for the first time. $86.80!!! Disgusting business practice. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Australia. Within twelve hours I tried to cancel as I was concerned about sizing. The reply I received was that it was too late to cancel and receive refund as my order had been processed and was on the way. To date I have not received my order and my interactions with their customer service have been very unsatisfactory. I suspect my goods have still not actually left their country of origin (probably China). Also, they appear to also go by the name Pest Co, which doesn't fill me with confidence. If, as I fear, the shoes do not fit/are of poor quality (assuming I eventually receive them) I will unlikely to be able to get a refund. I would definitely not recommend them.

Replies from company – It is obvious front reading these reviews and the occasional response from the company it is an automated answer. If this is the quality of Australian companies these days better to avoid.

so I immediately lodged a dispute with PayPal (I almost always buy online through them). I included the correspondence, and pictures of the original ad + what actually arrived, claiming misleading advertising amd that the supplied product was not what was advertised. A refund was issue almost immediately by the seller. (This is why I use PayPal) I would never ever deal with this company again.
