I want to love this brand and my purchase but I couldn't. Poor return policy to penalise buyers on return shipping fee when the issue wasn't mine but inaccurate product info provided online. Customer service was not helpful either. Show details

Underwear is thin and while sold as a full briefcase end up as a wedgie – Underwear not fit for purpose - material very thin and full brief ends up. As a wedgie/ g string.

Awful products and even worse customer service – Bought two tshirts which were faulty. The print was awful and you could barely read it. I returned the items as defective/faulty and they accepted the reason but then only refunded 2/3 of the original price! Unacceptable. If the item is defective or faulty a full refund should be given! What an absolute rip off of a company! I will not buy from them again! I am now chasing them to return the full amount! Show details

Bait and Switch / Misleading Gift Promotion – Calvin Klein Australia had a free Father's Day gift promotion on their website and I placed an order meeting the requirements for this promotion. advertising the free gift on their website the following day. I feel mislead by the company and have checked their promotion may not be meeting ACCC standards, however I do not have the time to follow up. Customer Care rep [name removed] offered a $10 coupon so I can buy similar item I was meant to get for free, but $10 doesn't come close to cover the amount a similar item costs (this is how i feel Bait and Switch as Baited for the free gift and switched to make me pay more to buy it).

Quick, fast, reliable – Online purchase easy, quick delivery, customer service accommodating. I also had to return a shirt and it was seamless process. The 4-star was the sizing issue but not really their problem as I tend to have a size in between "usual" sizes. So maybe more sizing options would be good

Orders and returns was swiftly delivered and refunded – I am extremely satisfied with the products & service team. Quick delivery, I want to be able to leave a message for delivery request though. Staffs(Hee Young & Tara) was prompt & helpful. They were quick to help me with what I needed which was return and exchange. I did not open the content of my package. Stole my money – They stole my money. I returned an item, paid for the postage myself to return it yet they charged me $5 for postage anyway. I tried to talk to the bot but it didn’t understand so I’m leaving this review instead. I want it rectified out of principal.

super thin, the elastic around the bum is useless and the pouch is half the size. I wore these for less than 10 mins and had to remove them due to them being restrictive in the front and loose around my bum. I reached out to CK customer service dept. to express my disappointment, however my feedback was bluntly dismissed and a refund was refused due to a pair being worn. Whilst I agree worn clothes cannot be resold, I clearly noted that quality was the concern, not size. Unfortunately these are not wearable and will be going straight in the bin. $140+ down the drain. It seems like CK clothing is no longer the premium brand it once was and slots into the fast fashion category. Disappointed to say that after 20 years CK have lost a customer for good. I could buy better quality briefs for a quarter of the price elsewhere. Seriously poor form CK

Terrible, paid express shipping but means nothing. I am going to report to Fair Trading – If there was a minus ten I would have rated them that. Paid express shipping and am still waiting to receive the goods. I just wish I had read these reviews before hand. Don't want the item now, call them after getting an email it had been shipped only to find out it hadn't. A pathetic company who will not deliver, avoid at all costs.

The Worst Experience Ever – The worst ever experience I've had in any shop. The Biggerra Store manager/stuff TAYLOR really should NOT be in retail!! I was 2 secs from blowing up due to her rudeness but out of respect for the other shoppers l stayed calm. She essentially cannot be in retail with that attitude. Crap quality prices too high – Women's underwear is shockingly bad quality. To keep it g-rated let's just say at $30 a pair the material shouldn't be becoming threadbare that quickly. I have super old underwear and even Kmart under at $3 a pop in better condition. Show details

the person who bought the gift for the receipt they could not find it. Fair enough if you give someone a gift they should not have to supply the receipt. Most shops exchange no questions ask. At no time did we ask for refund or gift voucher. The shop is 40k round trip for us, which we did twice without any satisfaction. We went back again today and yet again the sales assistant was no help because he could not look up us on his computer because we were not members so I asked for the Manager she was no help she said we needed, receipt, gift with purchase voucher or copy of the bank transaction to be able to swap the size over. Well of course we had none of those and I explained yet again it had been a Xmas gift but she would not budge. Left the store with a completely useless T shirt that had been given in kindness. What terrible Customer Service Calvein Klein - whatever happened to a straight exchange no questions asked on xmas gifts. Very poor if this is your policy across the board you should be ashamed. Bad customer service. Worst I have ever seen – The after service I received was poor at best. I called them 13 times, the phone was picked up and slammed down twice. The third time a lady answered and told me she was busy. I told her how I did not appreciate her customer servjce and she said I have to understand it is boxing day. I told her that I had an issue with an electronic tag left on the clothes and she hang up and did not answer the phone again. Show details

Not what I expected and haven't lasted well – I ordered two sets of CKs underwear and bralet since bralets are hard to find in plus sizes. The sizing is good but the bottoms are cut very high, which I find uncomfortable. The bralets have stretched out and the elastic has worn heavily despite much cheaper bras from target and Kmart lasting for years. They're still cute and I wear them to bed… Read more

Considering this, I can't recommend these at full price or even the sale price that I paid. Perhaps 50% off would be fair, tho i'm sure there are better options. Don't fall for the hype!

No quality control – Ordered online a number of items totalling $110. In that order was two 3 pack of girls pants size 7/8. $33 per pack. Both packs had two pairs of 7/8 and one pair of 14/16. Offered one replacement on one pair of pants, not a new pack or a $20 voucher. Could not take them to a Calvin Klein store to replace. Chose the one pair replacement but has not been received. Calvin Klein – Eternity Calvin Klein Very disappointed with eternity Calvin Klein. Do not recommend this product at all. The quality is very poor. It's probably similar to a very cheap perfume that is weak and wears off very quickly. I expected it a much better quality than the product mentioned above. Very weak scent. Wears off very quickly.
