repair or full credit. CP said we had to pay courier. Eventually they agreed to pay courier and picked up. CP also confirmed they had received item and would advise. That was the last we heard from them. We emailed regularly from May'16 to Sept'16, with no replies from them after August. We never received a refund or the camera. What makes it worse is my son saved his own money for 12 months to buy the GoPro. Thieves!!

can call! They won't even let me cancel the order. I bought this camera specifically to take to Bali and it has not come in time.

I advise everyone to not purchase from this site it is highly unreliable and terrible customer service.

Order cancelled – I ordered a Tamron 70-300mm lens and a week later I received an email that they don't have it and they cancelled my order and refunded the money. I had a look at their website again and still says item in stock. Absolute waste of time.

Timely Delivery and Great Products – Ordered a Tamron 17-50mm camera lens and was surprised to see that it came in a box and it was packaged adequately. Despite some of the horrible reviews here, it's hit and miss with Camera Paradise. If you're on the fence about pulling the trigger, just do it.

Good service, on time delivery – Only took a few days for my lense to get here and it works wonders, very glad to have found this site and would recommend to photography amateurs and professionals.

Great, service easy to deal with – Everything ran smoothly, no dramas. Confirmations were immediate. And it was brilliant to be able to track the consignment as it left the source through to final delivery.

Received Fake Item – I bought a Cheero Power Plus Portable Battery and received a fake. It came in a different box from the Flavour series when I bought the original, misspelling on the carry bag "oreero Power Pluo", cable is a different colour, and the input ports on the battery itself are designed differently. Getting a refund is not even worth it because it is classified as dangerous goods, shipping it back overseas is nearly as much as the item itself.

Worst service ever!! – Still waiting on a reply from a week ago after emailing everyday about a faulty camera I purchased from them. Still no word at all. Not happy.

No Reply To Warranty – I bought a Oneplus 2 in Nov 2015. It failed in Mar 2016. I have emailed Camera Paradise 30-40 times and had NO response!!! They should be banned from operating in Australia!

asking for an update. Still nothing. Lost a $700 phone. Beware. Spoke to Huawei AU, who cannot help as it's a grey import, spoke to Huawei HK who tell me Camera paradise aren't/may not be one of our authorized store suppliers.

Never ever buy anything from this shop! – I bought a Seiko watch a bit over a year ago. Right from the beginning the watch was always running too fast. run too slow! So the same process started all over again. After another few months they informed me that they could not repair the watch and offered to refund the money. That was December last year. I am still waiting for my money! They are not even replying to my emails anymore. This means they have basically stolen the amount I paid for the watch! During all the back and forth they took forever to even respond to requests although they were clearly at fault. Customer Service is non existent at this shop and as I have said although they suggested themselves to refund the money it looks like they have no intention to do so. Therefore, I can only say hands off of this shop, they might be cheap but the risk of being ripped off is too big.

thought was fine until the touch screen star playing up, it wouldn't respond at all, so I claimed the warranty and made a video showing the problem, they asked me to fill a warranty and sent it, so I did and they took a long time to return my phone and when they did the porblem was still there and the screen was tottaly loose, so I contact them and they told me to send the phone back, so I did and they came back with a excuse that they didnd't have any other galaxy S5 to give to me and ask if they could send a Japanese version of it, and I thought would be a galaxy S5 but when it arrived was a crappy Au branded phone full of crap aplication you couldn't delete and a permanent Hybrid Keyboard Japanese/English, the phone would freese, was so slow and now doesn't even respond to the Sim Card.

They are scamers, I even believe they are fake phones, my friends phone is already one and half years old and still working perfectely.

I can believe I was scamed and I have all the emails to prove it !!!

(which was not advertised, this phone was advertised as NEW) making the Samsung warranty invalid. But it was also 100% Chinese. Even after changing the language settings and resetting the phone, the phone was still partially in Chinese.

It took customer service a while to get back to me each time with solutions I had already told them I had tried, and had sent them photos of the phone. They then informed me that this was common for this phone model (which was nowhere in the advertisement and contradictory to the research we did) and to send the phone back for a refund. Their couriers never contacted me, and I now have to contact them for collection of the phone.

Overall it has been a very slow process and although service has been good enough I have been very disappointed by the whole situation. I have since spoken to them about the advertising and requested that they please change their advertisement to include that the phone is rooted and comes with Chinese firmware.

Great experience. Fast delivery and good comms – I am usually not a big fan of internet companies where you do not have phone contacts or similar but thought I give it a go as the price was quite comepetitive. I am positively suprised on the good communication, fast delivery and quality of the product is as expected. Definitely would do it again. Thanks for a good service.

Super fast service – I was slightly nervous ordering such an expensive item from overseas but I can't fault the serve. I ordered late on a Sunday night and had my camera in my hands on the Friday - it would have been Thursday but I missed the courier.

Good experience. Delivery was fast and efficient – The delivery was fast from the time of order. Very efficient. All the required parts were present and the packaging prevented anything from being damaged. Although I knew that the camera did not come with a memory card, it would have been useful to have been given some options for available memory cards from Camera Paradise. I might then have purchased a memory card through them instead of getting it elsewhere!

Warranty support terrible – A sacrifice of buying from Camera Paradise is having to deal with them if there is a fault with your product. Communication to put through a claim has been very slow with lack of professional responses. Still waiting for a response after mulitple follow ups to send my camera back for repair.

Excellent Store, would buy from them again – Bought a flash last year and lens this year. Both products arrived in perfect condition and on time. Would buy from then again and highly recommend.

Almost perfect – Processing of the order actually took quite a while, however shipping from overseas aka China all the way to Australia was actually surprisingly speedy. Super Fast Delivery - you'd think they were in Oz – Quite simple - I ordered late on a Thursday and received all the items in one package (with the lens and memory card) on the Monday. They also offered me a filter at a discount which, although I know they were up-selling, I would have found very handy if I hadn't already got one. I've ordered from them in the past and had the same high level of service. I wouldn't hesitate to order through them again.

With regard to the camera I purchased, I was quite happy with the identical unit purchased three years ago, but it finally succumbed to 20,000 photos taken in travels into pretty inhospitable environments
