Product different to order – Ordered a 50x75cm print, after ordering 3 others the same size a few weeks before. packing could have been done differently - but after emailing details of damage and with photos, CP's immediately created a new order and shipment was received within days. Order looks great & was received in time for Christmas. What a stunning team! And so much quicker and easier than printing it myself as I live in a rural/remote town that is quite a diatance from a major centre; and the finished product would have taken much longer to reach completion...1 star deducted off 5-stars simply for P&H packaging woes, otherwise, CP's provide a perfect, affordable, timely, professional service

placed and paid for the order and 2 weeks later the item arrives at my Paypal address not the shipping address I gave! I then emailed them and they said 'Sorry for the inconvenience' and that was it. I had to complain to Paypal but for some ridiculous reason they said I wasn't covered by Paypal protection.

I contacted their GM to get his opinion on the matter, hoping that he would reimburse me for shipping costs but no, the guy has my money and couldn't care less!

I have officially lodged a complaint in Tasmania (where the company is based) - Tasmanian company ordering from China, go figure!

I have in writing the proper address etc but they screwed it up and won't admit fault and do what any reasonable or ethical company would do, reimburse me shipping costs!

Please stay away and order from the money other reputable companies out there! Cheap Unethical, lack of accountability, bad service.

- The price was great (like most things from China).

- Response time to questions was quick.

- They provided an Australia Post shipping code to track the delivery.

- Packaging was adequate.

Cons:

- Make sure you sign on for an account prior to ordering - I ordered then tried to create an account using the email address I ordered from. Even after sending an email to link up my recent purchase to my newly created account, it never happened.

- I'm not sure if it was very bad timing on their behalf, but I didn't hear back for about a week after ordering. I questioned the progress in another email and was immediately provided with the tracking code. Perhaps this should have been automatically sent out (if it isn't already).

Overall I am very happy with the canvas print and would certainly purchase again.

Perfect product; exceptional service – I have just had my third canvas collage produced (large traditional 8) over the last couple of years — one for each of the weddings of my kids. They are superb: high quality, produced and delivered speedily and without fuss. Even more importantly, the standard of service I have received each time has been exceptional. This is one of those companies that is a genuine pleasure to deal with.

Happy customer – User friendly website and the quality of the canvasses is absolutely great! Very sturdy framing, thick canvas fabric and well wrapped for postage. Highly recommend these guys :)

Beware and stay away of canvas printers – I never thought I would get such a crap for the money spent, I ordered a rectangular aluminium print a month ago after seeing better reviews but I should say I have been cheated. There are glue prints over the four corners of the photo and there were scratches around. I'm greatly disappointed after such a long wait and crappy product from China. Pls let your customers know the product is from China.

Quality finish issue – Though the print quality is good but the finish at the back of the canvas could improve. For a reasonable price the back of the frame where the canvas was stapled on to could have been finished off with some taping instead of a quick stapling and that's it. loose bubble tape. The whole canvas framed just moved about inside when shaking the box slightly. Though I was assured if damage was to occur that it would be replaced. That is fair enough but i still think it should be better packaged in the first instance.

Excellent Customer Support, Quality could improve – I ordered a collage canvas for Christmas. Upon submitting my order I realised that one of the pictures was misaligned. I contacted Canvas Printers Online via their live chat and they immediately responded to me and fixed the problem. The quality of the canvas was good but quite dark. I would use them again to see if this was a fluke. Good value for money.

Fabulous very,very efficient – Ordered a canvas on a Monday from a photo taken overseas. Paid the same day and received to my door on Thursday of the same week and I live in regional NSW.

Great Customer Service and Product – Ordered our first canvas on Saturday and it was delivered by Wednesday. Amazing service. Emailed us on Sat night to say they didn't think supplied photo quality was good enough so we supplied a slightly better version. We got one of the largest sizes and it came out fantastic.
