Received goods – Though the postage takes forever the items arrived and in perfect condition. My only problem is the site says it uses paypal but when comes time to pay it wasnt an option.

nothing was delivered. I have requested a full refund on the 13th of May for all the money I have paid and still waiting. On the 14th of May, I received an email that my order is cancelled, and a new order was placed under my name not authorized by me for one of the products which is absolutely useless as both products are meant to be used together. I now have no choice but to escalate through my credit card company as I am not confident anything will happen. I only wished I read the reviews beforehand.

advised to choose something else from the website which I was not interested in. I then received an email from [Name Removed] Carethy which stated "the total sum of the order shall be reimbursed via the same method of payment used, within a maximum of 14 days as of the date on which notification is recorded". They agreed in a follow up email. Still did not receive anything. Now they won't reply. It's been nearly 3 months. They will not refund my money for products they cannot send me. Do not buy from them they are scammers!! They are not concerned about you once they have taken your money and don't even bother to reply to any emails on time.

Scammers – Carethy takes your money and does not send product. I’m still waiting for a supplement I ordered last year. They then demand more money to even communicate with you. They are scammers who take advantage of people desperate to be well.

The most disgraceful service provision – I canceled my order 2 months ago. After a month of sending numerous emails, they replied that they would refund me by the 14th and cancel the process.
