Despite the description of the Magnesium variants on the label, I find this brand very poor quality all round. Ethical Nutrients a much better product - they also have a sleep version which includes Passiflora. Caruso's is cheap but you get what you pay for...

I took all the tablets in the bottle but it made no difference at all to my sleeping habits..

Sorry Harold, no it doesn't. I feel it maintains a good sleep, of which dreaming is often part of that sleep. I dream most nights but don't find it distressing, sometimes quite comforting, but I presume it is the type of dream that could make you anxious. I try to look into the darkness (with closed eyes) for someone I care about...that's my type of meditation as I go to sleep.

The powder doesnt but the pills have and valerian keeps me awake but this powder actually works last 2 nights and NO Valerian :)

I took them for a week and a half. Started taking them on a friday night, and after 10 days of taking 2 a night, I couldn't get out of bed on Monday, and spent the day sleeping on and off. So for me, it didn't lose strength.

I'd suggest by contacting the company directly, I have found them to be helpful in the past. external link
