I’m another dissatisfied customer. The product purported to be (was titled) ‘thermal curtains’ but was a merely a thin piece of material. And like others here, I have been informed that the returns policy is to send it to China at my own expense. Temple & Webster need to disassociate from this mob. I won’t use either of them again.
Bought some bed spreads from Cassa & Beyond and are no where near the quality shown in the photos, they look terrible and very cheap absolutely not worth the money
What a SCAM! I received a poor quality product and can't seem to get reply email on how to return it. I have emailed 4 times. That's my $100 down the drain The website looks the part but it is clearly not Australian like they claim. TACKY TACKY TACKY I will be contacting Australian Consumer Affairs if I do not get my money back.

Firstly this is something that they should not be selling as it is not food hygienic. I have contacted the company and very slow to get back to me. All I’m asking for is my money back and I’m happy to go elsewhere and spend doubled the amount than what I’ve spent here.

Received my mandela designer pillow slips i fell inlove with them the buttons on the back add that personal touch to to feelhow soft and supple they are just like picture looks ,only more beautyful to sleep on .I recommend casa and beyond highly if after quality ..

told me that they would accept returns but I had to send it to their 'International Returns' in China! I'm guessing international postage on that, even though the parcel was sent from a local address (Regents Park NSW). One of those 'easy Returns but you're gonna pay dearly for it'! I'm very disappointed because I'm very happy to pay return postage as I shop online all the time and accept those costs as a natural part of doing business.
Paid $70 for a bath mat and received a very poor-quality product that was thin enough to see the backing through it. Customer service has been terrible—emails ignored, refund requests avoided, and after one reply they stopped responding altogether. I feel completely ripped off and would not recommend this company to anyone.

I was skeptical when I ordered,ordering online scares me especially when its a Facebook add because I have been burned by terrible le products before BUT when I day this is the best blanket I have ever bought I mean it 1000%. I bought the largest size to use as a bed cover and it looks and feels beautiful, it breathes so it so comfortable to sleep with. I am 100% uying another, just cant decide on what pattern I want.

Ordered kitchen utensils and what I received looked nothing like the picture. “Wooden” handle feels cheap and is painted to look like wood grain. The set is ‘on sale’ for $129.99 but nobody would pay that if they put accurate photos in the listing. Addressed it with the company without luck and am now in the process of a chargeback investigation with my bank.

While the pattern looks nice and the cover does the job of protecting the couch, I believe similar products can be found elsewhere for much less money. Based on my experience, I would not purchase this product again and would not recommend it to others looking for a long-lasting couch cover.

The “non-slip” backing also did not perform as advertised, as the cover slid immediately on my leather lounge. I contacted the company promptly, provided photos, and kept the items in their original packaging.
During the PayPal dispute process, Casa & Beyond offered me a 50% refund, which I accepted. However, after the PayPal dispute closed, they refused to honour the offer.
Overall, I found the return process unclear and very frustrating, particularly given the advertising of “free returns” on the website.

Too bad not a zero. I ordered a tablecloth where the pattern was clear in all the pictures, in one direction (the length of the table). The one I received went the width. They asked me to jump through 100 hoops to get a refund. Finally, after multiple emails, I just gave up, which is what they wanted. NO RETURNS ARE A DISASTER. Don't do it.

Absolutely disgraceful. The product is clearly a cheap Chinese product and upon further investigation is clearly a Temu product drop shipped. Do not waste your money. Mine came stained and horrible quality and I’m being blamed for the stain.
Follow-up · No damage to the package. It was wrapped like that. Their response was that I caused it, and that it wasn’t covered or eligible for a refund. I have wasted it multiple times and it is still malting.

The recliner covers are as described on the Casa &Beyond site. We are very satisfied. They are soft, fit the chairs well and keep in position and they look nice.
I bought a Casa & Beyond Secure Shower Mat in February/March of this year and was immediately impressed by how soft, safe and comfortable it felt underfoot in the shower. I waited a couple of months to see if it lived up to the cleanliness claim made by the company, i.e. no mould or soap scum residue, and it does. Perfectly clean every time I lift it to clean the shower tray. Very pleased with my purchase.

I purchased a white couch cover that was stated would not slip on leather couch. Unfortunately, it moves quite freely over the couch as soon as you touch it. Absolutely does not suit my needs in anyway. I requested a refund and they are putting me through the rigmarole of having to send a video, etc. I gave the item to a friend and her dog will sleep on it from now on. Such a waste of my money and time.
