responses and never really left us hanging. The communication was seamless. Every step of the way, we were kept in the loop, with regular updates and clear explanations of what was happening. It made us feel involved and confident in the project’s progress.

Paul Cini, the site manager, was incredibly supportive. His professionalism, attention to detail, and overall approach made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Whenever we had questions or concerns, he was always available and quick to respond, which really put our minds at ease. He was always very punctual for meetings, site visits, or inspections, His reliability and attention to detail helped ensure that the project stayed on track and that we didn’t encounter any unnecessary delays. Paul was always on top of inspections, ensuring that work met the highest standards before moving forward.

The only gripe we had with them was that they were really expensive for a mid-range builder.

experience began at the Casaview display village at Elara, where we met Jim. From the very first conversation, he was incredibly friendly, genuine and generous with his time. When I explained that we were only beginning to explore the idea of a rebuild, he took the time to walk us through the process, explain additional knock-down specific things such as council requirements, and share advice from his own personal experience. What really stood out was how genuine and helpful he was — there was never any pressure, just honest guidance and a genuine passion for helping people build their homes. That first interaction left such a positive impression on us that we knew we wanted to explore Casaview further.

As we looked more closely at their homes and inclusions, we were so impressed by the quality, finishes and transparency. One thing we particularly loved was discovering that the beautiful standard we saw in the display homes was genuinely reflective of the homes they build for their customers. It gave us so much confidence moving forward.

From there, the entire experience continued to exceed our expectations. Every single staff member we dealt with was outstanding — professional, approachable, knowledgeable and always willing to help. No question was ever too small or too silly, and every interaction made us feel supported and valued. The communication throughout the whole process was exceptional. We were always kept informed about progress, emails were answered incredibly quickly, and everything was explained clearly from the beginning. There were no hidden surprises or unexpected costs — just honesty and transparency the entire way through.

One thing we especially appreciated was the way Casaview handled estimated costs throughout the build. Rather than underestimating figures and surprising us later, they built realistic allowances into the contract from the beginning so we were fully prepared for potential costs as they arose. In fact, many of the final costs actually came in lower than estimated and we received money back. That approach gave us so much confidence throughout the process because it always felt like they were looking after us and making sure there were no nasty surprises along the way.

All of the staff we dealt with along the way were so lovely, professional and genuinely helpful, and it really made the entire process enjoyable. A special thank you to Jim, Joe, Rob and Charlie, who were all wonderful throughout the journey and such a pleasure to deal with.

To top it all off, our home was completed ten weeks ahead of schedule, which was incredible. We’ve now been living in our dream home for almost a month, and we honestly still can’t believe how wonderful the entire experience has been. The quality of the build is outstanding, and we are so grateful to the entire Casaview team for bringing our vision to life.

Thank you again to everyone at Casaview Homes — you made what could have been a stressful process into an exciting and memorable experience, and we are beyond happy with our beautiful new home. I cannot recommend Casaview highly enough!

for us like many others is the delay from the developer/ council which cost us an additional $72k in building cost as the contract elapsed and Casaview was able to add the rise in labour and material cost. Very unhappy with this part. But overall, the end quality of the output and the journey is important… so I gave 5 stars for Casaview. Thanks team.

course still did not compromise the quality of the job. While we had a lot of faith in Casaview, we still opted to get a private inspector to ensure the job was well done and they confirmed that casaview was extremely thorough with the build and our site supervisor was very meticulous!

The only issue we had was a slight miscommunication about the final design of our build and even then, our site supervisor and the rest of the casaview team were quick to make a plan fix the issue once we raised our concerns. It didn’t affect the timeline of our build either which was amazing!

Of course cost did change as covid resulted in price increased for material which we understood, we also upgraded multiple things and were happy with the total cost of the build.

We are so happy with casaview and would recommend them to anyone and everyone. We’d happily build with casaview again!
