The buffet itself is lovely, but customers really need to be made aware before purchasing just how heavy it is, that it arrives fully assembled, and that delivery is only to ground level. For such a large and expensive piece of furniture, the lack of after-sales support was extremely disappointing.
We ordered the Alba 3 Seater Boucle Sofa. We couldn’t be happier, it’s comfortable and our kids love it too. It’s completely lifted the styling of our room. The quality is amazing - and although it’s white, it’s very durable fabric and easy to clean. We look forward to shopping here again as we found the whole process very easy and overall great. Follow-up · It’s been almost two years since my purchase. I added outdoor cushions, that I ordered from Cassa Vida to complete the set, which adds to the comfort factor. They are very easy to clean and there is no problem with all weather events. I do however bring the cushions inside when it rains to avoid any chance of a soggy bottom….mine that is. I’m definitely happy with my purchase.

I then waited another two weeks, and when the next replacement arrived, they sent me the original damaged item again. I am very disappointed with the entire experience.

time frame included a weekend, during which your warehouse was closed — information not indicated on your website. I was quite frustrated when [Name Removed] responded in an unprofessional manner, attempting to provoke further conflict rather than assist. Following his suggestion, I spoke with his manager, Scott, whose demeanour mirrored [Name Removed] rudeness. Scott eventually put the phone down on me, even though I was not the one being rude! The lack of emotional intelligence and effective customer service skills demonstrated by both employees is unacceptable. I would recommend that your company invest in customer service training for staff, as effective communication is vital for maintaining customer relationships. I unfortunately did not check reviews prior to my order, which would have informed my decision. Regrettably, this experience has led me to conclude that I will not be making future purchases from Cassa Vida.
