This seems to be away of creating a diversion from dealing with the warranty, I should have taken notice of the sellers score 71.5%. When I contacted DAILY PLAZA to address this issue, their response was unsatisfactory. They stated that they do not accept returns for items that have already been assembled, which seems to contravene the consumer's right to receive goods as described.
Additionally, DAILY PLAZA has removed the order details from the Catch platform, hindering my ability to provide evidence of the original purchase specifications. This action raises serious concerns about their transparency and business ethics.
Under the Australian Consumer Law, consumers are entitled to a remedy when goods fail to meet a consumer guarantee. This includes situations where the goods do not match their description. Given that the beds delivered do not match the size ordered, there appears to be a clear violation of these guarantees.
I strongly advise against purchasing from DAILY PLAZA. This experience has not only led to a financial loss of AUD 1,300 but also reflects a disregard for fair consumer practices. It is important for potential customers to be aware of such issues to avoid similar experiences.

Numerous follow up messages to Catch and HomePlaza were ignored, so we simply bought a new toilet and got rid of the old one that cost us more in plumber fees! We only heard back from Catch after we raised a case with Fair Trading, months later. They then asked us numerous questions and went quiet again for a month, after which they told us that they were protected by Australian Consumer law and didn't need to refund us our money because we had disposed of the faulty toilet. Much safer to buy goods on Amazon, which refund you immediately, no questions asked.

Delivery of item – An item ordered on 7/12/24 did not arrive. . I rang to enquire and was advised it would be delivered today or tomorrow. The item arrived but damaged on 31/12/24. I ordered the glue mouse traps. Order history notes item delivered on 27 March but still haven’t received. I also advised that email was sent but this wasn’t received either. On my order history the seller was noted as Swice but I can’t find any information about them. Very disappointed as I have ordered through Catch before with no problem.

On the 25th I ordered and paid for a Govee Bluetooth Digital Hygrometer Indoor Thermometer, Room Humidity and Temperature Sensor Gauge with Remote App Monitoring, Large LCD Display Parcel tracking shows that it was delivered on the 27th, and nothing to date. The trouble is that there are too many companies involved from purchase to delivery: Catch, MegaMart, Aftership, and I'm still trying to find out who the courier was.
On Friday 3rd January 2025 somebody purchased something without my knowledge for $49.64 since my card was stolen. To make matters worse, the company has charged me an unfair return shipping fee. Originally, I was quoted $35 for the return. However, after the return process was initiated, this fee increased to $40 without any prior notice or explanation. Even more frustrating, the original shipping cost I paid was only $17.99, which makes this increase unreasonable.
As a customer, I understand that fees may apply for returns, but this feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. The lack of communication about the change in the return fee, paired with the delivery driver’s failure to notify me, has left me extremely dissatisfied.
This experience has made me question whether I would continue to shop with Catch. I hope they can review their policies and provide better communication and fairer fees for returns.
Well, used to be great HOWEVER, as they are closing soon it appears warehouse staff don't really care what they are packing. try out my new office chair, that I have spent the last four hours putting together. First time I sat on it, it made a few weird noises, so I checked to see everything was tight and in place. The second time I sat on it, the levelling mechanism broke (went faulty) and the chair tilted forward wildly. I also tried using the extendable leg rest, but this proved so wildly flimsy, that I was too scared to put my full body weight on this part of the chair. I also found the chair extremely uncomfortable to sit in (Barely any decent padding on the bottom half of the chair) So I gave up trying to use it, as it tilts forward if you try and sit in it and went back to using my previous office chair. No I did not spend a huge amount of money on this item, but I would have hoped it would have lasted longer than 20 minutes. Currently my cat is sleeping on it, and she weighs about 4.5kg and it's tipped forward with her weight on it! End story...........avoid buying this product................not worth the money I paid for it!

Great way to source product, reasonable prices but when I had a warranty issue, the customer service rep didn't read my email, referred to a different product and then simply closed the case. When I queried them on their reply, received an apology but the horse had bolted. I wouldn't use them again especially as they are closing end of April 2025
Tried to order 2 pairs of running shoes yesterday using Paypal and my order was cancelled by catch. Happened twice. This had never happened to me using other online companies. I am disappointed and will probably not use catch again.

Be very careful of catch now that they are shutting down. An order from December that hasn't been delivered is 'under investigation' now for 8 weeks (with 10 emails back and forth asking what the 'investgiation' is. They're just holding people in holding patterns before they close down at end of March so they don't have to issue refund - poor performance

Dodgy. Very dodgy – I raised a return for refund on a faulty chair within the 12 months timeframe in August 2024. I have been messed around so much. Then I raised the issue with Catch saying the seller was dodgy. Catch in December told me they would have a resolution in 10 days. It's now February and I still have no refund resolution. No wonder they are folding. Wesfarmers, you should be ashamed running a shonky business like this. Almost as dodgy as Ishka online.
