I purchased a product that did not look like the advertised product once delivered. Catch Team contacted the original seller and I was given a refund. This was all done in a very timely manner. The team kept me up to date with the progress with their excellent communication between all parties involved. This was handled very professionally manner.
I started buying from them when I couldn't find things elsewhere. At first it was fine and then I started realising they would omit details on their website like where they were coming from. At a time of coronavirus, there were a couple of products I purchased (one them being a 50pk medical grade masks) which were expensive but did not realise they were coming from overseas because of the lack of information. I contacted them as soon as I saw emails saying they were coming from abroad and said I wanted to cancel them but was told ...
Late delivery, poor communications.
Catch/their supplier unable to come close to the delivery date, no explanation/communications given from their supplier who totally ignored any queries, no offer of refund offered, communications from Catch improved in the last week.
If only I could rate them zero
I ordered a exercise bike which was very faulty. after weeks of long drawn out messages they finally agreed to refund me the whole amount plus 38$ for return postage out of my pocket. I obtained this in writing But was told that their "system" didn't allow them to process that. It has now been 3 months and they still refuse to honour their written agreement. Absolutely not worth it to use catch of the day.
Catch does not ensure delivery!
Aus Post and Catch You have done it again. 3 boxes with steam sanitisers for me and a couple of friends to help with sanitising in the Covid 19 threat. I paid for express postage from CATCH as one of my friend's husband is deteriorating from a respiratory condition. 2 boxes collected from Manly PO so spent about 1.5 hours investigating where the other went .. being asked if there were TWO in one box and being treated like I was stupid by Manly PO ... Then when I collected the 2 outside packing boxes from my friends and spent more time to tak...e them back to Manly PO they suddenly stopped accusing me of being an idiot and found that the other box went to Greenacre PO!!! Like the opposite side of Sydney. More trips to PO and D .... finally rang me and told me to report it as a complaint. I asked D ..... why could she not ring? I had already wasted 1.5 hours on their incompetence. NO you have to ring. ring yourself. We cannot ring! Finally more time wasted by me and I got Julie in complaints. Someone at greenacre has already signed for my box. I emailed catch who sent the steamers. They have lodged an investigation and j...... Also sent me a complaint number. So after paying for express postage both catch and aus post are sitting and playing mini ping pong with each other and I have not got my essential desanitising equipment to keep me and my clients "Safe." you both are a disgrace. Any company which has no other mode of delivery except for aus post has no genuine customer service. They both have launched an investigation while we risk serious health or death consequences.

Wrong product sent, and issue fixed through exchanges. They were flexible in these difficult times and solved the problem without forcing me out of isolation. Fully refunded. Thanks. I will return because of your professionalism.
Beware automatic subscription to Catch Club on first purchase
I bought one product last year - it arrived quickly and as described.
My issue was that I was automatically subscribed to a "free 30 day trial" of Catch Club. On further reading (because it wasn't automatically obvious), it turned out that this free trial would turn in to a $6.50 subscription every month. I immediately requested formal cancellation via email and was assured that this had happened. Now, 5 months later, I am still a Catch Club member (never having asked to be), and I have paid over $35 in subscription fees, and have not purchased...
Very Helpful Help Centre!
I recently made a purchase for my Dad through my personal account so the Invoice was not correct. I was a bit panicky because it was an expensive item but the lovely Help Centre staff had the entire issue solved within 30 minutes. . Considering what's happening at the moment, this truly was outstanding services.

You have to submit a request to cancel sub, it has been going on for over a year despite me trying to cancel previously.

I am very disappointed in the service supplied by catch. It seems the $619 coffee machine I paid for hasn’t even left their warehouse. I paid for this item on the 21/03/2020 and it’s now the 01/04/2020. They state 2-5 business days for delivery but it’s been much more. Their responding emails have been very vague and unhelpful. I contacted Australia Post and they claim it hasn’t left the Catch warehouse it seems they just printed off a delivery slip which activates the delivery status. Seems sneaky and underhanded. If this isn’t resolved within the next few days I will be reporting it to Consumer Affairs.
Staff have been helpful - BUT I STILL DON’T HAVE MY GOODS!!! Get a better delivery service!

One of my parcels didn't arrive by the estimated delivery date. After submitting a query through online help, I was quickly contacted by a super efficient customer service representative. She had already tracked the whereabouts of my parcel and offered a range of choices and options to help resolve the query promptly. Super Happy!!

Why won't afterpay show up in checkout. I have used it countless times and even if open in Chrome it won't show up
I believe Afterpay is ONLY available on certain items so if it doesn't show up it's because it's not available on those particular items.
