Terrible customer service. Waited nearly 2 weeks for the sim, activated, there was no option to port old number over. Got on chat n was told need to buy a new simcard. Asked for refund the guy just logged off. Is it a theft or what? Stay well away from this mob.

Thought of getting 1 year plan ($149) as it was cheapest option available on the market ( along with free one pass membership) but given my bad experience with Felix and TPG, I did not take any risk of committing 1 year without testing. sent is not working on my iPhone 16E ( don't know why) hence I have started using in my old phone (XS Max) and requested for replacement sim 2. This is worst part - Now I have received replacement sim and there is no option to activate it using their online portal. looks like I need to call them again to explain whole issue. As I am working in WA hours, by that time I finish work, it is 8PM Syd time and customer care team is no longer available.

Jumped on to sign my son and I up to new plana on different providers. One took 5 minutes all up. One Pass has now taken two hours! Declined card. 5 times. When I am using card else where easily. Address not known error. Tried contacting support. Got an agent who didn't even bother replying. Well I guess I am not using one pass when there are a thousand others that aren't time consuming

Paid for a one-year plan and the service is unusable. Reception is almost always stuck at 1 bar and hotspot/data speeds are consistently too low to use. This is not what was advertised and not fit for purpose. Despite providing evidence, the company declined my refund request under Australian Consumer Law. Customer support was rude, and live chat agents ended the conversation immediately when I raised the issue. Very disappointing experience.

this. The customer servise will ask you to provide the number who call you and when its happen, and please patiently give them few days to "investigate" your case.

Dont expect the customer service can help you with anything, they just filter the customer and send the require to someone else, you can do it by yourself to save some time.

DONT USE them for your Business, they may just ok for you to keep your number. Thats it.

The worst data speed ever, very slow and no working once you are at home. They want you to go use your wifi instead but I haven't gotten internet connection at home. I bought the plan which is a yearly plan with 200GB and a speed at 100+, but the speed only 4.58 as shown on the photo and the video i uploaded. It's a theft and this company should be held accountable. I am switching to other company but I believe they are all same theft. Show details

 Follow-up  · There are no hidden fees for calls and texts within Australia International calls and texts are not included but you can buy those with extra charges of $5 and $10 for 100 and 300 minutes respectively for calls and SMS are free It’s a 4G service and the speed is fine. Obviously the speed varies with the tower you are using just like with everybody else

Service works fine in Australia, but after paying for roaming add-on, I am stuck overseas with no service as their SIM refuses to register with any carrier. So if you need access to your Australian phone number for calls/SMS beware of relying on Onepass Mobile. Show details

 Follow-up  · Update: roaming never worked anywhere in Taiwan or Guangzhou China area .. they did refund for the roaming package at least.

but werent speaking... Do not waste your time..... Obviously call centre is offshore and they are probably selling your details anyway..... Will be cancelling and going elsewhere... I would rather pay more for a better service... Do not waste your sanity, time or money on them.

 Follow-up  · All I wanted to do was to change the phone and details into my son's name... which they said they couldnt do. So STUFF THEM the phone has now been changed over into my sons name easily and effortlessly and with BOOST MOBILE! better service better reception

Paid $25 for Roaming for 4 weeks trip in Singapore. Nothing worked. OpenPass Mobile simply don't have network there to connect to. Their SIM was useless. Unbelievable. Online support was a joke. The services is the most worst ever I used so far. The 4G doesn’t work very often. Always need to switch to airplan mode and switch back and not 100% works every time. Customer service support can’t help at all Please DO NOT CHOOSE IT, ignore the price and find something better.

Customer service is really terrible. I purchased it 10 days ago and yet to receive the sim card. when i give the feedback via messaging, the customer service agent did not take it well. they said we can't do anything about it. I have yet to try their service, but from all the review, i really regret buying onepass mobile

Absolutely rubbish. Customer service just hung up on me and never called me back cause their microphone was broken. The SIM activation link printed in the letter they sent with the SIM no longer exists, had to google the actual SIM activation link. You can't log into OnePassMobile website, it just says invalid email/password, you have to log in through onepass instead then go to the onepassmobile website. Just, horrendous experience.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Tried to renew my service and they sent the incorrect SIM so couldn’t activate. My 18 year old had no phone service for 2 weeks. 7 phone calls to them and a different script every time. Absolutely terrible. STEER CLEAR.

really terrible too. You have to manually tell them you're online every 2 mins or you get disconnected. Anyway after 3 days of no service I finally was able to get in touch with support and had to ask for them to send a replacement Sim as a priority. They replied with “we will do this a gesture of good will". Hahaha. The Sim doesn't get sent until 6 days later. As in start shipping from their end. I'm in melb metro. So a week and half goes by until I can finally connect. Not worth it and not good enough.

SIM activation is impossible. Constant obstacles and frustration and there is no help available. The "Chat" offering is a shining example of Artificial Stupidity...if you don't phrase the question in a form it recognises it refuses to answer except for the word "Apologies". They have taken my money and there seems to be no way to get it back. This is the most disgusting customer service I have ever encountered. Beware! Show details

Never buying from this company again. Extremely unprofessional service and poor customer support. I ordered a SIM card and waited over 8 days with no delivery and no tracking information provided. They failed to meet their promised service level, and offering a refund doesn’t fix the inconvenience caused. Very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend them.

Also, they pick up or answer the calls on customer support numbers; only messaging them is allowed.

Since my last review, I have now cancelled my plan with One Pass. To recap why....I accidentally recharged one of my services, rang One Pass immediately but they would not entertain swapping the payment to the correct plan. We are aged pensioners and the extra payment caused much stress.

provide any additional information; - Would not connect me to the technical support team; - Would not let me talk to a manager or someone else to escalate the situation; - Refused to let me restart the porting process (which was listed on their FAQ's as something that could be done). - Refused to send a copy of the conversation (mind you, this was done mostly online, so a transcription is not hard). - Would not tell me if the SIM wasn't activated, whether I could get a refund, and I had to repeatedly ask the same question 4 times before I was finally told, "I don't have the authority to answer that question" - When they finally agreed to escalate the situation to a manager, I was ONCE again told it would take 24-48hrs

To make matters worse, during one of these exchanges, I did not respond in the online chat within 2 minutes and was disconnected and put back into the customer support queue AGAIN. I've had to wait 10 minutes for them to respond, but they disconnected me with no option to reconnect after 2 minutes.

I am still trying to resolve all the issues a week later, so please BEWARE.

The mobile network is extremely unreliable. It only works properly near the city or close to phone towers, and is otherwise almost useless. If you step inside places like Coles or other shopping centres, the signal disappears completely. There is no network and no data. mistake. I signed up for a yearly plan but became so frustrated with the poor service that I cancelled after just seven months.

My advice to others is to avoid plans that only offer 4G on weak networks that perform like 2G. Instead of settling for poor service, it is worth paying a little extra each year for a provider that offers reliable 5G coverage. Overall, this service has been a complete disappointment.

I ordered a 365 day SIM. Sim didn't arrive after 3 weeks. Talked to One Pass support. They said there was a "Technical Error" at their end and the sim wasn't shipped. They asked if I wanted a refund - I said yes please. Today they emailed saying they were refusing my refund due to "change of mind" EDIT: Reached a resolution. After the 3rd try I finally managed to get a refund. Purchased a new SIM from another provider. Adding 1 star.

Impossible to get through to payment. Just says "error" all of the time. Tried different wifi locations (work, home, another person's house) and browsers, clear cache, nothing works! Customer service centre said this isn't common - obviously a lie - a simple search of customer experience would reveal this.

If zero were an option, I would give it. This has been a complete waste of my time. I paid for overseas roaming, but it does not work at all in the destination advertised on their website. When I contacted them, they said it was out of their control and refused to provide a refund.

Horrible company to deal with. Used the online chat to connect with the support team and they were of no help and very rude. It was enough to prompt me to switch telcos today. Stay away from Onepass mobile.
