Very disappointed that my order placed on the 19th July has not been posted due to Unavailable stock. I have waited 14days so far. Two apologetic company emails later I was told that they expect to ship my order on Friday 31st, with a tracking number. I have heard nothing. I will not buy online from Catwalk again. Show details
Don’t buy from here! I purchased $115 worth of product and it just never arrived. I contacted customer service over a week ago and I haven’t hear anything back, they haven’t even attempted to resolve the issue. Don’t get scammed like me

And that is thanks to the fantastic support from the Catwalk support team who certainly know their stuff are just an email away for advice from professional staff. Emails are usually answered the same day by professional, knowledgeable, trained staff who have always advised me in the right direction with a detailed explanation. Most online stores are busy and you are given a ticket number you wait a few days and then need to hurry you out of the way. Not at Catwalk, at Catwalk you are answered to straight away and nothing is a problem. Emails are detailed, showing they have taken the time to value me as customer and not a ticket number and that means a lot. I would like to thank all of the lovely staff at Catwalk and if you keep those prices down I'm not going anywhere. an email which according to online they should get too n another 3 days. I persisted on the phone. I then received an email saying my order apparently was in a small amount of orders that are having short delays and should be sent within 3 days, and that they would then sent it with express shipping. This was another false promise. It’s now the 18/6 and order has finally been sent, but with Aramex economy due by 23/6/26. This is an absolute joke! I’ve tried emailing them for shipping type with no response, and they are not answering phone calls. 1 star is generous. Upon reading reviews online I see now that this is a common issue with this company and seems they consistently delay shipping. They seem to have very poor time management, poor customer service and poor communication. Avoid and spend money elsewhere from a reputable company!

Was a bit sceptical about ordering from Catwalk because of the mixed reviews however I thought I would try them anyway. My items arrived within a few days intact, no issues, will buy from the again without hesitation.

They sent me the wrong product, then said they will send me the correct one and never did. They also expect me to go to the post office and waste my time sending back the other product. If I had actually received the right one as they promised then okay I will do this, but you need to actually send me back the right product first. Please don’t order from them unless you want a very stressful experience.

hopeful of receiving my order after seeing these reviews. I’ve initiated a chargeback but my bank said that can take 75 days (if approved) so most likely I’ve lost my money. Don’t be tempted by the ‘sale’ prices, order somewhere else, the customer service is very poor.

I ordered my shampoo and conditioner over two weeks ago and they have still not shipped my order and haven’t responded to my two follow up emails. aI tried to get a refund through afterpay but even afterpay hasn’t received a response from them. i’m getting quite frustrated and over it at this point.
Do not buy from this company. I think this must be a scam. Really disappointed that I didn’t read these reviews first. It’s been weeks with no notification of shipping and no products. They also can't even be bothered to check how to spell your name, even though it's right in front of them in emails.
Worst service ever, ordered three weeks ago no update on delivery, emailed them twice they emailed back after 8 days to say will send order in 1-3 days. Poor customer service, complete disregard for customers who trust them with their money. Many similar reviews, I bet they take our money and invest it in short term with no products to be sold and then refund after a month having earned interest on it!!
