Great fans, great service. Hilary was wonderful in helping me out with a post-sale query to ensure I had the right documentation. Fast, great product, lovely people.

I ordered 2 exhaust fans for a bathroom renovation, one for the bathroom (Luna Quiet Boost) and one for the separate toilet (Clio 100). The one for the toilet ended up being unsuitable and I really appreciated the help of Hilary and Maxine in arranging for an exchange for another Luna instead. The process was relatively smooth and the exhaust fans look great and work well. Very happy with the product and the service.

Super quick delivery – Usually wary of purchasing on line since you can't really see the product. In this instance perfect for the job (ceiling exhaust fan draft stoppa). Most impressived with the delivery time - less than 2 days for an interstate order!

Receptionist refused to let me speak to any staff about a warranty issue, she said they were all unavailable, so I drove over to the store. There were 4 staff members and no other customers. asked. This is a simple product that has been working for the 6 weeks I have had it, but now has failed. I am an electronics engineer with 45 years in the industry. When I checked the fan there was an 'open circuit' coil. There was no smell of melted wiring, or any arcing sound during use. This indicates that there was not an issue with the installation. The fault will be due to a mechanical breakage in the internal wiring within the motor. The Drones in the store were unable to understand the issue and could not make a decision to help me. To add insult to injury, they sent me an invoice for the fan.

Poor return policy no refund – No refund offered for your return, product would not work for me and they only offer exchange which no other product at the store will do the job.

Not recommended – I dealt with a sales guy called [Name Removed]- unfriendly with an impatient tone. During the transaction I didn't feel like a valued customer. Make sure you have a detailed look at the terms and conditions of your online sale - if you want to return something it will cost you 20% of the cost! Shop around - there are other fan retailers with much better prices.

Purchased a DIY underfloor floor fan kit 01/07/2006 and it has been operating 4hrs a day 365 days a year for 20 years this July. Can't fault the product or advice I was provided. Musty smells and mould issues have never returned. Thank you Show reply

Hilary in Customer Service was a pleasure to deal with. The fan I had originally ordered is obsolete, so Hilary found another current product that looks perfect - just waiting on despatch shortly.

Had an issue with an exhaust fan failing just after Christmas, contacted Universal Fans support and Hilary not only responded quickly but also help with contacting the manufacturer to ensure the warranty claim was dealt with quickly. We had a replacement delivered before New Years. Excellent customer service and follow through.

I contacted Universal Fans customer service through their online inquiry form regarding costs and availability for components to upgrade a standard wall control fan to a smart fan. I received a quick and informative response and followed through to order the items. Ishan from customer service couldn't do enough to help and was excellent from start to finish. This is the standard that all customer service departments should strive for.

I've always found Universal Fans good to deal with. Again today I've had the same experience. Good product, great customer service, excellent product and delivery pricing. Thank you to Rene for her polite, friendly, professional and businesslike performance. Much appreciated.

price matched with other suppliers. Apart from a minor issue being sent to the wrong factory to pick it up (I live local) pickup from Oakleigh was a easy. The fan is finally installed a few months later (just in time for summer) and I am extremely happy. Service over and above - Great price, fast delivery – I needed a specialised extractor fan, Universal Fans had the correct product at a sensible price.
