Cettire scammed me. I purchased a $1000 dress which looked absolutely nothing even close to the photos online so I immediately returned it without wearing it or taking the tags off. They claimed it came in a damaged condition so they did not refund me and did not even ship it back to me so basically just stole from me and offered zero costumer service.

Yep, should have read the reviews before ordering. 13 business days and still hasn't shipped. Customer service is non-existent. Out of pocket $3k and wishing I'd read the reviews beforehand.

For a premium designer item, this level of deterioration in such a short period is disappointing and unacceptable.

What was even more frustrating was the dismissive tone of the final response stating they would no longer reply to my case.

Based on this experience, I would be very cautious about purchasing luxury items from Cettire, especially considering the lack of after-sales support.

I purchased two pairs of Maison Margiela shoes from Cettire. They were delivered from different sources. MM shoes have an embedded NFC chip for authenticity verfication, one pair failed the verification. I contacted Cettire and found their response to be laughable "Kindly note that it is illegal to sell counterfeit goods in Australia. Therefore you can be sure that all our products are 100% genuine and brand new". After which they ghosted me. Show details

retailers with no issue but not only do they not take accountability, I am out of pocket $60 because of the refund fee so they are pocketing off their mistake. I have reported to the ACCC and recommend anyone who has the same issue to do the same.

Due to this experience and the poor handling of my case, I will not purchase from this website again. I would advise customers to be cautious when dealing with their return process.

who had never seen a bow come off especially when the shoes were still in brand new condition and were shocked at the response from Cettire. There’s a strong possibility they won’t be able to source the correct new part and the $900 shoes will be unwearable. AVOID this rubbish company and pay the full price directly from the store. were about returns. Since I knew the exact size of the item I wanted and wasn’t planning to return it, I decided to take the plunge—fingers firmly crossed! For peace of mind, I paid via Afterpay. I placed my order at 7:00 pm and did not get an order confirmation email from Cettire until about 12:30 am (5.5 hours later), which had me quite worried. But the moment that confirmation arrived, I also received an email from DHL saying my order was already on its way—from Milan, Italy! From that point on, I received constant tracking updates. Incredibly, my order arrived in QLD, Australia within 6 days (including a weekend, so really 4 business days). The item is perfect, the packaging was great, and the delivery speed from overseas was nothing short of outstanding. If you’ve read negative reviews about postage delays, keep in mind that most orders are coming from overseas. My experience was smooth, fast, and stress-free after that initial wait for the confirmation email. I am absolutely over the moon with my purchase and cannot recommend Cettire highly enough. Apart from the slight delay in the first email, everything else was absolutely flawless. Five stars from me!!!

and every time I received a response it seemed to be from a different person. Because of this, no one actually took responsibility for resolving the issue.

Despite explaining multiple times that my order never arrived, my problem was never properly addressed and I was not offered a refund. The responses felt repetitive and unhelpful, with no real solution provided.

At this point, I’ve had to involve my bank to dispute the charge and try to get my money back. It’s incredibly frustrating to spend this much time chasing a company for an order that never arrived. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from Cettire.

as I was leaving the country June 11 and wanted for the trip. The shoes didn't arrive until the 10th, by then I'd bought another pair locally. When the Cettire shoe arrived, I opened anyway. Then I contacted them to return, I had them maybe 30 minutes. Arranged return and pick up. Done....I thought. On July 8 I get a FedEx email for a delivery.....from Cettire. I am still abroad so I was confused and contacted Cettire. They told the shoes were returned and not accepted and they are sending back to me. They are accusing me of lying....that I did something to the shoes and returned. They are saying no refund and if I refuse the shoes they'll change me another $150. I am not there to receive. It's become a nightmare, costing me $100s and to top it off it's terrible to be accused of doing this. Worst customer service ever. I am just glad they weren't really expensive shoes. Only $250. At this point it's more the audacity of this retail company treating clients this way. DON'T BUY HERE

 Follow-up  · Amex fraud department took this over when I provided the details, photos etc., they were able to get the refund. Cettire never responded or apologized or acknowledged anything. Seems if they valued their customers, they’d have the decency to follow up and say sorry for the mix up or whatever. Again worst customer service, worst integrity. Don’t buy on this website/app.

Terrible. I paid in app for one item and the money didn't go through. It took a month to get back in my account. Then I ordered one item and after a week I received an email from Cettire that said the item is out of stock. until I pushed them. Finally they arranged for DHL to pick up the parcel. The parcel arrived and after 14 days of “reviewing” and a follow up email they said they’ve sent the shoes back to me on the basis that the goods were damaged. Now to most people that would be ironically funny but it’s infuriating.

Anyway, now they are also saying that it refuse the return they’ll charge me another $150. The cheek.

extensive documentation, they repeatedly refused to treat this as a defect, incorrectly claiming “wear and tear”, “tags removed”, and later that “one year had passed”.

Instead of offering a repair, replacement, or meaningful refund, Cettire only offered a DKK 374 goodwill refund (approx. 5% of the purchase price), which I declined.

The communication was dismissive, and legal arguments were ignored entirely. I was left with an expensive luxury jacket that cannot be used.

Based on my experience, I would strongly caution other customers about buying high-value items from Cettire, as they do not appear to stand behind their products when problems arise.

After nearly 10 days of back-and-forth with customer support, they finally suggested an exception might be possible and asked us to submit multiple photos of the shoes from all angles to prove they were unworn. The shoes were never worn, still had all tags attached, and were in brand-new condition. We promptly provided all requested photos.

Despite this, Cettire responded with the same canned message stating the order was outside the 14-day return period and closed the case. It’s unclear why they requested extensive documentation if they had no intention of reconsidering their decision. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating experience, and I would not recommend purchasing from Cettire, especially during the holiday season.

Cettire has in its website small print a statement that for returns there will a AED95 (US$26) fee PER ITEM and NO REFUND OF CUSTOMS DUTIES. the same order, my total loss is around $500. I think we can safely conclude that this is approaching the definition of a scam. This is a disgrace and perhaps unsurprisingly has led to scandal in its home country where many observers accuse the company of its inflating its sales figures. My next steps as a former investment banker: 1/ notify the financial regulator in Australia; 2/ notify the research analysts covering the stock about the scale of this fake revenue issue; 3/ notify class action lawyers in Australia in case there is appetite to bring a claim; 4/ speak to the consumer authority in the UAE as this is likely against local laws.

I do not recommend buying from Cettire. I am fighting for weeks to receive a full refund for a defective item I returned. Cettire withheld a significant amount of money from the purchase price for customs fees and return fees even though the item I bought was defective. I was lured by the price but it seams I have lost money instead as I have very little hope in receiving my full refund.

Do not purchase from CETTIRE! I purchased a Furla handbag. The bag that arrived was clearly faulty. I sent photos and they said send it back for a refund. Which I did the next day.
