told that it was scheduled to be picked up the on the 4th day after 2pm keeping that they close at 3pm and apparently it has too be washed inspected and then they ring you when you can come in and collect it. CEVA is always a bit more expensive, but with that you get reliability and assurance that your car is in safe hands. We had our car picked up on a Friday in Brisbane and had it Wednesday morning. Probably would have had it earlier, but Monday was a holiday. Show details ·  1

Recent experience - quote received, quote accepted, vehicle dropped off at Ceva depot, then advised $500 increase due to 13-centimeter roof bar. Get the quote correct 1st time so the customer knows final price. Show details

Kept me waiting for days for a quote only to refuse to ship as the car was 130mm clearance, their sites gives minimum at 120mm. Sad that they are so successful that the little person no longer matters. Another Greysonline story in the making. Show details

Appalling customer service. I spent a week trying to book a vehicle transfer from syd to Melb with CEVA. I spent a week dealing with Phillipino call centres who were unable to help. is all the call centres have access to) or the online bookings are not working, you will get no where. Try another company

Poor communication, organisation, logistics and price. Late delivery; which to organise with CEVA was like pulling teeth. The tow truck driver at delivery didn't have the hand brake on, whilst the car was on the back of the truck as he didn't know how to use it. The whole process from start to finish was woeful, and the cost ballooned from the moment the seller dropped the vehicle off, as I guess I was stuck with Ceva from then onwards.

Vehicle was delivered to a different depot, I have spent almost $1800 to get to collect my car with more flights and accomodation just to wait till Monday to collect. Had arranged and paid a mechanic over $300 to collect vehicle and park on street as I wouldn't arrive until 4pm. And that didn't happen as I tried to explain to call centre… Read more

Car was picked up 6 weeks ago and still not delivered. This is using their supposed preium service. First claimed that they lost the key, however communication throughout the process has been terrible. to connect me with anyone from the Operations Team. They eventually ghosted me and didn’t reply to emails. It sat for 7 days at the Victorian rail yard before it magically moved the day after I complained. Then it sat for another week at the port in Geelong before I rang the port directly. I was told and emailed that my car was being made a priority and yet it was 16 days late. There should be some way all these complaints can be investigated and this company held accountable. People have paid good money upfront and entered into a business agreement with CEVA and in return have been left with no answers, angered and frustrated.

This company is a joke. You cannot ever get through to their Operations Team, only to customer service agents who aren't native English speakers. They don't pick the car up on the date arranged. They don't call you as arranged. They don't honour the pickup details as arranged. I wouldn't recomment using them unless you have the patience of a saint. Show details

DO NOT USE THEM! Worst company to transport a car! My car 3 weeks stay in Perth and after 3 weeks the status in the tracking history says "Yet To Be Moved" and who knows how many more weeks they will keep it before they transport to Sydney. Show details

The delivery of my car was scheduled much later, but after talking to CEVA, they did everything they could to ensure it arrived on time and in good condition. reason and still hasn’t been delivered. The excuse is to check the car over. WTH! BULLS#!T took them 3 days from VIC to QLD but it’s been 3 weeks with no car yet. Anybody would want to unload before picking up more vehicles. Doesn’t make sense at all. DO NOT USE THEM!

Communication was a bit poor, so it took longer than we expected for the delivery. The vehicle arrived in mint condition and the driver was absolutely fantastic. He called at twice to let us know his eta. He gave us plenty of time to inspect the vehicle and was very courteous. Show details
