The shoes may be nice and comfortable but returning and exchanging has been such a painful lengthy process. Still waiting for a return label which I paid for and still waiting for contact.

I ordered sandals 2 months ago. They arrived damaged. Despite sending photos immediately amd contacting customer service several times they have ignored my request and refused refund. I have submitted a complaimt to the Department of Fair trading and urge others to do the same . Show details

Best shoes in town – This shop has best shoes in town, unlike Chinese shoes which only last you for a season, these shoes would stay forever comfortable. I bought heels and boots from them, all the shoes offer just the right amount of support without feeling overly bulky. Have to say I hate high heels but with their shoes I had change my mind! Absolutely come back for more.

Be Aware! – I placed an order three weeks ago. I have not received and update nor any follow-up email. I tried contacting customer service and got a response that someone will look inot it and get back to me but that never happened. I tried calling them, contacting them using 'contact us' option on their website but no one ever got back to me. Simply unacceptable customer service. thinking when I purchased them. Cost $99 plus $10 postage They are not as comfortable as they look in the picture. The padding under ball of foot is too far back to be of any real use or relief when wearing the 8cm heels. Style is pretty but quality and comfort not as good as I thought.

Non existent customer service, you’ll never get your money back – Terrible customer service. I recently bought a pair of boots and within days the buckle broke meaning they’re no longer wearable. I has been almost 8 weeks of trying to get a hold of them to get a replacement or refund to no avail. I’ve tried email, Facebook and Instagram. received at their end then they would send a new pair. I didn’t have time, I had a broken shoulder and wasn’t driving, I explained this to Murray from Charley. I was given ways to fix this at my expense, but as I said my right shoulder was broken. I’ve been home had surgery and then sent my shoes back… charley received them on 23 June and I still haven’t heard even after sending a message. Your customer service seems to be one way….we buy, seem to have no rights… at least a shoe shop would allow you a refund if incorrect size or faulty. I got angry with all this, they were really insulting, I NEVER had anything like that said to me after I purchased something online from other companies, so I replied to them asking why would they talk like that & what dies all this even mean but they never answered me even after 2 emails & 2 phonecalls I made & left messages!! Totally rude people, non existent customer service, no professional tactful manners & they don't even let you know that they're not going to send you the shoes if you don't email them first!! Discount shoe on wrong shoe box – We went to buy my niece formal shoes. Saw the shoes on sale and the shoe was on a box that said $65 reduced. When we went to buy the lady said it was $75. Great shoes but terrible customer service – They ordered in and held a pair of shoes for me, and I told them when I would be able to see them in store. Order and paid but no despatch – I ordered a pair of wedges on 18 December that were in stock, if it wasn't in stock I am sure they wouldn't have accepted my payment. It is now 24 December and no update. I have emailed them and no response. I am not sure what to do now, if I don't hear a response soon I will have to lodge a dispute with PayPal.

was a large order (7 pairs, I would have brought more but others I wanted not available in my size. )The gentleman who answered my call , Glen I think his name was(apologies if this is wrong) was very helpful regarding the delivery and when I said this was first purchase and how many he said Ooh are you sure that’s a big first order you really need to sure of your shoe size, I assured him I had gone to shoe shop the night before to get correct measure. All was good I sent the order through, within 10 minutes confirmation came back, got my tracking details same day, and just played the waiting game for delivery. OH WOW OH WOW my shoes are PERFECT in every way. Size, colour, style, price EVERYTHING!!!!! They are beautiful stylish shors And I will be buying more. then I didn't receive any credit. I called there 2 times and a gentleman told me that it would be done on the afternoon and it didn't happen. I called again and I got the same answer. I wrote on the website and they told me because it is black Friday, I could not use my credit to et the same shoes in different size with the discount! For me it doesn't make sense at all! I am trying to use my credit to buy a size smaller and 2 more different pairs of shoes but they are holding it probably until the sale finishes. Very poor customer service!

Excellent – This morning I visited Charley boutique Oakley and was served by a beautiful blonde who gave a very kind service. The shoes are absolutely fabulous and very comfortable. The lady went above and beyond to help me pick a shoe for my daughter’s graduation!! Will be back for sure!!
