Wish I could give them ZERO – I too cant now find their website despite just getting an email suggesting I buy more wine Ordered and received a merlot was was supposed to originally be worth $300 for 6 but not only was it crap but the winery involved doesn't exist ---any more. Disgusting !!

responding to my emails. I have been waiting for a refund for weeks and have proof that the wine was returned to their warehouse.

This is the best way to buy wine – I have been using Cheaper By The Dozen for my wine supplies and can’t fault them or their wines. Fantastic delivery service and cost. I challenge you to get a better deal. My favourite is Outback Jack Cabernet Merlot. Good everyday drinking. Several of my friends are now customers. Show 3 replies

Good for my 1st purchase – Nothing fancy thats why they are cheap, purchased the deal with 24 bottles, delivered in 3 days, so no complaints. Tries the Gossips Chardy so far and it was ok. Save your better quality wines for special occassions and try CPTD for your everyday drinking.

Surprisingly good value – Purchased in two separate orders on a friday night and monday morning and received the whole order early monday afternoon. Super quick. I had recorded my delivery address differently to my mailing address and they corrected my mistake. Don’t purchase through this company – Ordered six bottles of TaKu Pinot Noir in February. The courier left it in the sun, without approval, on a 32 degree day. When I got home I opened a bottle and it was completely ruined by the sun. and they are still not replying to any emails or phone calls and I have not received any refund or replacement. I would never recommend this company and would not purchase through them again.

The free sparking wines were a year out of date – I ordered 6 bottles of rosè which came with 24 free cans of Yarra Burn sparkling. The use by date was September 2022. I guess if something sounds too good to be true it probably is.My comment on their post on Instagram was removed. I won’t be ordering again

me to contact the couriers myself. When I complained they said they will ask them, still waiting for my second half of wine. The courier needed photos and information of delivery and they still expect us to chase the delivery it’s been 3 weeks now, I am so disappointed with my whole experience with this company, never again will I be ordering from them. What a horrible experience, and still have to continue. Let’s see if I actually get the Shiraz I ordered one day. I can only imagine what to expect now after all the previous horrible wines.

Inferior wine – Wine sold from this company is inferior, wines that cellars and wineries considers inferior or off, they are marketed through Cheaper by the Dozen, I purchased a dozen of their premium wine only to pour it all down the sink, rubbish wine, don’t waste your money.

Don't be in a Hurry – My wine order took 19 days to arrive. Speaks for itself. I could have got the wine I ordered at another outlet for a similar price and had it within a few days. I had ordered the wine for an occasion, which came and went.

Been told to refer to T&C and kept advertising the wrong product to mislead the customer – Wrong year's wine delivered, told they wouldn't exchange, refund or correct in any way, told to refer to Terms & Conditions (Not applicable for this situation). kept advertised the year and received the different year product with same amount the price which misleads the customer.

Pot luck was really dreadful choice – The dozen "wines" delivered as part of the pot luck promo were just dreadful. There was no variety amongst the dozen and the appears to be failed Muscatel of sorts. The liquid was a mid shade of brown and sickly sweet, not at all palatable Very disappointed and unlikely to order more products from CBTD

Not sure of your offer – You have sent me an offer of FREE delivery (to metro area) offer expires at midnight. There is no code that I can see to apply by the way. So when I went to check out my 2 doz bottles there was a $28.00 charge. So is it free delivery or not. And yes before you ask it was a Sydney metro delivery.

False Advertising – I ordered a dozen bottles of Mister Bigmouth Shiraz. The bottles were illustrated with an eye catching label. On delivery of the bottles today, less very disappointed to see the bottles were label less and were clearskins. Very amazed that bottles of a unique named wine with labels to match turned out out to be no name clearskins.

Good Drop! – We have really enjoyed most of the wines purchased. An issue for us is when offered mystery reduced prices or rewards. We never purchase white wine so a wasted reward if supplied. Perhaps at least offer a choice if available. Show reply

Easy ordering – One of the few online sites where you don’t have to be home to sign for the first delivery . Being nearly 4 hrs from Brisbane most sites charge excessively for freight, but paid $27 postal charge for 2 cartons wine, thought this very reasonable. Beats having to travel to pick up! Would love to review the wine – Hi - was really excited about the wine. But delivery is letting you down. Company says it has our shipment but it is not being delivered - has been in their depot near us for 5 days.
