concerned about were reassuringly and easily catered for in a one stop, one step process. I have heard others talk of great salesmen/women but poor standard of actual pack-up and delivery personnel - this was absolutely NOT the case with Chess. Everyone in the chain were respectful and trustworthy - they took great care in delivering our goods in the same condition when packed. The Adelaide team of packers (all women) in particular were fabulous, worked solidly and did a great job - thank you Kerrie and team. Though I NEVER want to move again!!!!! Everyone we've dealt with from the admin people to the people who do the packing and lifting and the support team who visited each day to check everything was running smoothly and assist with all the documentation required have been a pleasure to deal with.

from a 3-bedroom house and had a lot of personal possessions. They managed the small lift at our new place and were able to move a large item up some narrow stairs. They worked hard and efficiently all day.

Absolutely rubbish over priced service!!! – Move was only a 3bed house with destination 5 minutes away and yet it took 7 hours to fill 1 truck load. Had to give same instructions several times over and they still forgot things! Then after 14 hours and everything still not completed, they tried to charge an obscene amount of money no body in their right mind would pay for that service! And the behaviour of one staff in particular was abhorent. Do not ever use this company.

annoying! Also we were told a time frame of delivery which we worked around new jobs etc to then have the delivery date extended and ended up waiting 10 days in our new house with nothing.. We won't be choosing chess again!!

Extremely efficient & Professional – WE moved a professional office of 10 staff just across the CBD in Adelaide. The team from Chess turned up on-time & had our move sorted out well before the time we expected it to take. Professional, efficient and considerate – My move with Chess was from a storage facility to a 3 bedroom home in Adelaide. Great service and support – We moved a 4 bed house over a short distance in Adelaide. The removalists took to the job straight away with little instruction required. We moved to a 2 storey house but the 2 guys made it look easy as they swiftly moved beds and other large furniture around our new home. Great communication from the team in the office (Sonia) and from the guys on the day. Would engage again. Thank you Chess!

A tough job well done – We moved a 4 bedroom house and a shed from Adelaide to Port Lincoln. Whilst they couldnt get all the large pot plants and some shed pieces in the truck first time, they came the next week. The access to unload to the shed was tough but it all got put in place with no damage. This included some pretty heavy benches and pieces of machinery. None of the house stuff was damaged either. The guys did a great job.

Stress Free Move – Well Chess created no additional stress anyway... They were prompt, polite efficient and masters at Tetris. Not a single scratch on furniture or on walls in either house. I will most definitely be asking Chess to quote on my next move. Thanks guys...

Excellent Service – The house pack up went very well and the removalists did a really great job on the day, firstly by fitting everything in the container, secondly by putting us at ease that they would do that and taking good care of all our furniture etc, especially the pictures which we weren't sure how to pack.
