the front. The dress is intended to be a bit of a low/revealing neckline but as I am taller, it looks beyond ridiculous and makes me feel horrible. I have tried with them again, purchasing playsuits but they were WAY too small and again, not for taller people as it tries to cut me in half. Don't recommend unless to fit whatever make believe sizing requirements they have. It's a shame really, cause the promotional photos are photoshopped to look amazing. Dress has embellishments on it that are so scratchy and itchy. It's not comfortable or feels nice.

Poor quality products and customer service – There was a huge range of products but of the three I purchased, all were of poor quality and over priced. Trying to exchange the products was even worse. Worst customer service I’ve ever received! – I ordered my dress on a Wednesday night. They advertise heavily for over night shipping in NZ so I knew I would get the dress before that upcoming Saturday which is when I had my event. quickly saying they were so sorry but they didn’t have the size of the dress I ordered in stock, they said their was a mix up with the tags (they actually had a size to big not the size I ordered) but it was marked wrong in their system. They offered me the same dress in a different color or a full refund. I responded to their email within 10 minutes asking to please send the different color dress as long as it would get to me by Saturday (at that time was the next day) or I’d take a refund. Not only did they not response saying they would send the other colored dress but I have yet to get a refund.

I emailed a complaint saying that they should have emailed me that Thursday after I ordered the dress making me aware of their mistake. Instead it took me reaching out to them wondering where my dress was to find out that I wasn’t going to get it. And to still not get a response from any of my emails nor a refund is beyond me. I’m so disappointed with this service I have received.

All round amazing – I used Chiffon Boutique to purchase two dresses for formal events - however the range of products available was vast yet easy to navigate. Both dresses came within a couple days of ordering them, were true to size, amazing quality and extremely well priced. Do Not Buy From Here – So bad!!! I wish I read the reviews. I bought a dress that was wrinkled (fair enough because of postage) but when I went to get it steamed cleaned it revealed lots of moisture marks. The customer service is awful and blamed the dry cleaners (who have been nothing but perfectionist everytime I use them) absolutely gutted. The material is cheap and awful.
