One side of the porto cot rail si stuck how can I release
Hi Debbie,
Try lifting the middle (base mattress) up into a triangle then try. This should release any pressure on the sides making it easier to un clip.

with the ChildCare Orbit xl, it doesn't even say the weight limit, so how am I supposed to know the amount I can have in there???
My cousin borrowed it for her 2+1/2 yo and it was fine, but they like to make it hard!
We also went to clark rubber and got a piece of foam cut to size so it was a bit more comfortable. Good luck!
The cot won't set up. We have tried everything but it won't click into position. Anyone have any ideas what to do. It just keeps collapsing?
There should be pictured instructions on the base of the bed!
Otherwise you need to lock the sides into place before you push the middle lever on the base down.
