Delivery was on time, drivers very friendly and helpful. Been a Chrisco customer for over 20 years and would recommend it to anyone, the payments are minimal. Food quality is excellent. I've been ordering for 20+ years! Last year got a lounge suite, the year before a BBQ! The hampers are amazing with a variety of food/items that you just can't save for. Paying it off over the year and getting it delivered is just the best! Everything is quality. I can't see a time when I won't order through Chrisco. I absolutely love Chrisco it’s so much easier purchasing than going to the shops and forgetting half what you need. Plus getting the extras is a great idea. Plus everything that you purchase lasts months. Only suggestion I have would be to have less rump meat cause not everyone eats it and maybe some more chicken pieces also maybe a little more tin stuff and cheeses. Show reply

Would of given zero stars if i could.Would never buy from chrisco ever again. Not only are they useless for sending parcels up roxby downs way they also were 6 weeks late last year with my order and it was only dry goods as we have to travel over 400km if we get fridge or freezer parcels to pick up.wernt even offered a free parcel or extras for the over due freight. Never again.worst company ive ever dealt with

Easy to order online. Wide range of stuff to choose from. I have been doing chrisco for about 14 years and have never had a problem even when I moved out of state. sort it out as I have 15 people coming for xmas dinner and the meat I have is inedible! Well they were no help at all, kept saying I had eaten half of it, which I haven't, I don't even want it! I honestly thought after being a VIP member that Chrisco would sort it out... But all they offered me was $100 back... I paid out just nearly $900 for this hamper which I cannot eat and they're giving me $100!!!!! So very disappointed in how they handled this. I will not or ever again deal with Chrisco and neither will my family and friends....How do you feed 15 people with a $100?!!!!

Worst place to ever buy hampers. 3 weeks late and only offered 50% refund.they still cant find the delivery service that supposed to be deliverying my hampers.i wont be having a bbq for xmas this year thanks to chrisco hampers. Usless .never again

I bought a 3 seater Chaise in charcoal and 2x boss recliners in black. I was told a week out from delivery that I would receive only 1x black recliner as the manufacturer was out of stock?? rurally to wait for my delivery.....nothing arrives? I call the call center to be told, oh sorry, delivery will be the following day? Did you not get the email? No I didn't? I take another day off work...again no delivery? I ring again...sorry your recliner is sitting in Kaitaia Main freight but they only deliver once a week out to your area so you won't get it till next week‍‍..by now I'm getting a little frustrated. My husband takes the day off work the following week and it finally arrives...we open the box to find it's the wrong colour! Wow! I have spent the last 5 days back n forth with phone calls with the Chrisco call centre trying to sort it..after 8 phone calls, photos, emails later and the Iack of communication from Chrisco, I have given up today and have asked for a full refund on my recliner. I was told today, sorry the supplier did send you a different colour because they are still out of stock of the black ones?? Why did no one ring me or email me to let me know before they sent another colour recliner? Why ask for photos of the recliner when you knew it was a different colour?? I don't understand? Now I am being told you won't get a refund until they can organise a freight truck to pick up the wrong colour recliner and it is returned to them? Why should I have to wait for my refund when it was your guys mistake?

Totally let down from Chriscos this year and the lack of communication.

Been with Chrisco for so long. I actually love the small weekly or fortnight payments over the period of time . Being unable to purchase Christmas food out right this company allows me to do so. For over 25 years Chrisco has been part of our Christmas. Paid off through out the year , Chrisco makes Christmas stress free. No busy shopping centres or car parks to contend with, I have everything I need for Christmas delivered to my door. Christmas isn’t Christmas in my house without Chrisco. Love it. Show reply
