Double charged me
I bought a data block, then they charged me for excess data on top of charging me for the 25gb data block that I already paid for when the data should have been included in the 25gb data block. Otherwise, what is the purpose of buying a data block if I am going to be charged extra for it? They are insisting the charges are valid and are still trying to debit all my cards with odd amounts of $1.26 to try to regain some of the fraudulent charges. I am going to the ombudsman. Terrible customer service. They also will not honour discounts that they advertise. Do not use them.

Crap company + crap service
phone calls constantly drop out, i used to go through optus and not have this problem but most calls are interrupted with poor service. hopeless morons to deal with when they overcharge you as well, i was on a plan that had a $20 discount for 6 months, they changed that on me before the six months was up. i noticed this and contacted them 3x, each time they said they would fix it but never did. don’t waste your time or money with this crap company.

Good customer service and app
Good customer service and functional app. Easy to keep track of your accounts. Price is okay, you could find better deals with Kogan or Amaysim on some occassions. My circles plan was 15$/month (plan fees was 25$ plus $10 monthly discount for 2 yrs) for 30GB data and unlimited local. No international.
I ported out after a year as I found a much cheaper deal with data, unlimited local & unlimited international for 15$/month with another provider.

Quick and easy service but limited in offerings
Love the automated process and if I really need to speak to someone I can however little things like payment options are limited. Everything else works great which keeps costs so low.

Good deals, good customer service
Best phone plan I have been able to find so far, usually use a load of data and if I run out they usually Hook me up with more data. And dosent take long to get onto a actual person if you have a problem, fast internet speed

Worst customer service ever sorry
Not recommended at all, worst service and support. Very unfriendly staff no promises kept and never looks after loyal customer. Network is very bad and no one helps when you ask for help with issues with network. Lot of call and internet issues now and then. Amd data speed are very low and inconsistent too.

Easy to cancel online
Got a SIM for my brother-in-law visiting from Singapore. He took it back home and misplaced it. But with Krystyne's online help it was easily cancelled. Great service. Our only grouch is that he could'nt get the SIM through his Malaysian passport.

I had problems with a SIM card I used in a modem. Once you get past the robot all the operators have been extremely helpful. The rates are fabulous.
