Most nasty customer experience ever had in my 45-yr life. Irresponsible, irresponsive, irregular service delivery... It is quite a “miracle” that such a company has managed to survive in the market. Show details

Why can’t I give 0 star?? It’s the most terrible experience I ever had!!! Avoid at all cost!!! They will automatically charge you roaming even you didn’t choose to use it, and the bill gets really expensive. The customer service was horrible! They never get any issues resolved. The reply takes days. My eSIM wasn’t working and it’s been 2 weeks and… Read more

they can’t get it resolved, and refuse to provide me with a reason or transparency of what’s the issue. And this is not the first time similar things happened. Another time I just couldn’t receive any OTP for some reason, and it took 3 weeks to resolve. The customer service attitude is very bad.

[Content Removed] shocking - they are still trying to chase me for a [Content Removed] charge. Don’t touch this company - they are cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Felix Mobile has been a god send UNLIMITED DATA – Hello, this is my review of Felix mobile, the $35 a month unlimited data plan, this is a cheap alternative to Optus, Vodafone or Telstra plans that have limited data. Data plans these days are too expensive in Australia, Felix is changing that, for just $35 a month you get unlimited data for 20mbps upload and download. This has been enough for me… Read more ·  1

to stream Netflix in 4k, watch youtube in 4k, play games, with low 30ms ping times, and to make video calls. I have gone from using 10GB a month, to over 400gb! Because the speeds are limited to 20mbps upload and 20mbps download, i find I am getting really consistent speeds. You can use e-sim to signup in less than 10 minutes and tether unlimited data to your personal TV or computer!

When i signed up using JM00586 I got a free month!

Scam company ever- Be aware – Scam company. Be aware of this scam company. I have ordered sim card online for my daughter since mid December 2024, Have received sim card on 21 December 2024 and tried to activate but it was not working at all. To contact with them was pretty headache as there was no actual store to help you with only via chat or email. Took so long till they… Read more

response back and every time repeat same details back and forth so I decided to terminate the account on 23 December and been confirmed termination on 31 December 2024. Which service was unable to be used from the start. They send me invoice on 6 January 2025 that money will be automate deduct so I contact them via chat and confirmed the waiving bill also clear all bills and will be no more bills in future. They bloody still took money out on 20 January after 1 of the agent confirmed clear of any charges. There was no point of talking back to them, I have contact my bank and open dispute the transaction straight away. Guess what I got email from circles life request me to withdraw the refund from my bank. What a joke. So I have just lodge complaint to fair trading and on process at the moment.

Worst telecom in Australia - if not worldwide – I connected my service in Dec 24, and their connection was terrible. So I cancelled the service on the same day, within their "30 satisfaction guarantee". They confirmed this cancellation via email. However, in Jan 25 I received a bill charging for 2 months, Dec 24 and Jan 25. While I questioned the customer service, they went back and fro many… Read more

times then said their "back office" "generously" "waived" my Jan 25 charge, but I have to pay for Dec 24 before they can action the cancellation.

When I questioned them: 1. Why my service is till active, even though they confirmed it via email that it has been cancelled; 2. Why am I charged as I requested the cancellation during their "satisfaction guarantee" period.

They ignored my questions and gone silent. I have reported to TIO, suggest you all do the same as this type of service shouldn't survive any longer.

I chose Circle Life because they had the cheapest plan for what I wanted plus I saw how many awards they had won. And I can see why. I found their app super easy to use and so far each month I've been given a gift of extra data or money off my bill. I live in a very rural area and thought I might have trouble with reception but I have had excellent reception. Plus my data rolls over each month. Very pleased I changed to Circle Life Show details

Really easy set up. Initially started with an eSim but needed physical Sim, and the switch was so simple! No issues with connectivity and Circles keeps hitting me with free additional data each month! I'll likely move all my other services over, really happy customer! Show details

I was a customer for 5 years, and have always been extremely happy with their service. I initially had 2 numbers for my children, and ended up ported my own number because I used Vodafone and their coverage is shocking!!!! Cheapest plans in Aus, great coverage (compared to Voda!), amazing customer service. Everything was so easy! So sad that they were sold to Amaysim and our plans are now doubled and tripled! :-( Please come back if you can!!!!! Show details

Absolutely terrible service – avoid at all costs! Circles.Life has been by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. There is no way to speak to an actual person – you’re forced to go through their app, talk to unhelpful bots, or send emails that rarely get a proper response. The lack of real customer support is shocking. Their prices increase… Read more

without notice, and there’s no option to cap your data usage. Once you go over, you’re hit with extra charges whether you like it or not.

Even after multiple requests to cancel my account—because I’ve moved to a new provider—they kept billing me and sending invoices. And despite telling them several times, they had the audacity to escalate it to debt collectors. Absolutely disgraceful.

They’re disorganised, unresponsive, and more interested in taking your money than providing any kind of decent service. I strongly advise against signing up with Circles.Life – you’ll regret it.

Very poor customer service. You can't reach anyone for enquires. I logged a call two days ago and no one comes back to me until today. But then it was cut off. When I ring back to the line again, it was voice again and I had to join the queue again for 2 days. Just want to share my experience. Will not recommend it. Show details

Almost the worst customer support experience (bar Telstra) I have ever had. Didn't get the promised 3mo discount, unhelpful agents, and won't cancel my service on request. I will NEVER use this company again. Show details

I've tried 3 times to transfer my own number to Circles with 3 different Sim cards. The customer help hasn't been able to set it up. I've wasted so much time with no outcome.

Pretty much always with no data coverage. Full network service but dial-up data speeds. Even trying different phones didn't change the performance. Also they removed the review I had on google...but I will fix that. Show details

HARD Credit check, this is the only telco that do hard credit check when sign up. The check made my credit rating down by 100 points. If anyone applying for a mortgage, this could significantly adversely affect your application. Other than that nothing wrong, at the end Circle is just a reseller, but don't think we need to be hard checked when we are prepaying the monthly fee. Show details

Please do not ever engage with this company. they are hopeless. They call themselves 'Happiness Customer Service' agents, but they have given no Happiness at all. The roaming feature did not work for 10days (their fault), and they offered me an insulting $15 as compensation. Please, please do not engage with them. (I am sorry that this system makes me give any stars at all) Show details

Terrible Experience – Wouldn't Recommend This is the worst mobile company I’ve ever dealt with. Their customer service is extremely poor, and I regret even giving them one star. Absolute scammers, they raise monthly price (up by $15 a month) without any notification, very hard to talk to anyone that can fix anything, they need to raise the problem with someone with any authority and get back to you (they dont), i changed providers and even ported my number to a new company and still getting monthly charges for circles… Read more

DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH @CirclesLifeSG. FIND ALTERNATIVES. @CirclesLifeSG has now given me a rotten customer experience over three business accounts. This week, it lost the first. The others, it will lose soon. Service @CirclesLifeSG is at an all-time low.

This may be illegal – Customer service is almost nil. Surprise increase in charges. They will not cancel my account. I think they have broken several Australian laws. I was denied access to their website and am unable to communicate to them my issues. Impossible to recomend. Show details

Honestly a terrible experience, support consultants are not helpful and do not follow through with what they say. It feels like talking with a robot with limited responses. Go with another provider, I couldn’t emphasise that enough.
