Don't be scammed by them
They overcharged me and then refused to pay me a refund for over 6 months. Unless you enjoy spending countless hours on the phone discussing their inability to bill you correctly, run away.
Your better off getting a phone service with the mafia. Seriously they are so bad.
Never ever going with these guys again.
They will charge as much as they can, and when you find it difficult to transfer the old number to another company, they will try their best to prevent you from leaving and then stop responding.

Very happy with my Circles.life service and plan
Circles.life is on the Optus network and I have had no problems at all with internet. Download speeds are consistently very good. No voicemail but If I don't answer Circles.life takes a message and sends me an MMS which is good enough for me. Help is very good if you use the online chat service during business hours and make sure that you chat with a real person, Monday to Friday. This is a bit restrictive but for a budget plan that beats anything else on the market, I cannot complain. I had one problem and found the customer service very good ...and so glad I don't have to deal with Telstra Customer service anymore. They don't have many plans but the plan I am on suits me beautifully. Very surprised to see unhappy customers, because I have been with Circles.life for over 12 months now and could not be happier.
Such a fantastic service
I now have two Circle services. Fantastic using Optus network, generous data download. I’ve switched from Vodafone (been with them since day 1) and could not be happier. Such a great price and value for money
Terrible service charging 1GB for 10$ over limit, without any notifications.
Circle life trying to cut money as much as they can without any purpose or 1GB for 10$ over limit, and never send notification if limit finish. my plan is 100 GBs per months for $28. Every month I only able to use about 50GBs out of 100GB. my last bill was so frustrating and they charge me 112$ extra. Oh, I don’t know why. And they say that you used 20 GB in one night for 112, that’s impossible, as I remember I never used that much in one night, it really disappointed me. And I will never ever use Circle life after this plane.

Don't trust this company
They over charged me and refused to refund me, they ignored me when you complained. I cancelled my service and they continued to charge me. Don't waste your time switching to this service.
100gb is actually only 55gb
This is a scam. Every month their usage is consistently different with what my phone says (see photos). My last 2 providers were on the same network and phone. No support either. Please anyone experiencing this report to the ACCC
My internet does not work
There is no customer service
have been left with no internet for 2 days.
Do not join circles life. They have a horrible service with no customer service.
Circles Life - a complete YES!
Ive been on Circles Life for nearly 4 months. It's been as stable and fast as any other service I have used.
Don't ever think it is a cheapie fly by night - no way. As good as all high quality services. I download lots of tutorials (for video editing, photography) and the DL speeds are just fine. I am really pleased I moved to Circles Life and have no intention of leaving. Very satisfied customer.
Great MVNO on Optus 4g. 100% Internet based, port in, port out, usage by phone App, all good!
Been on Circles for 3 months now. Lots of (dis) information in other reviews so here's my experience....got the SIM in 2 days (port in from another Optus MVNO), activation was really fast < 3 hours, so time this when you don't need your phone for a couple of hours. Billing comes via my email every month and notifications when usage > 80%, and usage also shows on their App.
It is 100% 'chat' based, so don't expect to phone a helpdesk, and that is why it is so cheap (my plan is 100Gb for $28 including all calls and txt - AND NO CONTRACT). It us...es the Optus 4G network Lastly, leaving Circles and keep your phone number means you must port in from the new MVNO BEFORE you cancel, just like any other mobile operator - once you're account is closed and you didn't port in elsewhere you lose your number. If you are not sure about something use 'chat' and they should give you the info you need. That's been my experience, some of you will have other opinions. There's many posts below, and your experience may be quite different, but should not be based on service functions this mobile operator never offered. I would certainly recommend them to friends and family at their current prices. Your experience may be very different 5G is finally here so if you want 5G stay with Optus/Telstra/Vodaphone for now.

watchout for data & no customer services what so ever...
1. Quite easy to setup and transfer to either new numbers or keeping the same numbers.
2. Only takes two days to receive the new simcard and easy to set it up
1. There is no website that customers can login to check the any details such as contract, data usage, upgrade/ downgrade plans etc... which I find it is extremely important to track where the data/ calls had been used or made
2. There is absolutately NO customer services (either over the phone or customer services to send emails etc..)...3. I activated the simcard on 6/11/2020 for $38.00/ 100GB and soon as I activated, the total of 17GB was gone without any explanation, hence, tried to contact to find out what happened (via pop-up chat windows) and stated that the issues has been resolved without any explanation or followed at all. 4. Did not mentioned that the first bill will be billing for first two billing circles (the current and the advanced following month) in which it can be difficult for somes (total of $76.00 = $38.00 per month/ plan). To sum it up: if you use lots of data as me then yes but beside that, I have to deal with any issue via an app in which very limited (no breakdown how much data use per day; contract info; customer services; billing ; Despite they share the same network as Optus, the 4G is quite fast and reliable but for how long.. that is the unknown...
Absolutely love the customer service and value for money.
Recently switched over from telstra and haven't been happier.
Customer service is great. Very quick response and all queries resolved promptly.
Coverage is better than expected. No major issues or drop-outs.
Perfect Service Provider
Circles.Life is astoundingly cheap delivering high quality customer service and great mobile plans. The network coverage is pretty good, just spotty here and there, but something I can live with (I live in a rural area). While sometimes (once a day max) my data stops working, it is fixable by turing it off and on again. Data download speed as of me writing this right now is 78MBps. Porting numbers is a fast and easy process and even resulting with a a failure can quickly be reinitiated as they tell you the cause of failure. I can't speak for anyone else here but in my experience so far, this is a great provider
Very fast, but dodgy data usage and billing
Very fast and low ping (near an Optus tower) but... company is a scam. The data usage does not match phone/router usage and the billing is deliberately confusing for something that should be simple (sadly becoming the norm). The worst part, when attempting to cancel/move your number will be terminated forever, no porting. They will then delete your account before sending the last bill and they only way to pay is logging onto their app, which now you cannot do. I’m still attempting to pay the last bill now, about to contact the ombudsman.
Terrible customer service.
Terrible customer service. Could not transfer my number. No phone contact. Email contact is terrible as they take days to respond. If you want to use your phone, do not use this company
I have a excellent experience with service, data speed etc. recommend Circles.Life. Data speed is unbelievable fast. Price is reasonable, recommended the other people. Now Instead of I have cancel my house WiFi, I highly trust Circles.Life

Beware of this company
They blast you with emails saying that your data is reducing but they never send you the email that says "We've given you 3 free GB to tide you over" then they start charging you through the roof. They billed me for over $250 dollars and got a debt collector onto me. I paid it off and now they are sending me more threatening emails saying I owe more money. Don't go there. They are outright thieves..
Really hopeless customer service and inefficient data update which will always cause you to pay extra every time. Took 17 days to respond to my email and that too with irrelevant information not really responding to the issue
I think customer service is superb - every time the agent is caring.
Initially I had some automatic debit issues as they always need me to manually hit the pay button, finally fixed it after a few months which is annoying.
Regardless the 20 GB for $18 is a good deal.
I’m switching to other provider only because I have free mobile credits from NBN signup.
Questions & Answers
Can Circle Life charge me if I dont activate the sim card? I have changed my mind about switching over to this company
Hi justed wanted to change my pH to my Optus no
I really don't get or understand what you are saying. you can port out your existing number to circle ( Optus network ) by changing your network provider from your existing to other is one thing. changing your mobile phone that's another thing. I don't get what do you mean. that's a very shifty and doggy question to answer.
Why does this app say I using twice the amount off data my phone is saying and why can't I contact them and I have Reffer 5 people that's a scam don't Reffer anyone it's a scam so they get more people U get nothing
Yeah they still haven't answered me I still have 0 resolution
I'm not sure what I can do
Have you moved from this company to another company as yet
If so what did you do about cancelling the automatic payments
Don't sure as there is no way, it's why I normally use a digital card which my bank just changes the 3 digit number on the back of ur card for Luke a day then they can't use it again but I like U as it's was a phone plan there got my real card and I can't see anyway of unlinking it only way I can see is to get the back to stop it at this point, I just so lucky I kept my old number and hadn't discounted from Optus yet
