AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COST

had my service with these clowns for just over a month almost no internet coverage anywhere they tried to charge for two full months customer service are all you cant speak to anyone emails only finally after many attempts managed to get a revised bill paid what they wanted and still to this day they send me more bills they are complete SCAMMERS DON NOT EVER USE THIS SERVICE

Slow internet/ Worst coverage

Facing slow internet/coverage issue since I ported in. Even after talking to customer service multiple times, still facing same issue. Just paying for the service and not being able to use data as it is just getting wasted.

Avoid this provider at all cost unless you enjoy terrible internet cover and an impossible customer service

Bunch of clowns. I’ve been trying to change my post paid plain for 2 months as the internet coverage is hopeless. They keep charging me at the rate I changed from. Trying to get anyone to fix it is impossible. I’ve been promised by several of their ppl it would b fixed. And now they won’t even call me back. My advice is to avoid these clowns at all cost. I can see I’m going to have to change provider. 100% hopeless

Ripped off and lier

I am cancel with circle only 6 days i use but rhey change for 1 months ripped off and the internet not good and they said want to return the money ut until now no money return lier , hard to contact do not use this company

Terrible service

I ported my number to a new provider and kept charging me, and it's a nightmare trying to get someone to resolve it

Decent prices but comes at the cost of being spammed with ads

Network coverage through Optus network was decent. However after a few months they began constantly texting to join DoorDash and do deliveries with no way to opt out. Very disappointing in the end.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE PROVIDER

Lies. They sell you a prepaid plan when it’s actually post paid. I left Belong to give Circles a go. I was super happy with Belong though the attractive price of Circles made me switch. What a mistake. I was with circles for 4 weeks and went right back to good old Belong. I now keep getting invoices from Circles even though I am no longer a customer and have paid my one and only invoice. They try slap you with international fees and unlike most service providers, they allow you to go over your data usage to pay more $$$. I do NOT recommend. Customer service is non existent. No one seems to be able to remove my acc from Circles nor can they explain why I keep getting bills for a service that I no longer use.

Customer support is a disgrace at the system level. A mostly non functioning call back option. Live chat and email that is conflicting and erratic. Days of going around in circles - pun intended... When working it is a great product but good luck trying to contact them for timely help.

billing me after i ported my number out for a bill i have already paid

i ported my number out to aldi mobile from circels life on the 6th of july , i asked their customer support via the chat on circles life app if i would have any charges for porting it out before i did and was told there was not and i would have a pro rata bill. today they sent bill i have already paid, i paid this bill on the 6th of july and will notify my bank to dispute payment if dont accept i have paid it ,and contact the ombudsman , your app is rubbish , they are telling me now that i have to pay fot the whole month after telling me before porting my number out it is pro rata

i contacted the TIO and got satisfaction , something that i never got with circles life , would recommend the TIO to anyone who has to deal with circles life and billing issues . i will never forget my unfair dishonest treatment from circles life

Flaws

I bought the SIM to use in a modem. Works fine but you need to get an authentication code to use the App. As this is not my phone number I can’t get the code… they can’t use my actual mobile phone number due to security issues. So the App based service is not operational for me. They need to have an email option but not offering me anything at the moment.

Trouble changing providers

I have been trying for a week to change from previous telco to Circles - each day i get an email saying there is a delay. I've called the previous telco who advise they have approved the transfer - yet everyday I get an update saying it will be done in 48 hours.

Can't even get voicemail set up

Network coverage is good, my speeds are fine, but I've tried for weeks to get voicemail set up and working. Have followed all instructions provided a number of times, have enabled/disabled/enabled as they say to get it set up and still my calls are not being diverted. Literally one of the most basic functions that should be available. Don't even bother with customer service its all offshore and they're completely useless.

Also not prepaid even though thats how its advertised. No international minutes included

Ongoing poor poor to no data connection

Contacted customer service due to poor coverage and slow to no data connection . Poor coverage over lots of Sunshine Coast area. Circles.Life blamed Optus . Spoke to Optus who stated that Sunshine Coast has very good Optus coverage and no problems with data speeds. Optus stated companies like Circles.Life only pay for a certain amount of bandwidth and data from Optus . When this is exceeded combines such as Circles.Life coverage is adversely effected and data speeds are greatly reduced . Needless to say I’ve received very a very poor to no service from Circles.Life and am changing providers .

No esim despite the zen desk

Online it says that they are able to have a Zen desk troubleshooting Sim migration from a physical Sim to an eSIM. However this is not the case. There needs to be an online facility where you can contact or call somebody

People who have lost their numbers due to failed port in to circles.life.
After waiting over 3 weeks for circles.life to port my number into them I got very frustrated having no access to my number linked to my 2 factor authentication. I contacted my old provider, low and behold they still had my number, and advised me NO port out request was received.
I have since gained my number back by reconnecting to my old provider. I immediately began receiving random texts calls and spam so obviously once you give circles.life they steal your number and identity and pass it along to everyone like a Riley Reid video.
I sent circles life over 20 emails, I never received anything but automated responses.
Also beware, "Jordan" doesn't not work for circles and this is not monitored by them

Scam artists. Pretty sure this company is just set up to steal your identity
