Poor service – Purchased a Intex SX925 Sand Filter Pump - 3500LPH online to pickup inCanberra store as the online store was saying it had stock and within an hour i was refunded my money so i presumed they were out of stock. I received no phone call to confirm this, so i rang them and got all sorts of excuses. Absolutely poor service and not a great way to run a business. Will not be using them again

Harder than you think, inventory issues, contact issues – Ordered camping mats online for delivery. No set store. Their system assigned a store to deliver. The store rang me and said they have no stock. And left the problem for me to sort out. Rang customer service. They told me customer service will call and were not interested that their system created a problem.

Ridiculous postage cost – Was ordering 10 tornne button receivers 20mmx 20mm, cost $7. Postage $66, what a joke. Excuse, I live 100km from store. A $13.50 postal sachet would be sufficient and go anywhere in Australia. Really.

Pathetic – Went online to order one product for click and collect. Issues: - Cart can't be modified - Had to clear cache and history, still wouldn't change - Went to different browser - Asked if I wanted to click and collect or have it delivered; selected collect in store - went to payment section and it automatically reverted to delivery Tried several… Read more

The is website is clunky and full of bugs.
This is stark contrast to going into the my local store.

Terrible service. Note - Owner contacted me after review and rectified – I purchased a pump online that was in clearance that showed it was available in the Balcatta store. I was called 2 days later and told that the pump had been sold during the day as they only look at online orders at the end of the day. A refund was offered but no discount on alternative pumps or apology. Note: The owner has since contacted me and rectified the issue to my satisfaction Show 4 replies
Terrible customer service, faulty product they won't refund for – Bought an intex inflatable bed in June online that was shipped from the Dandenong shop. We tested it, seemed ok, then our daughter slept on it and it deflated. So we tried to return it and was told "we don't do refunds", "it's from Intex, we can't get money back from them". We will be going to the ombudsman cos that behaviour is illegal. Save yourself our stress, don't shop here

my details again. One reason I ordered from Clark Rubber is they're a staple name in Australia for 40+ years but I order a LOT from different Chinese sites and Ebay and this is one of my worst experiences to date ordering online.
Shockingly awful, still chasing assistance – I purchased an item online for a Christmas present and not only received the wrong one, but it wasn't delivered until in the New Year. I was told I could take it to a store who would return the item and I would receive a refund with approx 5 days. for change of mind. I explained it was not change of mind, but I received the wrong item.. I have phoned customer service 5 times now each time my details taken and told someone would return my call. I am still waiting. This is their mistake yet I cannot seem to get a refund on my item or even a return phone call from customer service.... I will never purchase from Clark Rubber on line again and shall certainly let others know NOT to ever bother either... Absolutely appalling service and given the absolute run around.. They are money thieves..

Great customer service, Kotara store – Sad to hear of others bad experience with Clarks when I have nothing but praise for the staff at their Kotara ( Newcastle NSW) store who where very friendly and helpful when I rang about an order I placed for home delivery and when would I expect it. 30mins later it was at my door and only a few days after I ordered it online.
The product itself I am happy with considering it was the cheapest foam single mattress they have.

Website incorrectly went into the Moorabin store to get some of these, after the website said they were in stock at the store. When I got there they didn't have the size I wanted despite the website saying was in stock, and the ones in stock were not even the sizes listed on the website. It only serves to frustrate your customers when your site say you have something only to waste their time travelling to the store and find out they are not in stock you'd think by now stores have their inventory data correct with all the online buying people have been doing due to COVID

Shocking - Didn't deliver and won't refund – Ordered product - they didn't have it in stock in the time I needed so cancelled it (which is perfectly fine). Assured me I would be refunded however I'm still chasing and haven't been refunded after 2.5 weeks. Left a review on their website which was professional but negative, however they moderated and didn't publish it... how terrible. Would take their reviews advertised online with a grain of salt if they are moderating out negative ones.
Dining chair cushions replaced – Excellent advice with size of foam and firmness. service top marks. Chairs now refurbished and comfortable. Many thanks Manoj , for the quick delivery service.
Never received – My daughter ordered a pool mattress for a Christmas present.To this day end of Feburary still an issue with now trying to get refund.Told with several calls to complaints by phone should be in account on Monday if not call back.Called back three Mondays ago still no refund.
Absolutely chocking – Looking at purchasing an inflatable spa and found out that Bunnings selling exactly the same product for $799 while Clark rubber selling it for $1499 A real joke

The courier company, couriers please, again forgot this and delivered it to one of their pop shops that I cannot get to. Someone from Clark Rubber at Castle Hill went to the pop shop, pickup the package and delivered it to me.

100% couldnt believe I ordered a smallish item for the in laws in the late arvo and by 6pm it was at my door step – Amazing. Best delivery time ever I ordered late arvo and was delivered on the same day in the evening. Would definitely recommend Clark rubber ! Nevertheless have I ever had something delivered on the same day! Winning!
Wow. Overnight Delivery – I ordered static window films on Sunday night and the goods was delivered on Monday 04th September . That's pretty amazing. I compare the static windows from other stores and decided to buy from Clark Rubber. Thank you.
