Recently stayed at Boambee Bay Resort with a girlfriend. Had a lovely stay. 2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom was comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. On site restaurant and bar were great. Reasonable prices and delicious food. Enjoyed the “Meet and greet”. Short drive to Coffs Harbour. Wouldn’t hesitation to recommend and hope I get the chance to stay again. Show details · 1

We spent five weeks at Boambee Bay Resort. We travel north at this time of the year for warm water and warm weather. We love the resort. The apartments are great, the grounds well looked after and it offers many facillities. It is close to everything we love in the area and an easy drive to surfing beaches for me. Show details · 1

The Beach House Seaside Resort is such an all rounder, great location, great apartments, great activities, great customer service. The resort has a themed trivia welcome afternoon to also provide information on things to do which are always good to know!! The apartments are equipped with everything you would need. Most amazing staff always there to assist with a smile. Room lovely & clean! Despite the wet week there were plenty of activities to get involved in, from breakfasts on 2 mornings , Devonshire morning tea., painting a canvas, design of own choice, members get together fun afternoon-pyjama dress. We have been members for over 10years and have been coming to the Beachhouse Coolangatta QLD yearly since then. It is our favourite because we only have to walk across the road to the beach and to the Surf Club or to the many shops, cafes and eating places. the beach,if not Coolangatta beach then Kirra. Not to mention Surfers Paradise in the distance and Snapper Rocks toward NSW. We love the walking paths along the beachfront, that take you all along the different beaches. The 2 bedroom units are always immaculately presented, roomy and all the staff are always pleasant and accommodating.

Paid many thousands of $ for an eight week stay, made three requests for a high floor, 17 floors with 8 apartments yet they booked us into 5th floor ! The assistant manager would not consider any alteration to her plan, we were fobbed off. Room had ripped carpet too. Not happy Jan! Show details
Follow-up · Eventually I heard from a representative about an enquiry, They quoted inaccurate info about my complaint which meant to me that they were not serious about looking after my complaint. How many rooms were used by long term customers at this time? What was the percentage of available rooms for long term stayers?I had three communications about my stay not one. The carpet and a broken chair were rectified fairly promptly.

Follow-up · Room was noisy being on the 4th floor overlooking McLean Street. Got all the afternoon sun so nice and warm unfortunately couldn't open the bedroom window ( awaiting repairs ) so a bit hot at night. Over all great location lovely staff, helpful and welcoming Highly recommend

Great location on Coolangatta Waterfront. Close to the shopping and eating precinct. All rooms have a view of the Ocean. The facilities were clean and functional. Car Parking was on site. Courtesy bus available to the Airport Staff were friendly and approachable Show details · 1
We have holidayed at Boambee Bay on numerous occasions over many years. There is so much to do and see in the Coffs Coast area from the Hinterland to the Coast. We both enjoyed our time in the resort facilities from a great pool, spa and dining and owners drink meeting new friends. Show details · 1

We cancelled our membership 7 years ago and they now want an annual payment again. It took quite some negotiation to leave after six years. It is now becoming aggrevating that they keep demanding annual renewal monies.

Silver Sands Timeshare Resort, managed by Classic Holidays recently sent a notification regarding attending the 2026 Annual General Meeting on Monday 18 May 2026. Management at Silver Sands advised to shareholders about 3 years ago that over 90 per cent of shareholders had signed their shares over to Silver Sands Timeshare Club Ltd (A.C.N. 009… Read more

This came with advice that if the remaining shareholders did not comply with the request from Silver Sands Management to sign their shareholding over as others have, legal action would be taken against them to obtain these remaining shares in the Silver Sands Timeshare Club Ltd (A.C.N. 009 112 403).
The paperwork provided and “partly completed” with the entity Silver Sands management wanted shares transferred into, was the standard paperwork for share transfers.
Along with the share transfer paperwork was a Transfer of Land paperwork, transferring ownership from Silver Sands Timeshare Club individual owners into the name of Silver Sands Timeshare Club Ltd (A.C.N. 009 112 403)
Many years ago Silver Sands Management gave the Club Timeshare owners no alternative but to hand the possession of their Share Certificate over to the Management of Silver Sands. If the Share Certificate was not handed over a significant penalty charge would be added to the owner’s annual levy.
Other timeshare clubs managed by Classic Holidays have not done this with Certificate of Titles or Ownership of Shares and any understanding as to How and Why Silver Sands Directors/Management can be notifying people who have signed their shares over to Silver Sands Timeshare Club Ltd (A.C.N. 009 112 403) regarding the Shareholders Annual General Meeting is a mystery.
The real reasons for Management of Silver Sands forcing the Silver Sands timeshare club members to hand over their shareholding and land ownership without any monetary compensation have never been advised to the Silver Sands timeshare club members.
