Horrible company... BEWARE

Horrible company.. My father signed up back in 2017 not realising he would be trapped in until 2027!! My father has health problems and is getting older he just wants out but he still has 2 more years to go.. He paid a payment of a $1000 thinking that was it, Nope until 2027!! Cancel Membership

We would like to cancel our membership as our family circumstances have changed and the current offers do not really meet ours in NZ. We don't want to continue paying for the annual fees whilst not using this any longer. Hope to hear from someone soon. Thanks Uinise

Not at all a good company

Approached me by email to offer my a holiday despite getting as far away from time-share as possible and member a few years ago. Advised them of this fact and received no apology. You would expect an apology if they had a hint of being even slightly professional in the way they contact their business. Stay away, far away from this mob Show details

Wait and see

Against my better judgement, I scratched these cards. Husband was there looking happy... I wasn’t. I KNEW there was a catch!! But no, we stupidly paid the $40.00.
Come home to read ALL THE TERRIBLE REVIEWS. Honestly think that once you pay the huge amounts to join, it might be ok.
BUT I OBJECT TO THE MISLEADING WAY TO GET YOU TO their presentations.
You’d be better off with a upfront honest system of sales. TIME SHARE was never mentioned.
So I’ve rung Sue to get my $40.00 back. She can’t do it. I have to ring the office.
Well I’m not holding my breath!!

Great family holidays

We have stayed at Fairway Lodge once a week for over 20 years. Classic Holidays have always accomodated our requests or swaps for different resorts. Definately recommend especially if flexible dates Show details

Over $4000 USD Rip Off

Classic Holidays does not provide better pricing than any other website you can find for free online. They lured my family in with promises of exclusive pricing from luxury hotels or resorts, but when we try to actually book them, the price is no different than if we just book directly with the hotels. The initiation fee is expensive and the annual fee is a continuing rip-off. We are disappointed and feel like we were [Content Removed]. Show details

Don't bother

Got sucked into this years ago when they were trying to make inroads into WA. Heavy handed sales tactics used without conscience. This has cost us holidays rather than made them possible as they promised. One of the worst financial decisions we have made as a family. Run.
They followed up in a half baked effort to meditate 10 months ago. Best they might do is not charge us further fees until our contract ends in a couple of years. They never called back to confirm our intentions as promised though and now they have sent a final notice. Show details

Stay away from Classic Holidays

I am extremely dissatisfied with Classic Holidays. It offers me nothing. When I would like to use this program, Classic Holidays can't provide accommodation when I need it. Phones are not answered. I've had to go through another organisation to get accommodation when I want it. They don't have the decency to tell you when your account is due. Please think twice before getting involved with Classics Holiday's. It is a total waste of money. It cost me thousands for very little service. Show details

Cheating

I am quite suprised people grade this service high. A lot of Vietnamese people were cheated to buy this service which is totally useless in our country and then the agents close the office and refuse to do everything they commited. Cant escape classic holidays trap. ***Classic Holidays has now resolved my complaint.***

As with so many other people here.
We are unable to cancel our Classic Holidays contract.
Our circumstances have changed considerably since we joined.

Paradise

I would recommend a stay here.Self contained units or just 10 minutes to Nerang or 30 minutes to Mt Tamborine for a meal you're not short of choices. I loved the lake ,the wildlife , the grounds were immaculate and the ambience will be back. Show details ·  1

I , like others it appears have been endeavoring to cancel our Classic Holidays membership each year for almost 10 of the years we have been members. However, we have not been able to use any offers made by Classic, nor have been able to get assistance with destinations we have wanted to travel.
The time has come to be coerced into paying the annual subscription for 2023.
Let me repeat , I do not wish to continue our membership . I will be referring this matter to the Office of Fair Trading / Ombudsman next week . Regards Gaetana Falcone and Barry Waser. Area code - 2177
