He clearly explained how to manage the required chemicals, including what to add, what order to add them in, and what the ideal maintenance levels are. Due to his wonderful customer service, and going above and beyond to assist me, we were able to have our pool up and running in time for the Australia Day long weekend! Our pool was finally installed, and the fiberglass shell was in good condition. However, the installation process was not straightforward. during the dig, we would have expected the necessary tools to be available for such situations. Once completed, the handover process was disappointing. We were missing parts of the pool blanket and the pole for the vacuum, which required follow-up. Additionally, the pool needed specific chemicals to balance the water, but these were not supplied. We were given some chemicals, but not the ones required. Ultimately, I had to visit a pool shop, have the water analyzed, and purchase what was needed to get the pool clean and balanced.

Very good service – We are very happy with all aspects of our dealings with Classic Pools. The size and price of the tiled pool we chose was ideal for our yard. Craig and his team have been very easy to work with and last week the crane lifted our pool into place without any problems. After the house renovations are completed the pool will be commissioned and we can’t wait till next summer. Happy to recommend Classic Pools.

grown up, we don't use it as much as we used to. I would definitely recommend the Classic Elite above ground pools to anyone who is looking for an affordable, long lasting and well built pool.

purchased this pool as I have rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis etc I walk everyday in this pool as well as other exercises and this relieves my pain. My grankids and family also really enjoy the pool. Great purchase.

pleasantly suprised at the quality i was given. Doing this as a DIY was at times a little daunting but the videos they provide are mostly pretty good (albeit at times a touch long). But everytime i had a question about install or needed additional info regarding engineering docs for council they rectified it instantly. I would definately recommend based on my experiences with them.
