The hotel was amazing including breakfast. We were picked up from our hotel and taken to the cruise terminal we had an absolutely amazing time when we got into Spain. We were picked up and taken straight to our hotel and when we left to Spain the transport was all organised to take us to the airport. Thank you Natalya for always being so amazing for organising everything so perfectly we had the most incredible Cruise and we are so glad we took your advice and did this. The only thing I can say if anybody is looking for a first class travel consultant then give Natalya a ring she is amazing and always make sure that her customers are 100% happy and satisfied. wife died. I naturally cancelled the cruise and asked for refund. They returned part of money,but kept about 25% of the cost for themselves?They called it a penalty for cancelling the cruise and a "future" cruises, including the deceased wife??The refund was incomplete, as they said- due to no-refund by "Celebrity Cruises". Well,I contacted "Celebrity Cruises". Response I received: "Because your travel agent J......e L.....s from "Clean Cruising" accepted and received the "future cruise certificate" you must resolve your concern with her. I send above to all emails was found ,including all management. Completely ignored?? "Clean Cruising" profited from my wife death- $2433!!!!

from the bookings and information provided pre-cruise was completely accurate and well documented. Our cruise was on Coral Princess cruising inside passage from Whittier to Vancouver.Apart from the initial embarkation which was extremely well coordinated,our cabin attendant Joe was amazing and very caring and helpful.Sadly the ship was very outdated.The balcony cabin was tiny. The plumbing in the toilets on most decks didn’t work and the food was mediocre.Staff attitude was poor and there was no rapport between them. Next cruise was on Celebrity Solstice.What a difference!All of the staff were amazing.Our cabin was twice the size and wonderfully appointed.There was a marked difference with the crew.We observed them being treated so well by their supervisors who praised them when they did well and explained things when minor discrepancies occurred.It was a totally different culture and explained why everyone on board was happy.The food was fantastic as were the activities and entertainment.I will definitely book future cruises with Celebrity. I will also use Clean Cruising to book future holidays.

example, my wife and I were interested in a cruise out of Singapore but the ship was also returning to Singapore. As we were on extended vacation in Thailand, I enquired as to whether we could board and also disembark at Bangkok. I sent an email to Clean Cruising on Sunday night and BINGO....received a swift reply the very next morning. Sally provided all the detailed information for this cruise which covered pricing , cabin availability and most importantly the important aspects with boarding and disembarking in Thailand as it all depends on relevant Port of Authority. I would especially like to commend Sally for her professionalism and superlative skills and knowledge. I found the experience with Clean Cruising to be informative, clear communication & prompt. We took a cruise in May with the Azamara Quest from Athens through the med and ended in Barcelona. We absolutely loved the cruise and the staff were amazing, we got spoilt with the choice of restaurants and cocktails all included in our package.
