they have had staff issues because of the amount silence then action with someone else. Must admit did think it was a scam for a while. The banks are definitely A1 fools to deal with, it makes you wonder sometimes how they ever make money?

Could have got a better outcome without Credit Reboot! Ridiculous – I have done most of the leg work to get the debt reductions to date. Have had ongoing issues with Credit Reboot from the call centre staff to the entire process. First, before the call centre was changed over to wherever it is now. with people who seem to hear but not listen. And repeat the same empty apologies. Creditors contacted me the entire duration of having Credit Reboot onboard & my credit rating was updated with defaults.. But Credit reboot had no issues contacting me if a payment was late! One of the debts I had, a credit reboot employee entered into a settlement without my consent. I had to argue to get my phone call listened too and my point proven (because calls are monitored they could go back and check). I then received the reduction I was aiming for with that debt and dealt with another employee going forward). Once my 12 months of payments were up (June 2023) - I have never heard back. Today I called Credit Reboot to follow up and was advised that my accounts have gone to the legal team as it has been transferred to 'Linton Pitt' when in actual fact. It has been with Linton Pitt the entire time! Another common theme when I call is being told it's gone to the legal team or the negotiators. Yawn. I wish I never onboarded Credit Reboot. I have paid them to stress me out more than the debt collectors. If you know enough about debt recovery and how it works. You can do what Credit Reboot does - yourself, for free and without additional stress!

Debt completely wiped .. amazing work by Credit Reboot – After 2 years of Credit Reboot working on my account, I received notification that one of my accounts had been abandoned by the bank and I was free from that debt completely with no further payments to be made. I couldn't believe the outcome. I still have another small debt that they are working on. But amazing, I highly recommend this to anyone. Date of experience: June 01, 2023

Great results – Is been a long process due to the virus, but thank God now everything is getting sorted out. Life savers in getting out of debt – Credit Reboot are life savers. They have helped me with full debt waivers of my 2 Bank SA credit cards, one was $4700 and the other was $4030. credit Reboot are amazing a what they do – credit Reboot exceeded my expectations, they were able to minimise my 6000 dollar debt with ANZ to 2150 dollars which blew me away, the team went back and forth until they got me the best outcome.
