Completed my RSA (NSW) in Feb 2026 and this week successfully completed my RCG (NSW) thanks to Alicia Bulmer. deadline to complete Linda went that extra mile and communicated with me when I had submitted an assessment and she would mark it promptly, allowing me to meet my deadline. Recommended studying with these guys.

What should have been a simple online course is a total time waste. To participate in the course you need to share a whole bunch of personal details. There is no mention of data harvesting before the payment There is no disclosure that you will receive a discounted price for the exchange of your personal data. The company has no phone number typical of scam sites I would avoid this company

replicate "real-life scenarios" of Karen and Greg having unbearably cringeworthy public breakdowns that would fail any Year 9 drama class scripted by the most primitive of AI bots.

The assessment process is a joke—impersonal, robotic, and seemingly set up to fail capable candidates. It feels like a money-making scheme designed to pressure users into retakes. I was failed for allegedly “reading from a script” in four out of five role-play videos—yet one was inexplicably accepted. Where’s the consistency or logic? Make it make sense!

The course content is padded with irrelevant filler to stretch it to six painful hours. The final assessments are laughable. They are vague, confusing and the marking criteria and so-called prompts (often just links to random, very poorly-worded sections) are shoddily thrown together, lazy, extremely poorly thought through and unhelpful.

This course is a disservice to all learners and a stain on the concept of training. Avoid at all costs (literally!) if you can.

engaging, her real world experience helped to illustrate the material in a tangible way. She was extremely knowledgeable. Her communication skills were excellent. She didn't drag things on too long or cut things too short. She made the day enjoyable and she was personable. I would highly recommend Clear to Work for your RCG training course provider.

The session was well run and enjoyable, Alicia did an excellent job of including all participants and making all areas of the content clear. I found the quizzes/assessments simple and efficient.

Don't use this company !!! they keep asking for more money to extend but they never give you the certificate always something else to complete it's obviously there way of getting more money from you. I'm done with them waste of time energy and money and after all of that !! 5 months of stress i have to now start again with another company. Stay clear of clear to work!!! Because there is nothing clear about them !! Not happy.

I'm extremely satisfied with Clear to Work's service! I recently applied for a police clearance certificate, and despite having some doubts, their team responded incredibly fast to my emails. The website instructions were clear and easy to follow. I received my PCC within 24 hours, which was impressive. The staff were very helpful and replied in a timely manner. I had a number of hiccups with the application. One of them self created and the other a department of transport not recognising my drivers licence. Your staff were able to sort the problem swiftly. Thank you Show reply

I did the RGBO course, run by Alicia. It was informative at the right level, was conducted on time, in the time allotted, and on quality. Alicia was helpful and went the extra mile.

DO NOT USE CLEAR TO WORK TO GET TOUR POLICE CHECK – No star. NOT USING this again or even recommend it. They can’t process my application with no alternative and yet i have to pay for refund.

Was simple enough.! Little perplexed as to why you pay BEFORE submitting any details. Results were quicker than expected. Not much to complain about. Web site ok to deal with, just use your head and read everything as toh upload photos.

OK but uses tracking cookies/pixel from tiktok – Police check response was fairly quick and the website is fairly easy to use. However, the webpages place tracking cookies and tracking pixels from tiktok and facebook, and an inadequate explanation was provided when queries were made about this.

The RSA Course in an absolute disaster! – The RSA Course is an absolute disaster. You have to submit 5 Videos of yourself, but these videos are not reviewed by the staff. Instead, they are randomly rejected without an individual explanation. copied. If they are using the same assessment for years and thousands of people take these course online, of course, multiple people give the same answers! So, its impossible to pass this course. It's complete fraud!

Dave saved the day – After a difficult start for a police clearance where PDF format is not accepted for your identity verification & everything must be in jpeg I complained. Since then Dave at clear to work has been excellent in his explanation and communication. Without him I wouldn't have recommended clear to work. Would consider reusing them in the future.

Police Check – The process for my Police Check was quick and easy, they were always in contact and the info was clear. Very helpful and happy with the way it all went.

Further hints and tips – My husband helped me with aspects of this as he had just done his own, and I struggle with technology at times. A couple of tips to make it quicker and easier would be suggesting that the applicant takes ALL of the required photos (front AND back) in advance to save going in and out of the photo library and website.
