Alicia could not have made the process any easier or simpler, she made sure everyone understood, did not make you feel ashamed when you had a wrong answer, was fully dedicated to answering any questions we had and was very encouraging for us to ask questions when we needed to. 10/10 online learning experience with her.

Whole process has been long. Completed my LLN&D May 6th. Took one whole week and 2 emails from myself for me to be able to start the actual course on May 13th! Do not purchase the card. Ordered May 19th and still have no recieved it June 8th. Just stick to the email certificate as it is a waste of money.

accessible and practical rather than overwhelming. She encouraged questions throughout, used real-world scenarios that made the content stick, and created an environment where everyone in the room felt comfortable participating. You could tell she genuinely cares about her students understanding the material, not just getting through it. I came in knowing very little about responsible gambling obligations and left feeling genuinely confident about applying what I had learned in a real venue setting. WORST COMPANY EVER – Pls reframe from using this company for yr checks, Extremely slow service the worst I have encountered in 8 years as I regularly required checks to be complete for my type of work. Don't WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH HIS COMPANY

What should have been a simple online course is a total time waste. To participate in the course you need to share a whole bunch of personal details. There is no mention of data harvesting before the payment There is no disclosure that you will receive a discounted price for the exchange of your personal data. The company has no phone number typical of scam sites I would avoid this company

replicate "real-life scenarios" of Karen and Greg having unbearably cringeworthy public breakdowns that would fail any Year 9 drama class scripted by the most primitive of AI bots.

The assessment process is a joke—impersonal, robotic, and seemingly set up to fail capable candidates. It feels like a money-making scheme designed to pressure users into retakes. I was failed for allegedly “reading from a script” in four out of five role-play videos—yet one was inexplicably accepted. Where’s the consistency or logic? Make it make sense!

The course content is padded with irrelevant filler to stretch it to six painful hours. The final assessments are laughable. They are vague, confusing and the marking criteria and so-called prompts (often just links to random, very poorly-worded sections) are shoddily thrown together, lazy, extremely poorly thought through and unhelpful.

This course is a disservice to all learners and a stain on the concept of training. Avoid at all costs (literally!) if you can.

I am very grateful for the support I received from my trainer throughout the course. Linda was consistently patient, approachable, and always willing to assist whenever I needed help. The explanations were clear, and the guidance made a real difference in my learning experience. I felt supported at every step. engaging, her real world experience helped to illustrate the material in a tangible way. She was extremely knowledgeable. Her communication skills were excellent. She didn't drag things on too long or cut things too short. She made the day enjoyable and she was personable. I would highly recommend Clear to Work for your RCG training course provider.

The session was well run and enjoyable, Alicia did an excellent job of including all participants and making all areas of the content clear. I found the quizzes/assessments simple and efficient.

Used clear to work to get federal police clearance very very slow used other site which was cheaper and faster this site not good be prepared for headache using this

Don't use this company !!! they keep asking for more money to extend but they never give you the certificate always something else to complete it's obviously there way of getting more money from you. I'm done with them waste of time energy and money and after all of that !! 5 months of stress i have to now start again with another company. Stay clear of clear to work!!! Because there is nothing clear about them !! Not happy.

I'm extremely satisfied with Clear to Work's service! I recently applied for a police clearance certificate, and despite having some doubts, their team responded incredibly fast to my emails. The website instructions were clear and easy to follow. I received my PCC within 24 hours, which was impressive. I did the RGBO course, run by Alicia. It was informative at the right level, was conducted on time, in the time allotted, and on quality. Alicia was helpful and went the extra mile.

DO NOT USE CLEAR TO WORK TO GET TOUR POLICE CHECK – No star. NOT USING this again or even recommend it. They can’t process my application with no alternative and yet i have to pay for refund.

Was simple enough.! Little perplexed as to why you pay BEFORE submitting any details. Results were quicker than expected. Not much to complain about. Web site ok to deal with, just use your head and read everything as toh upload photos.

OK but uses tracking cookies/pixel from tiktok – Police check response was fairly quick and the website is fairly easy to use. However, the webpages place tracking cookies and tracking pixels from tiktok and facebook, and an inadequate explanation was provided when queries were made about this.
