Charge you but don't deliver, and refuse to cancel / refund

Ordered contact lenses 16th March, initially told 26th March for delivery. Then 29th March, then 1st April, then 13th April (each time I followed up with them they just seemed to give a date a week or so in the future without actually shipping). Finally got an email when I told them I was about to raise a credit card dispute and complaint to consumer affairs saying that if they weren't delivered by the 13th of April that they would cancel and refund. Fast forward to the 18th April and they are back into saying that they can't guarantee that they can cancel again and don't have a date for delivery. Truly awful.

Please report this company to the ACCC

I have reported this company to the ACCC - I don't want anyone else being scammed. Clearly used to be great (I've used them for nearly a decade) but something has changed. After a month of waiting, no dispatch, no communication, no explanation, and after following up on 5 different occasions with customer service, I still have no contacts and no refunds. You are just constantly told, please allow 24-48 hours for us to follow up etc, and then nothing happens. I have reported to ACCC. Show details

Terrible customer service

I’ve been ordering from clearly for a couple of years, no dramas, until my last order. One item was put on back order, their estimated delivery date was 3 months from my order date. They advised they could not cancel my order as their system ‘doesn’t allow them to’ but could not provide me with a delivery date. Each time I followed up, they said they would get back to me, never did. Their service is terrible. 5 weeks after my initial order, I’m still no closer to knowing what’s happening. I have resorted to disputing with my bank, it’s my only option. Will not be ordering ever again. Show details

Loyalty is NOT rewarded. Stay away

Loyalty is not rewarded. I was sent an email with a promotional coupon attached. Imagine my surprise when the discount was not available to loyal subscribers. Extraordinary & bizarre way to treat loyal customers, by banning them from promotion. Why bother sending the email? You would think they would reward their loyal customers, yes? Show details

Do not buy from these people

Bad shopping takes at least 4 weeks to get any item information and then they tell you sorry it’s not at warehouse yet . They promise all the time the item is coming but it never arrives . Do not buy from these people !!!

SCAM Customer - Charge Money never ship anything

No product shipping and no refund for over 3 months. Worst experience for shopping online so far, please be aware. I have paid over 100 dollar for ordering the contact lenses, after 3 months still no dispatch. Then request cancel the order for refund. It took 3 weeks and still no confirmation for any cancellation. Highly suspect this is a fake website just charge people as scam. Show details

AVIOD, AVOID, AVOID!

After sending me the incorrect prescription back in September, after many years of my loyalty and over 15 discussions and emails they have still not refunded my money. I was made to reorder, pay again, then promised my refund, It has still not been sent. They acknowledge the mistake then we go round in circles repeating the debacle and I am getting nowhere. Dreadful treatment of a very loyal customer. They still have my money and I seem to have no chance of it being returned, this seems a familiar issue surely trading standards need to investigate? Show details
