I asked for a refund but was told they are only possible if you get over charged.

If you need your medical certificate promptly I would not bother using this company.

Waiting for certificate been 2days compared to the 48hr period ! $35 for certificate do not use them they are scammers! Shut them down report to police!

Took over 52 hours to get a certificate, which i had to email about. Too late by then.

Don't bother – I was trying to follow up regarding a medical certificate that I requested 3 days ago but have not yet received. Unfortunately, as several days have passed, I’ve been unable to find a doctor who can backdate the certificate to the original request date. I’ve attempted to reach out using the Contact Now option on the website and have also tried calling, but I’ve not been able to get through.

Trying to get a script repeat – I've been trying for a while to contact to get a refill of my medication that I got a refill of with you last time and the website has said for a month or so that there is no staff available. No one is answering my emails. I'm not sure what to do Show 2 replies

AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY – I ordered a prescription over a month ago which I never received and I was never contacted to advise why and also have not been refunded. This company is a scam their phone number is not real, I have tried to call and email with no replies.

Terrible – Terrible experience. They refused my prescription request and took my money anyway. The customer service was quite rude and addressed me with the wrong name with their email correspondence. As someone who is unwell, the last thing I want to deal with is rude emails and paying for a service that is not provided. They refused my request for a refund, despite not receiving anything from them.

Not recieving my medical certificates – Despite numerous attempts to contact them via email and phone calls regarding my missing medical certificates, I have not received any response. Paid money no service – Paid for a doctors line for 1 day off and haven't received it. I have emailed with no reply coming up for 2 weeks now and still nothing. SCAM

Won’t be using them again – Ordered my certificate when I was sick still no certificate. Paid $30 for no communications, I’ve always used different companies/ sites when I’m unwell and can’t go doctor. If they don’t hold up their side of the deal I won’t get paid for being off work sick. like there was system issues that customers weren’t aware of. My cert has now been received. Cannot complain now that I’ve received it, rating changed. The person who emailed me was a very nice and apologetic. = problem solved.

Excellent clinician – Adam is the most professional and compassionate healthcare provider I have been to. I have 2 complex medical conditions and have struggled to find a healthcare provider who listens to and values the concerns I have about my health. The best service – Click clinic has always been a wonderful, prompt and reliable service for our entire family. I'm a shift worker and find it hard to just pop on in to my regular GP. time it was, we are not available at this time please leave a msg, I tried that number every hour from 9 am till 5 pm for 3 days. I then emailed as well after the 3rd day and still no correspondence from them. No care certificate, no reason why, no contact , nothing but they did take the money from account as supplied. Rather do a Tele health call and get what you need straight away now I’m stuck cause it’s after the fact and they don’t back date certificate for care.. poor service, poor communication, zero star, beware consumers

Came from a NP - Illegal – The medical note came through quickly enough but wasn’t signed by a doctor but a nurse - which is useless. It is illegal for a nurse to be signing medical certificates. I also couldn’t look them up with their registration number - not sure how the whole thing is legal.

simply forgot to obtain a GP certificate and can't have it backdated. They end up genuinely needing a certificate and paying for the service in advance. I won't return to them until they change their policy on certificate reasons; it should be irrelevant why someone needs it when they are unwell – the reason shouldn't matter for a medical certificate.
