work properly, although izone helped over the year and half with troubleshooting and replacement of the controller i still had issues. Spoke to climate masters and (John) was very understanding. He agreed to replace the controller with Panasonic one and horray everything works. John and climate masters went above and beyond to make my experience positive which included a full refund of the izone equipment which is i am very grateful for. I would recommend climate masters 100%.

Great service – Our Brivis HX30 packed it in after 11 years of faithful service. Climate Master were able to slot me in within a week and a new circuit board was installed. Very happy with the prompt and friendly service on both occasions by the northside technician Robert W who was able to attend well after normal hours. It is this type of over and above service which sets companies apart from their competitors and for this reason I can thoroughly recommend them.

Unhappy with the finished product – I want to start by acknowledging that I did not inspect the job that was under the roof tiles up until recently and happy to own that. However, I happened to go into the roof for other reasons two years after the installation and found that the panelling under the roof tiles was not replaced. worked on this job would have done a professional job and retaped the silver panelling underneath the roof tiles. I called climate master and was advised that as it is beyond the 12-month warranty period they are unable to help. Suggest that the people hired to do the job are checked for quality and yes I accept that I did not check this until recently however from a customer service perspective I expect that an effort is made to listen to the customers grievance and provide recourse other than sorry too late can't do anything about it, noting that it is sometimes challenging to find the contractors who did the job in the first place 24 months later. However, at lease an attempt to do that would have shown that care is provided for the customer.

Appalling service – My parents in their 80's have been without heating for a week and the care factor is zero from this company. They replaced their central heating unit, and when it was found to be faulty they tried to blame another company. Master confirm that they service and repair for them. Will not ever use this company again, nor ever recommend them. They have lied and tried to shift the blame, whilst my elderly parents have been left in the freezing cold Canberra nights. Shame on this company

Don’t waste your money – Don’t bother with them they will do as little as possible and office staff are rude when you complain about it. We will never recommend them to anyone. A service consists of at least cleaning the filters of a a/c unit which was not done on either unit checked. Not to mention there original diagnosis of a unit was it was working then when we told them it wasn’t it had been hit by lighting. Useless

Heater check up – Chris was prompt and friendly. Got the job done and I am confident that we are safe from any carbon monoxide. Climate Master do exactly what they say – Climate master are punctual and thorough but do no more than they say they will in servicing heating or cooling machinery. This can be problematic if your problems are due to duct blockage. Show reply

Climate Master: I would never use any other company – Ian from Climate master came and serviced the evaporative cooler. He was really friendly and professional. My dogs really liked him and he was really good with. Normally I put them outside but he said he was fine with dogs. He did a great job and the cooler is now running in a top notch state.
