Purchased Bas Phillips pillow in the hopes of a good night sleep. Luxury Cloud Pillow technology which is just bricks covered in suffocating marshmallow. Whoever designs these pillows is either an underdeveloped AI or into BDSM. Total waste of money on both pillows. links to Facebook and Instagram on their website go nowhere. Then I clicked reviews and was horrified to read hundreds of reviews saying their pillows never arrived. I lodged a fraud claim with my bank and passed that on to cloud pillow, and within days the pillows arrived. But the pillows are an absolute joke. Someone had cut up bits of leftover foam and shoved them in a pillowcase and charged $90. It literally is fraud. DO NOT SOEND A CENT WITH THIS SCAM. I was hoping to fix neck problems but this will no doubt cause more and I will throw out with the next council clean up. Who even knows where the cut up foam inside came from?

Terrible sleep – Took almost all the filling out and it was like sleeping on a worn out pillow with not enough filling. Leave all the filling in and it's too hard. Nothing memory foam about this as pieces move. Regrettably wasted my money
Very very negative indeed. Do NOT buy from these people – I returned to sender and am still waiting for their confirmation on this sham company receiving the returned goods and my refund to be returned to me. They do not return any emails at all. Zero correspondence from them. I am ringing ACCC and Consumer Affairs today re this very suspicious on line company.
Cloud pillow – Placed an order for 2 pillows on May 16th and recieved today, so I was super impressed with turn around from order to delivery, unpacked, and at first thought mmm nothing special, then I checked the inside content, while the foams a bit smelly, the pillow instantly fluffed up once disturbed, however I am yet to try it, so we'll see....fingers crossed, as I've tried everything for a good night's sleep.

them though, even though they're fine quality-wise. They smelt like cheap plastic and chemicals though so give the covers a good wash and air the pillows and filling out for a few days before use.

Useless to sleep with - don't get caught in the hype and the constant emails – My pillows arrived within a couple of weeks but they are massive in size. Impossible to sleep with. Tried taking out various amounts of the shredded foam to get it smaller but then it gets too lumpy and the outer cover becomes baggy. I can only use it as a back rest when I want to sit up in bed.

9-11 days, it had already been 15+. I was also told they would ship the following week and I would be prioritised. When 2024 arrived I emailed them again and was basically told the same thing. Another 10 days later I found all these reviews and assumed the worst, I immediately submitted a dispute through PayPal and escalated to a claim. Incredibly, the very next day I was provided shipping details and tracking number. Coincidence? The pillows arrived yesterday and are exactly as described, so I have no issue with the product, but I certainly wouldn't want to deal with the company again. Perhaps circumstances out of their control are to blame but I think the customer service was lacking. I did not get any further contact from CloudPillow (ie. an apology) once I submitted the dispute.

Has anyone recieved their pillows or money back? – Soo I ordered in December and have had email after email stating the same as pretty much anyone else. Now they are saying my pillows have been shipped and it is up to the carrier to give me the shipping info which they say I should recieve in a few days this was last week! Ordered 17 December it is January 12 and never arrived – Same as the other reviews, I ordered on December 17 2023 and never arrived. It is now January 12 2024 and not even dispatched. Support email gives you the run around then no response. And they responded at an odd time meaning they are not based onshore. It shouldn’t take this long to dispatch.
