I ordered a 3x3 black replacement canopy for my gazebo, I received a 2.9, grey canopy, wrong size, they denied this even with photos of the size supplied. I would not buy anything from this company.

Can only describe this as temu like, show an amazing picture then you get it and realise you have been Lied to and then its taking 4 visits to my house and still wont give my money back item has been returned and I'm getting no refund wish I read reviews here first so I wasent fooled. Ebay are now protecting then whole thing is scummy. Just to to bunnings and stay away from smelly no2 companys

Check refund policy before getting done by – What a nightmare customer experience I am having dealing with this company. Received furniture with missing parts and they just keep coming up with excuses to not accept a return and refund my hard earned money. What a disgrace! Buyer please be aware!

Great customer service – I got a refund because there was a fault with the product. Sarah and her customer support team were excellent. They were patient, kind and persistent in their follow ups to resolve the issue which I needed with some other things going on. 5 star customer service, unlucky on the product.

Coclearance Australia rubbish – SCAMMERS SELLING RUBBISH ON E-BAY. Purchased a $269 dog enclosure through e-bay. they were selling a high quality product! What a joke.....To send the package back to their address in Victoria is $140. My cost of course....What ever you do DON'T BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. E-Bay should NOT be using dodgy companies like this to sell rubbish to unsuspecting customers. The returns process is a joke - I'm out of pocket $140 to return this junk.

Shipping is terrible – This shop sells Artissin products you can get at lots of places. Delivery is easier than going to Ikea, I said to myself. The prices are pretty much the same, I told myself. After 6 business days I received one package. Where are the others, I enquired? They might be in multiple packages. The tracking says it's delivered? Oh no here are the other tracking numbers.

It's now 10 business days after I ordered, and I still don't have the entire thing.

I think places like this are drop shippers- they take your money and order the stuff from somewhere. They don't really have control over anything.

At least with ikea you can get it from the shelf and pick it up!

is very straight forward. They do not have a phone number for customer service but I contacted them via email and they quickly replied. The price is good, they ship quickly and there's a year warranty on all their product so I don't understand why people gave this company 1 star review. delivered by the 25th May 2023,. Today being the 29th May 2023 not surprisingly co clearance cannot be contacted via telephone and Toll/Team Global have no answers and do not know where the items are as they have not been scanned since the 24th May 2023. After several telephone calls to Toll/Team Global nobody can help, nobody knows who is in charge, there is no higher authority than them and nobody can contact the manager, ceo or the like, more like they do not want to. I guess Ms Christine Holgate is once again hiding in her office not wanting to deal with anything or anyone just as she did when she was the ceo of Australia Post no wonder she was ordered to stand down, now it is Toll/Team Globals turn I believe. Take some initiative, be transparent and candour in your dealings with customers co clearance and Toll/Team Global and maybe your reviews will reflect this. If co clearance provided a contact number there would be no need for reviews like this. Accept this piece advice co clearance and stop using Toll/Team Global for delivery and your customers will be happier and more gratifying. Always remember customers are your business and without them you have no business. Word of mouth can make or break your business. If when purchasing from co clearance it displayed that delivery would be through Toll/Team Global I would never have bought from you so therefore I would not have had to endure the unnecessary aggrevation. Oh by the way my husband is still freezing and is up all night in excruciating pain so thank you co clearance and Toll/Team Global. I ask how would you feel co clearance if a member of your family was in the same situation as my husband, what would you do and what would you expect? If I could give co clearance a rating of zero or below I would.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DODGY SHIPPING CO – Purchased my items 3 weeks ago, only purchased because the website says they ship over 22kgs via Allied Express. Shipped by Aramex the worst and most dodgiest courier service. Would never had purchased if they said shipping by Aramex. Emailed customer service to follow up and was given tracking numbers and basically told sort it out myself. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE AGAIN!!!

VERY POOR DELIVERY TIME FRAME – 3.5 weeks so far to come interstate from Melbourne to Gold Coast via Aramex and still not received. Poorest online order I have ever purchased. Aramex didn’t update their online tracking either until I emailed looking for my goods. Poor experience all round. Purchased for a milestone birthday in good time and now the birthday is over and the gift still hasn’t arrived.

planks of wood because I could not assemble the thing without the right screws and whatnots. It doesn't end there. I raised the issue to the customer service team who were kind enough to respond promptly BUT AT BEST, ALL THEY COULD OFFER IS A 20 DOLLAR REFUND. No attempt to at least provide the missing parts. I don't even know where to purchase those parts.

If I bought the exact same unit from ebay for a much cheaper price, (I got this for 130+ AUD and found the same one at 90 AUD on ebay) I would've felt less disappointed but for it to actually come from a company with a legit looking website -- It was just really disappointing.

I would recommend buying your items from stores with better customer service like ikea, bunnings, or maybe target - even kmart can do better.

I would not use again – This company took my money and then said they could not deliver items to me. So I asked for a refund and they pretended to refund sending an email saying it was refunded, but it was not. So I contacted them again and again and they just ignored my emails. So in the end it took me reporting them to my bank and reporting that they have taken my money but not refunded me when they cancelled my order before they eventually returned my money.
