Do not buy any of their products. They are not being sent from Australia and if you have, even a small issue, your item will not be refunded. PayPal didn't even help with the dispute. Extremely poor service all round....

Fortunately for me, I had purchased via PayPal, so I submitted a case to PayPal to seek a refund from the supplier. Like many others who have provided reviews here, the supplier insisted that the item be returned to China before settling a refund. At that point I read reviews and discovered that there would be little chance of receiving a refund. I did not want to pay big postage to China either, particularly as the supplier claims to have an Australian address.

PayPal was very helpful and provided a pathway to decline the offer from the supplier and escalate the case for their review. I am delighted to say that PayPal decided in my favour and I have received full refund. I have used PayPal for online purchases for some time now and find their service and purchase protection amazing. Thank you PayPal!

The linen trousers we received are very poor quality and not properly finished, with threads hanging off the seams. Communication was nonexistent - they never responded to my emails of concern. Given they state that they’re located in Melbourne, I was surprised their shipping took so long. But of course I now understand that they are being dishonest about their location. Like others, I wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing.

Even though they did not supply what I ordered and what I did receive is useless, they just stick to same old story, "you must pay the return postage" I'm sure they would scam that $45 from me as well. Be warned, I'm going to report them to Fair Trading and Facebook for allowing them to advertise.

at my own cost however despite advertising an australian address, returns must be sent to China. Minimum shipping cost $26 AUD. I should have looked at the reviews before purchasing as it would have saved a lot of angst. Many others have had the same experience and it appears that they delay refunds even if you return items.

Absolute joke , jacket has actual pockets made in them but the openings are stitched shut , the other hoodie is a completely different material to the advertised one , and they make it look Australian when it is made and sent from China , and that's where you have to return it to at your cost . decided to return the jackets from opening just 1 jacket and I didn't bother to unbox the others to keep them intact. When I asked to return them, they asked for photos and demanded I unbox the other two (stupid logic, also when I realized they were stalling) so I sent that PLUS videos of me un-packaging, then they offered partial refunds (10%, 20%, 30%) if I kept the goods. I refused. I offered to pay for cost of return so long as I get my money back, then they stopped replying. I’ve now raised this with NSW Fair Trading and submitted all evidence. Avoid this company at all costs.

Purchased pair mens leather shoes smart looking and good price. Received a message that the shoe had gone out of stock and could not be delivered. A suggestion I use the credit (Visa card) to purchase another item. I preferred a full refund. Communication was swift "Ruby" customer services processed a full refund.
