Nicole's creative vision, spacial acuity and fastidious attention to detail have achieved my perfect home environment. I envisaged large artistic but practical furniture that would compliment the features of my penthouse apartment but was apprehensive that this may not translate into the look I desired. Nicole's passionate and confident approach to the interior design project made it an exciting experience with results beyond my expectations.
Fabulous experience. Classy store and staff, stylish products and the only sofa store I could find that sells a sofa suitable for seniors that has a seating height of more than 50cm (Ashley sofa, 53cm). It's so easy to get up from and so comfortable. Show details
Design consultant Manuel guided me in my choice of a camel leather Norfolk swivel chair. He was very personable and helpful. The chair was delivered in a timely manner as promised and in excellent as-new condition by two very obliging and polite drivers from Prestige Furniture Logistics. The Coco Republic store in Castle Hill is deceptively quite large with a fair range of stock. The prices aren't the cheapest, but the quality and design of the products seemed superior to the other 12 stores that we visited that day. Very friendly, professional and helpful staff. Show details · 1

Just recently bought some artwork on clearance and 3 large coffee tables. I am extremely happy with all our purchases. You can grab a real bargain at the Auburn store, you just need to drop in frequently to the store. Sunday lunch time and they were nearly all gone. It pays to drop in frequently and if you see something grab it! The team are awesome - i mostly deal with Tatiana or Wafik. Just wishing my house was even bigger. They have new stock or ex rental, soemtimes even brand new samples not available in other stores. You can either take your goods with on the day or pick them up through the week. Look out for their warehouse sales -

Items in showroom differ greatly from what you receive in both quality & appearance. One photo is the table we received, the other is the table in the showroom (& as pictured on their website). False advertising as it is clearly not the same quality. We received a replacement (which we waited for three and a half months to receive) which was the same as the original table we received & nothing like that in the showroom. Show details

Structural Failure Dismissed as "Wear and Tear" – Disregarding ACL Rights I am writing this to warn potential buyers about the longevity of Coco Republic furniture and the company's dismissive attitude toward manufacturing defects. We purchased a parquetry dining table (SKU: KITN-STA-0001). Recently, we discovered that the table is suffering… Read more
from structural delamination. The timber parquetry is physically lifting and "springing" away from the substrate. This is a clear failure of the industrial adhesive/bonding process used during manufacture.
When I contacted Coco Republic Customer Care (specifically Ellie), I was told that because their internal 5-year warranty had recently lapsed (by less than a year), they would not assist. Most shockingly, they characterized a structural failure—where the table is literally coming apart—as "wear and tear."
Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), a premium dining table is required to be of "Acceptable Quality." A reasonable consumer expects a high-end piece of furniture to remain structurally sound for significantly longer than five years.
Pros: Looks nice initially. Cons: Structural integrity failed, dismissive customer service, total disregard for Australian Consumer Law guarantees.
Recommendation: If you expect your furniture to stay in one piece for more than 5 years, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. I am currently escalating this matter to Consumer Affairs Victoria.
Please be extremely careful mixing Coco polyester lounge fabric with Coco fake fur rabbit throws - despite Coco craftsman commenting as unlikely that their throw would cause the problem, it is a real actual problem, the staining only occurred where the throw was touching the lounge and cushions My Coco Adele lounge was spotless white until I… Read more
layered the coco rabbit throw over the lounge. After lifting the throw off my lounge I was absolutely horrified by the orange/browning stain in the exact position the throw was placed, as well as the Adele pillows stained orange/brown that were sitting on the Coco throw
The two man made fabrics together causes a chemical discolouration on the polyester fabric, as an orange/brown staining affect
The lounge cleaners sent out by Coco explained polyester fabric is well known for browning/discolouration due to many elements, including humidity and were surprised Coco would use volatile fabrics such as these
I tried to warn Coco management numerous times but they would not return my call due to meetings
This was disappointing , as I was simply trying to express a quality control issue, so pre-sales were fully aware before affecting any other unsuspecting Coco clients

helpful and told me they've delivered a few items in past few weeks that Coco has gotten wrong (wrong colour chair, wrong couch style etc)
They will blame the delivery company, the holiday shutdown the webpage, girl who doesn't work at the store anymore (who "obviously gave you the wrong information" aka the fallguy), you, the app they use for deliveries/factory BUT it's never their fault.
Seriously, do not shop here. Oh, and still haven't even sent a receipt as "you haven't ordered the item" according to their email system.
I don't want to deal with this company ever again and made sure friends, work colleagues, clients etc don't go here either.

which was a sale price at the time. We were initially told that the delivery would take around six weeks, but after finalizing the purchase, we were informed that it would actually take four months. Despite our reservations, we decided to go ahead.
To our dismay, we received an email last week from Birget Moller, the Customer Operation Specialist, informing us that the delivery would now be delayed until January - a full seven months from the date of purchase. I was particularly disappointed as this meant we wouldn't receive the sunlounges before Christmas and the summer season. When I questioned this, I was met with curt and unhelpful responses, which was surprising given the brand's premium positioning. I would have expected a phone call to explain and apologize for the delay, but instead, the communication was impersonal and dismissive.
When I tried to call for clarification, I was told that Coco Republic does not handle phone calls and was directed to speak with the store manager. With no direct phone number available, I had to visit the store in person during a particularly busy time of year. The manager, [Name Removed], was also quite detached and rigid about their policies. The entire team came across as snooty, which was incredibly frustrating. When I requested a refund to purchase something in time for Christmas, I was initially told that only 55% of the amount would be refunded as per their policy. It was only after expressing my dissatisfaction loudly that they agreed to a full refund.
Even after this, I did not receive any written confirmation of the refund and had to follow up again. After much back and forth, I was finally informed that the refund process was underway and would take 5-10 business days. However, I still did not receive any written confirmation.
I suggest that instead of having staff sitting on laptops with seemingly nothing to do, Coco Republic should prioritize calling disappointed customers to offer explanations and apologies. This experience has left me very disillusioned with the brand, and I don't plan to make any future purchases from Coco Republic. ( have honestly had better customer service at KMART, IKEA , FANTASTIC FURNITURE)

around measurements, layouts, fabric types and durability - Hua was always quick to give us clarity. We felt so welcome every time we visited the store. On the day we finally purchased, we were made to feel special, too - Hua celebrated with us! This was honestly the best furniture shopping experience we've had on this journey to furnish our home.

Elleni at the Richmond store was wonderful and understood the brief completely. In just a shirt amount of time, we were able to go through my floor plan and organise all the furniture needed for our new inner city apartment. The range is fantastic with only one main piece unable to be sourced from Coco Republic. I'm confident with everything selected in store will make for a seamless look when it is all installed. measurement and the sales assistant knew I was replacing a rug. I discovered I had measured wrong within 24hrs and wanted to change the existing order just by reducing the size of the rug. I was happy to take a credit for the difference. I was told: no exchanges, no credit notes. This was on the Terms and Conditons (on the back of the emailed receipt!). Very poor service. Won't be going back anytime soon.
Follow-up · Follow up: the sales assistant was helpful during my visit; she didn’t explain the no exchange policy (which caused the problem). The chairs haven’t been delivered so I can’t comment on enduring quality. I have bought from CR before when the quality was good. Since my review I have been called by the store manager and received an apology for my treatment and offered a free coffee when I return.

We were fed false information, forced to chase basic documentation like invoices, and met with nothing but arrogance and zero accountability.
When we escalated the matter to [Name Removed] (Store Manager), we quickly understood why this store is failing. His rude, dismissive, and abusive behaviour — was appalling and completely unprofessional. He showed no intention to resolve the issues and instead doubled down on excuses and attitude.
If you care about service, professionalism, and getting what you were promised — stay far away from Coco Republic Chadstone. This store is a total letdown and a stain on the Coco Republic brand.

of their store with a nice cafe where you can sit and still observe the collection of furniture. Following that we spoke again with the sales lady that gave us a tour of the store talking with us and understanding our brief , no heavy sales pressure just professional advice literally felt like we had known her for years. We concluded with the purchase of a beautiful chandelier & matching freestanding lamp.
