arrival or greeted, we had to approach staff after waiting around roughly 20+ mins. We were not offered water until CHECKOUT. While older customers were served very attentively. After we appeared interested in products, were we then showed options by staff, but when asking interior design opinions we were given very lacklustre responses, "play with any colour", "try different textures", "you can definitely experiment" - we would've preferred more direct guidance...

Checking out was personalised, so made sense with the luxury factor. Bags were nice as well and loved the white glove service when it comes to delivery.

The staff went above and beyond to help us make the right decision. I can't thank Mel from Crows Nest and Emily from Alexandria for being patient with us and guiding us with the right fabrics and options. We can't wait until our furniture arrives

everything is done just right. Becoming a member reduced the delivery fee and has some perks. The comfort and quality of my piece is excellent and I’m very content with the warranty.

Hopeless staff and company. Gave inaccurate information leading me to pay 30% more for the item. Tried to cancel the delivery but no response from their support team despite multiple emails and phone calls. Finally item was delivered to the wrong property and little help was provided to resolve. GASLIT AND HARASSED. I received a defective chair and promptly emailed Coco Republic with photo evidence asking for a paltry $80 refund as a quick stress-free remedy. They responded with an image from the delivery company showing the side of the chair in sunlight thus obscuring the defect and claimed it was in perfect condition. I responded… Read more

pointing out that the defect was obscured in their image and asked them to provide a front-view image. No response. I opened a PayPal dispute. I then received an email stating they would agree to the $80 refund providing I would close the PayPal dispute. I agreed because again, I wanted a quick stress-free resolution. I CLEARLY stated that I would only close the dispute once I had received the refund into my account. They agreed and said they would notify me when the refund was issued. Eventually they emailed stating they had processed the refund and asking me to close the dispute by close of business ‘as per our agreement’. That wasn’t the agreement I made. I reminded them that I was happy to close the PayPal dispute but only after I had actually received the refund. Then the deluge of emails began insisting over and over that I close the dispute despite not having received my refund, trying to gaslight and bully me into something I hadn’t agreed to. That’s when my blood pressure and mental health began to severely deteriorate and I had enough. I emailed stating that due to their ongoing harassment and agreement violation I did not want the $80 refund and asked them to cancel it as I would instead be proceeding with the PayPal dispute. They said they couldn’t halt the refund and it eventually arrived - I’ve asked them to do a chargeback. I’ve reiterated REPEATEDLY that I am willing to communicate/resolve the matter via the PayPal platform (whose t&c’s they are bound by as merchants) but they are REFUSING to do so, instead continuing to send harassing emails citing legal legislature, again, despite me having informed them of the severe toll they are having on my health and asking them to stop. I honestly think this may land me in the emergency room.

UPDATE: PayPal found in my favour due to their non-compliance with the dispute resolution process and instead of appealing the decision they CONTINUE to gaslight and harass me! Again, falsely claiming we had a certain agreement which we didn't, and then providing two options - one of which was that I had to return the chair IN ADDITION TO repaying the cost of the chair... Seriously, you can't make this stuff up! If it wasn't for the fact my blood pressure is through the roof and they are destroying my health, I might find it laughable.
