We found our purchasing experience 5 star from the moment we arrived to our just delivered lounge suite … we are 500km’s from Perth & initially had concerns around delivery and timelines etc but we needn’t have as everything was as promised. She provided thoughtful advice without ever being pushy, while giving us the freedom to choose what we personally loved. What impressed us most was her service after the sale. When we had an issue with one of our products, Yiwen was incredibly prompt and proactive in helping us liaise with the relevant team. She went above and beyond to assist, followed up promptly and kept us updated throughout the process. assisted us and was fully engaged and attentive to our needs. Whilst happy to offer advice on purchase items, she was equally happy to let us choose what we liked ourselves. Follow-up and communication were exceptional, despite delays, waiting times, and delivery issues. Danielle went above and beyond to help sort out any issues and keep us updated.
Unfortunately, the positive customer service experience was somewhat inconsistent when it came to operational issues such as delivery time and actual delivery service. This aspect didn't feel like a seamless premium brand experience. Inconsistent communication and generic (not white-glove) delivery didn't fit with the initial brand experience.
Easy to order BUT then when we asked for extra accessories, they were utterly horrible. Rude, aggressive, no receipts. I'd call and I'd get the "we'll get back to you next week". its way. They blamed the delivery company for taking so long to deliver. The delivery company only had my item in their warehouse for 4 days. The date on the items that were shipped from overseas was 8 months prior and there was evidence inside the boxes that the items were in Australia for 6 months. Utterly terrible experience.
Can't attach a receipt as they never sent one even though I kept asking for almost a year. I just want nothing to do with them anymore.
Was told my goods were ready for collection. Drove over an hour to their pickup depot in epping only to be told our goods were given to the wrong customer and were no longer there. We are still waiting to hear how this will be resolved. Silence.

matching Ashley armchairs to match. We were helped by Jason Pisani who led us to the area where they had an Ashley sofa bed. We sat on almost every side chair in the store and settled on 2 different coloured chairs that would complement the couch. We then proceeded to purchase coffee table, side tables, dining table & chairs, rug, lamps, sideboard, entertainment centre and 4 seat outdoor setting. We were there for almost 6 hours with a 1 hour lunch break. I suffer from anxiety and started to feel overwhelmed with decision making process to which Jason was empathetic and patient with me. What assured me that we were in good hands was that my husband was very receptive to Jason and he was just as determined as I was to check if every piece was comfortable or would fit in the new apartment. With the constant guidance from Jason, we accomplished that. We then came back to purchase to bedside tables and today I am going to add a matching dresser. For some context, I have 25 years background in training branch managers in sales and marketing so I know when I am being sold to. But Jason was amazing!! So gentle and confident in his approach. Checking on measurements, confirming that items would complement each other. He even had a floorplan drawn up to ensure all would fit. I/we are so grateful for the assistance that we received from Jason for a once in a lifetime of new furniture purchase. If not for him, we probably would have walked out of the store, ordered 2 x side chairs online with old mismatch furniture. We are so excited about all the new furniture and cannot wait for delivery.
