Delivered to the wrong address (again), and instead of fixing it, I was expected to go find it myself. What exactly am I paying for here? This keeps happening and nothing improves. Completely useless service. Show details
The item (two books) were jammed in the letter box, with most of the package sticking out, ON A RAINY DAY. I have a large box beside the letterbox clearly marked "MAIL", but they didn't have the brains to put it in there. Why Amazon use these id*ots is beyond me, perhaps it comes down to cheapest price regardless of how incompetent they are. Luckily I was home and grabbed the package before the next rain shower. Marks your packages as delivered when they haven't been. Doesn't follow delivery instructions and leaves the parcel in an unsecure location. The parcel is left where it can easily been stolen or get wet. Show details

Courier just tossed my box up against the door. Didn't bother walking up the 4 steps to ring the door bell to let me know it was there. Item was a glass diffuser. Thankfully the inner box holding it had foam padding. If Amazon are going to be using these unprofessional people,then I won't be ordering from them again. Show details
Complete Morons – Our Amazon delivery driver is completely clueless as to how to open our gate. It’s not rocket science but it’s just easier to throw packages over the gate and smash what ever contents are in the package, than trying to figure it out. Useless – Never ring the doorbell. Never place packages on the ground, always thrown or dropped, which my doorcam captures. Repeatedly click the "delivery issues" button in amazon order feedback, and yet amazon still use them. Worst couriers ever. Show details
Worst delivery driver ever - left Amazon packages on the footpath at the entrance to an ungated townhouse complex in the middle of the night (Photinia Cres, 4557) where they got wet. Couldn’t even be bothered driving or delivering to the actual address. Another customers package left in the same place. A wonder they weren’t stolen. Contacted AMAZON who were helpful, and sent a refund immediately but they advise that if I try to repurchase it will probably be Automatically issue to the same courier service
Easily the worst courier company in Australia from my experience. I've had issues with them in the past and tried to call but you just get hung up on by the manager. This time their lazy driver just left the parcel next to the letterbox about half a metre from the footpath. Unbelievable anyone would think that is ok Show details

Disgusting. Left a package on the footpath outside a business address in an industrial area at 10:37pm. Found it the next day, box looked like someone played football with it and the contents were damaged. You should be ashamed of yourselves, this is simply not good enough. Show details
No wonder this company has 1.3 out of 5 star rating. COD Express was responsible for delivering my order via Amazon. The package was meant to be out for delivery for two days. For unknown reasons, the package was not delivered. The worst delivery experience ever. Show details

I would give them less than 1 star if it was possible. Amazon are using a terrible courier. number provided came up as invalid. Then saw the reviews and alarm bells went off. Now they are living up to my concerns. Have requested a refund from Amazon but the best they can do is a credit on a gift card which hasnt come through either. I will give it two more days then I expect Amazon to honor their refund policy. I cant even download the invoice as it says I have to contact the seller. Very dodgy.

i was at home when this delivery happened. I saw the car pull out of the driveway so i went to get my parcel from the mailbox, and it wasn't there. drenched. The driver decided he would just throw it over the fence instead of putting it in my letter box which he had to pass to go up the drive way. Absolutely disgusting service by CODExpress. If this is the new postal carrier for Amazon I will never order from Amazon again.

Delivery driver does not attempt to check if recipient at home. Does not walk up 2 steps to either knock on door or leave items in safe and protected location. ignorant agent who advised they do not have to see if anyone is home and are within their rights to act as they have. I rang from a private number. They attempted to call me 3 times with lies including their friends pretending to be their Management after I advised a complaint was being lodged with Ombudsman. At no time did I provide my phone number or give permission to Amazon to share my personal phone number with such a questionable company. Due to the harassing behaviour exhibited by 4 company staff, this is being referred to the police, as a matter of record, in case of future antisocial actions against me, my property, and/or future purchases. Amazon have been advised of behaviours exhibited by this company.
Order from amazon and said the delivery will be today (It is Saturday today, but as amazon said it will be delivered, I still came to the office). I waited in the office for the whole day, no one attempted the delivery. However, on Amazon order tacking page, CODExpress said delivery attempted. This is ridiculous as I was in the office for the whole to wait for this delivery. No one pressed the door bell, no one called me. Very disappointed. Show details

home base is, 90 k's from here. In fact delivery was never attempted but is left until they can deliver it at their convenience. Do Amazon know or care the damage this company is doing to their reputation?
Follow-up · Since I wrote this review I have had three small items delivered by Codexpress and all were on time. Could it be that they/Amazon take notice of negative reviews?

rural area thats why packages were returned to origin and that I need to talk to Amazon to change the area. Called Amazon again and was told that CodeExpress has delivered other packages to me in the past and to ask them why they no longer do. Called CodeExpress again and the person on the phone got very angry and said they have never delivered in the past and could not provide with the areas they do deliver to and its a Amazon problem I asked have they advised Amazon that they do not deliver to my area or do I have to pass that message along which made them even angrier. Called Amazon again who advised that CodeExpress accept items that they say they will deliver so im.not sure who to believe and im still without my item we will see of my 3rd order of the same item has a better outcome.
Follow-up · Amazon advised me 2 weeks ago issue was fixed reordered items CodExpress sent the items back again its been 2 weeks and still no further updates from Amazon fixing the courier issue

delivery from them either goes to the incorrect address or just doesn't get delivered at all. One star because I can't go negative. Surely Amazon will eventually realise how bad they are and stop using them because they must get a lot of customer complaints.
Follow-up · When contacted for the second time regarding non-delivery (after they said they would collect the parcel from the wrong address and deliver it correctly) their solution was; "contact Amazon and they'll fix it up" - not a suitable solution in my opinion. Delivered on time and undamaged. If the tracking gave a 2 or even 3 hour window, I’d have given them the 5th star. Having to leave the farm gate open all day is quite inconvenient. Reading previous reviews, and being rural, it was a nice surprise to have a drama-free delivery. Hopefully whatever changes they’ve made will be permanent. Show details
Well it looks as though CODExpress have finally taken notice of all the negative reviews they've been given. My last four deliveries have been straight to my door. I only hope that they keep this up and not fall back into their old ways. Credit where credit is due. Show details
I had the wrong address on a parcel and it was going to have to go back to Amazon. Scott helped me resolve it and was able to get it delivered on the same day. No hassle, just great customer service. He was super friendly and kind... especially as it was my error. Thanks Scott! Show details

Rather than apologising for the poor experience and trying to resolve it, the contact doubled down and hung up on me.
Official complaint raised with Amazon, their customer service and response was fantastic, replacement items on their way.

Terrible service, why does amazon use this disgraceful sub-par delivery service. Ordered an expensive item to get it in time for a trip and they have lost my package. Useless people. Judging by the rest of the reviews on this site I'd say they should be put out of business. How can people run a circus like this and still get paid by corporations like Amazon.
