Excellent service. On time and all the way to the door. Happy, smiling driver with lovely manners. Being in a rural/regional area, I have come to expect poor delivery service, but this company just continues to raise the bar. Claimed at 18:20 they attempted delivery however they did not ring the intercom. It was recorded with Amazon as 19:15 fake delivery attempt. Then I was asked if I could come pick it up which is ludicrous and defeats the purpose of delivery. Courier just tossed my box up against the door. Didn't bother walking up the 4 steps to ring the door bell to let me know it was there. Item was a glass diffuser. Thankfully the inner box holding it had foam padding. If Amazon are going to be using these unprofessional people,then I won't be ordering from them again. Show details

Useless – Never ring the doorbell. Never place packages on the ground, always thrown or dropped, which my doorcam captures. Repeatedly click the "delivery issues" button in amazon order feedback, and yet amazon still use them. Worst couriers ever. Show details

It is very concerning that the parcel has now been marked as “returned to origin” without being properly delivered or made accessible to me. This level of service is unacceptable. Worst delivery driver ever - left Amazon packages on the footpath at the entrance to an ungated townhouse complex in the middle of the night (Photinia Cres, 4557) where they got wet. Couldn’t even be bothered driving or delivering to the actual address. Another customers package left in the same place. A wonder they weren’t stolen. Easily the worst courier company in Australia from my experience. I've had issues with them in the past and tried to call but you just get hung up on by the manager. This time their lazy driver just left the parcel next to the letterbox about half a metre from the footpath. Unbelievable anyone would think that is ok Show details

Disgusting. Left a package on the footpath outside a business address in an industrial area at 10:37pm. Found it the next day, box looked like someone played football with it and the contents were damaged. You should be ashamed of yourselves, this is simply not good enough. Show details

I would give them less than 1 star if it was possible. Amazon are using a terrible courier. I was supposed to receive an item today which I didnt and then got an email saying we intended to deliver today but there was a problem so we should get it to you in a couple of days. number provided came up as invalid. Then saw the reviews and alarm bells went off. Now they are living up to my concerns. Have requested a refund from Amazon but the best they can do is a credit on a gift card which hasnt come through either. I will give it two more days then I expect Amazon to honor their refund policy. I cant even download the invoice as it says I have to contact the seller. Very dodgy.

i was at home when this delivery happened. I saw the car pull out of the driveway so i went to get my parcel from the mailbox, and it wasn't there. I checked around the letter box and it was no where to be seen. asked my neighbour if they got my package, and they hadn't. drenched. The driver decided he would just throw it over the fence instead of putting it in my letter box which he had to pass to go up the drive way. Absolutely disgusting service by CODExpress. If this is the new postal carrier for Amazon I will never order from Amazon again.

door is down or it's after hours. The item was clearly misdelivered but there is no easy way of contacting the business. Amazon were helpful and organised a refund. I will try to prevent them from using Codexpress in the future. One star only because I couldn't leave zero.

 Follow-up  · This is a response to a request for more information. Two Funko Pop figures ordered through Amazon that went to a business address. Item was tracked to the point of being declared delivered but it was not to be found at the dispatch department.

Ordered a few parcels for my elderly parents and driver has marked as delivered but package is nowhere to be found. Amazon were no help trying to fix the issue with this shocking delivery company Driver had phone to call but has left an important parcel god knows where. Show details

 Follow-up  · Spoke to the manager and he explained he would get the package picked up from the wrong location and call the number supplied for directions.

home base is, 90 k's from here. In fact delivery was never attempted but is left until they can deliver it at their convenience. Do Amazon know or care the damage this company is doing to their reputation?

 Follow-up  · Since I wrote this review I have had three small items delivered by Codexpress and all were on time. Could it be that they/Amazon take notice of negative reviews?

Delivered on time and undamaged. If the tracking gave a 2 or even 3 hour window, I’d have given them the 5th star. Having to leave the farm gate open all day is quite inconvenient. Reading previous reviews, and being rural, it was a nice surprise to have a drama-free delivery. Hopefully whatever changes they’ve made will be permanent. Show details

I had the wrong address on a parcel and it was going to have to go back to Amazon. Scott helped me resolve it and was able to get it delivered on the same day. No hassle, just great customer service. He was super friendly and kind... especially as it was my error. Thanks Scott! Show details

Was informed my Amazon package was delivered Monday pm. I went looking. Amazon asked for a review today, as they do. Alas no package has arrived. Checked with neighbours, sadly no. Please Amazon do not use CODExpress for regional NSW again. Their tracking said delivered. They say delivered could be hot prior to being delivered and even Amazon said give it 48hrs. We were advised that delivery would be on 31 March 2026. At 11.30am a fellow resident came to tell us that our parcel, along with other items, were left on our postal boxes, approx. 300meters away.
