I’ve been with Cointree for 9 months now, and honestly, it’s been smoother than my morning coffee. Deposits and withdrawals? Faster than me running to catch the bus. Rates? So good they make me double-check if it’s real. The platform? Even my grandma could use it (and she still thinks Wi-Fi is magic). If I could give zero stars I would. Cointree has regular technical issues that prevent me from withdrawing coin. They ignore support requests and clearly delay taking action in an effort to hang onto your coin as long as possible. Do not use Cointree if you are worried about losing access to your funds. Terrible experience with cointree. They forced me to sell my btc after they asked what I was buying and which country I was sending very small amounts of btc. This is a scam.

nowhere with Cointree’s support, I reached out to Hudson Assets Security, and they were able to help me recover my funds. It took some time, but they knew what they were doing and kept me updated throughout the process. If you’re in a similar situation, I’d highly recommend looking into their services.

I have posted a fair bit against Cointree and to rightly so, as they are not worthy of being in business, i tried to use a Australian business but now that i have signed up with Bybit platform crypto trading i realize how terrible Cointree are, so do your self a favour and look at Bybit first ( i have no affiliation with Bybit ) or even BingX as these are real crypto platforms for buying and trading.

Funds missing after deposit – Deposit funds and disappeared, no way to contact them, do not use

Unable to withdraw my funds – All I am wanting is to withdraw my money and close my account. As I am aware I have followed instructions but I am still unable to withdraw. I have been dealing with support Devon since 18/09/24 I have sent screen shots of my details as requested but continue to get the same standard email return every time. Deposit to my account was very easy but withdrawal is impossible.

terrible data security – They probably sold my information, i received a phishing link from a scammer USING MY REAL NAME only 2 minutes after signing up to their site, i mentioned this on another review site and they took down my review, so now i am telling everyone this on other sites. Stay away !!! – This is the worst experience I had! They ripped me off asking stupid questions and they ask you to show them your crypto wallet after that close your account with no explanation and send you refund but after they gain taxes from you twice. Avoid – My account has been on hold for weeks. Everytime I try to use Cointree I keep getting "Due to unusual login activity, coin withdrawals on your account have been paused for 7 days" This has been going on for weeks. Since I opened the account I never once been able to Buy/sell or trade. Due to the above block and when I try to wishdraw my money I get same response. Zero customer service and they will lock your money up.

they refuse to let you. It’s a shame that this so called regulated company is so bad. This is Australia not Russia. Just look at all the other reviews, we can’t all be wrong. They won’t give me back my money and close my account as requested. I am 84, in poor health and I was sending crypto to a private wallet to make provision for my grand and great grandchildrens university education after my death. COINTREE has caused me great stress as I have Covid as well. Don’t go near them. Other reviews show them up with multiple breaches of faith.

your coins unless you are Gold tier. How do you get to Gold? You need to trade at least $50,000 and refer 10 people in the last 30 days! Avoid Cointree. Go to Binance, get you coins, withdraw your coins and be happy.

Absolutely terrible customer service, constant bugs and nothing but excuses when asked about them. Also, since discovering other platforms, I discovered Cointree adds a lot more margin onto spreads and spot prices. And I'm talking sometimes a 2-3c price difference!!

So not only are they expensive, their support is bad, they have no decent charting, and if you buy/sell a coin your account takes at least 24 hours to update your account!

WTH century are they in?

I have since moved my business to another company (swyftx) who have instant support that's genuinely helpful, not just "check our website" nonsense. And their spreads are cheaper than Cointree's.

I would not say Cointree are shonky. But their customer "support" is non-existent. You can do better than these duds!

essentially a compliment - to many, you outright steal from your clients.
