Great bbq however the circular vent on the top of the charcoal lid wasn't a great seal which made in impossible to choke the grill (put out the the charcoal), I mentioned this to customer support who resolved the problem for me, so if you feel that the top vent is too loose then id recommend reaching out to them. Bbq is amazing. Everything i could ask for woth having the dual fuel usage. Coal for that smoke flavour on a weekend. Gas during the week for ease! Modules are greT either side fkr storage space. Assembly was fairly straight forward as well. Would recommend! Show details

Great BBQ, flexible cooking styles with the option of using either Charcoal and Gas or both at the same time. Shopped around for bbq for a long time. Finally settled on the the Dual Fuel as we like both options to cook with. It’s fantastic. We have used each side separately or had both in when needing. My fav so far has been putting potatoes bake in the coal side. Took it to a whole new level with subtle smokey flavour. It’s surprising how much fat comes out into the easy to clean drawers. The Kitchen is a robust build and the finish is A* in my opinion. Grilling is a pleasure, very consistent heat with no flare ups as promised. Fridge is cold and has a decent capacity for drinks and food for the BBQ

not a cheap BBQ but I think the quality is there. The only thing that is missing is a temperature gauge for the kettle BBQ. For a $2,000 BBQ it really should have that as standard. Haven’t had any complaints about any of the dishes I have cooked on it so far.

Cleaning has always been my least favourite part of grilling, but the grease management system on this BBQ is a game-changer. It's so efficient that cleaning up is almost enjoyable. Okay, not really, but it's pretty straightforward. The only hitch was the bulky packaging – but it was totally worth it.

The build quality is fantastic, and the grill feels like it could withstand a hurricane. Perfect for entertaining friends and family, this BBQ is a winner. Coleman has always been our go-to brand, and this BBQ certainly lives up to the name.

clean. I'm finding the Instastart™ Charcoal Ignition Burner goes out on the kettle before the beads get hot but doesn't switch the gas off.

Improvements Would have liked to see a small temperature gauge in the kettle lid. Move the hanging utensils, every time open kettle door have to take the utensils off the hooks. Instead of a fixed panel under kettle door, would have liked an opening door for storage.

BBQ Flare-Free Technology works well. Don't get a lot of oil / grease buildup in cups. Best to heat all three grills, then turn of the ones don't want use, the low setting loses heat very quickly.

Improvements A small window in BBQ lid where the temperature gauge sits.
