Excellent customer service – I am surprised to see the number of unsatisfactory reviews and perhaps it is expected that individuals complain when they get poor service whereas those whose experiences go according to expectations are not inclined to do a review. couldn't find the parcel in his van. I said how about labelling the parcel up clearer ?. I said how can a delivery driver be allowed to just drive off without bothering to find the parcel in his van ?.. Why didn't he tell his company he couldn't find it ?. I said to him Keep looking until you find ii the customer has paid for delivery. He had made it look like I wasn't home or not responding to his attempt to deliver by stating UNABLE TO BE DELIVERED. Poor quality, poor customer service – Wish I could give them 0 stars. Purchased bed sheet set from coles best buys and within 4 months the fitted sheet was torn in one corner, with thinning of the material in multiple areas, while the flat sheet had pilling. more than 4 months. After insisting I wasn’t happy with the resolution, they came back and offered a replacement fitted sheet but claimed the flat sheet wasn’t from that set so wouldn’t replace it. (They were from the same set, the lighting was off)
After again insisting I did not want a replacement and I wasn’t in fact lying (supplied more photos as evidence) they finally agreed to a refund.

Not Happy – Purchased a compost thermometer which arrived with a cracked glass face and a dent. Trying to get a replacement or refund from Coles Best Buy is near impossible. Photos sent but not good enough. They are asking to upload video footage to a streaming platform. Talk about making it difficult for customers. Will never be purchasing from them in the future.
Can't fault service especially with free delivery – Purchased Devani Dehydrator shortly after placing order I happened upon review fro Coles Best Buys which had a swag of negative reviews. Deplorable customer service – If I could give zero, I would. Coles best buys are the only seller that do not offer a modification on cancellation to your order before shipping, and they have no customer service whatsoever. Call consumer affairs – I have put in an official complaint with consumer affairs and hopefully they will close them down. I did not get my order, they don't respond to texts, except with a generic reply. Never purchase from coles best buys. Coles need to be held responsible.
DON’T EXPECT A REFUND!!! – After purchasing the item, I discovered there was a problem with it. Every single time I tried to email them, and there was plenty, all I got was the same response saying……thank you for contacting us. We will pass it on to the correct department and they will be in contact within 24 - 48 hours. I am still waiting . My first email was 6 weeks ago. So angry! A brand new item that is no good to me at all. BUYER BEWARE!!

the order still isn't cancelled / refunded and they are saying it needs to be done by the seller (they just operate the marketplace) and the seller is apparently saying they won't as the item has shipped and they are trying to chase up with AusPost (despite it being a month since it was supposedly dispatched). From my experience the customer service of Bestbuys is responsive via email but they were not able to be effective as they are just going back/forth with seller. I have now initiated a refund request through Paypal and lodged a Fair Trading complaint. I won't be using BestBuy again.

Best Buys didn’t want to know about my issue in obtaining the product and had no interest in sorting it out. When I finally received my product it came damaged and I contacted the supplier who said I bought through best buys so it was up to them. I contacted best buys but nothing. The service is very poor. Do not buy from them. You will need to do their work for them even if you do by arranging the delivery with the supplier and courier. The only thing they do is take a commission. Terrible customer service faulty product supplied – I bought a portable washing machine,the timer switch is faulty .
