Definitely not value for money – I contacted them for a purse that I received on my birthday last November, was told that they do not cover wear and tear, despite I had the proof of it being still new. I don't have the receipt... The standard is so low but the price is very high. I will definitely not buy from them.

nightmare trying to get my refund. It has been a month and they keep telling me it has been refunded to my credit card which it has not and trying to tell me it is a problem with my bank. What a joke. Save yourself the trouble and don’t buy from this Company.

Don’t buy their bags ! Waste of money – Iv been using their black baby bag for only 6 months and the stitching has allready come apart on the inside . I only go out with it twice a week . Misleading sales information indicating consumer purchases – Was looking to purchase a nappy bag, however these bags are yet to be reviewed so no clear feedback from other customers. Misleading marketing tactic used indicating how many customers have purchased said product in last 12 hours- it changes with each click into the product! Shopping at DFO Brisbane Airport – Ordered a bag via phone. Manager said they would hold it for me. for it. Retail assistant had to ring Manager to ask what to do. She did this after a couple of goes, but Manager did not give her the code to override the price. I felt very sad for Retail Assistant who was new. I want to commend her for her resilience and her willingness to assist me. The Retail Assistant was very calm & solved the issue. My thought to the store is that they need to set new workers up for a win not a stressful situation. I am willing to give names if needed. The young lady who served me was great. 4 stars to her.

description area, to be sure its the right size for you. It was all delivered within the time frame promised. If you want bargains and the look, without the hefty price, wait for the sales, and buy through afterpay, that way it doesn,t hurt your bank account as much. :) loving my new items, will buy again .

rude staff at colette chermside branch – The staff on Dec 28 2023 evening shift is very rude and cheated us with the total cost of the item. we called Chermside security and was sorted. next item you shop make sure you check your bank account they might be charging extra for something you have not even purchased.

were a smaller crossbody & larger tote in cushioned nylon which looked great for nylon & seemingly has good hardware. I've used them more & hasn't broken yet. The zips are my main need! I dislike carrying any bags that remain open allowing things to fall out, topple over or easily pick pocketed! The bag that broke was 3 times the price of the other bags! They definitely have changed quality/quality control & hence I will not buy again.

I said they had the code on the receipt for the other bag I had left at home & they could process both bags from there so I would get my exchange bag at 1/2 price especially as I had been told I didnt need to take both bags in the day before? aparently not. -I returned again the following day with both bags only for 2 transactions having to be done: a full refund of both original bags, then a sale of 2 bags (the original one & my exchange 1) Its a long winded process which Ive never come across before & I still cant understand how an exchange isnt done in one process: scan refunding item/type in code of bag/s being returned then immediately scan in new purchase, then pay the difference owed??? So basically: Ive already had 1 of my bags for 3 weeks but according to my new receipt its only been bought today??!!! my oneway conversation the obnoxious sale rep. at the counter just nodded and moved away from the counter. This attitude has made me question my loyalty to this outlet. All my bags and most of my costume jewellery are from Collette. I did not deserve this treatment. I am never buying from this outlet again.

can't sell it without a price tag. I showed her online so she could search it but she said she can't. I ask her to check with another store, she said no. I ask for the manager, she said she is. I asked her name she said no. I took a photo of her. She threw the bag in the store room. I told her I was dissatisfied her service, she didn't care. 1 Star is for the bag we can't buy. Will never shop there again.

Terrible materials – I have had to throw out numerous bags & wallets, almost new, kept in dust bags, due to peeling. They were stored in cool place in bags yet they all lost their top layer of material. I used to think colette was a high named brand & loved their products, not so now. I will NEVER purchase another product. I have lost approximately $800 in bags & wallets. I am a bag & wallet fanatic.

Scammers! – Never buy anything from the online shop! I paid for some items online and it said that 'transaction was authorised by the issuing bank but not by avs' or something along those lines. No return or exchange. Be ware! – Dont buy anything at colette if you what to return or exchange. Will not exchange hair jewellery or makeup for hygiene reasons. Simple spray with glen 20 will kill any germs. Its a con to keep your money. Fine print only on receipt after you have purchased. Deceptive. Be ware! Show details
