Pathetic online experience

Pathetic service.
Firstly they use ARAMEX FOR DELIVERY WHICH IS A TOTAL SHAM!!!!

Disgusted

Purchased a nappy bag in july 2023, zipper keeps splitting, emailed within 6 months 28th Dec, customer service taking awhile to get back to me. Sent photos. Now saying its out of warranty and wont exchange yet i emailed with in the 6months. Seems they are money happy, yet items are poorly made and dont seem it help their customers. Show details

rude staff at colette chermside branch

The staff on Dec 28 2023 evening shift is very rude and cheated us with the total cost of the item. we called Chermside security and was sorted. next item you shop make sure you check your bank account they might be charging extra for something you have not even purchased.

Obnoxious Customercare Rep

Bought an Ivory Ali Card Holder, in Dec 2022 to gift my mother with a matching handbag. The card slots were all stuck together. Upon trying to separate the slots, the pockets tore. Took it to the store (Liverpool Westfield, NSW) in Jan 2023 (after I came back from my holiday of course) to advise that they had some defective products. In midst of my oneway conversation the obnoxious sale rep. at the counter just nodded and moved away from the counter. This attitude has made me question my loyalty to this outlet. All my bags and most of my costume jewellery are from Collette. I did not deserve this treatment. I am never buying from this outlet again. Show details

Appalling quality for the price

I was given a Collette Hayman Bag because my sister in law didn't like the size. (She used it for work twice.) At first I felt like a queen having such a lovely looking bag and believing it was from such a reputable name. It started peeling the first time I used it. Within a week it looked like the oldest bag I've ever owned. I am so glad I didn't actually pay money for it. Will definitely stick with Laura Jones handbags & purses. It takes years for them to show wear and tear. Show details

Missing item in delivery

Pathetic customer service zero Rate

I ordered bags which price was more than $600. I got half delivery for 2nd half still waiting since 48 hours. I tried custmer care number & emailed but they are not responding. Pathetic Service. Atleast they should informed about ordered or if they dont have enough stock they should give credit back.

Terrible quality! Necklace snapped after a day!!!

I am absolutely disgusted in the quality of this product. I purchased a necklace yesterday and it snapped in half today! Haven’t even had it for a day and it broke. I wasn’t even touching it when it snapped. This proves how awful and cheap the quality is. Store workers wouldn’t even offer me an exchange even though I physically had the proof of purchase date and receipt in my hand. Terrible customer service. Customer service discusting

I been to the Colette store today , for show them my bag is going wripped from sides, the staff was disappointed me and talk in very attitude manner. I was feeling very sad because of their behaviour. No smile on their face , they were treated me like I done something wrong.

Just enquiring about a $50 voucher that I bought for my daughter on the 19 December for a Xmas gift that hasn’t even been activated but apparently this is my fault and NOT the young lady that sold it to me , if I don’t get this resolved I will be taking it further.
