Recently bought a pair of 'FRECA' from the Colorado Workwear Boots range and they have been the best pair of work boots I have ever owned. The shoes I got are walking shoes with air flow system soles. I have had them for over a year and kept them as shoes I would wear on more special occasions so I haven’t worn them much that time. Colorado's disintegrating Sole – I bought a pair of black lace ups for work & because I also needed a DECENT pair as the right shoe had to be built up. I wore them for a few years, & then put them in my wardrobe & a few years later the soles had disintegrated down to nothing, only the top part remained in good condition. These shoes cost me $150 AUD, so they were not cheap. Why make a product that is going to disintegrate under what is meant to be a supposedly good brand? Show details
Terrible quality, stay away and buy real shoes elsewhere – I bought a pair of Zane leather shoes. I loved the look and the shoes were quite comfortable from day 1. However what I didn’t realise was part of this comfort was the absolutely garbage quality leather used. The leather was so weak that the shoes split at the side of the shoe after only a few wear. Unprofessional – Extremely unprofessional. We placed order four pairs on line and payment has been taken from the account after two days Colorado cancelled our orders and gave us excuse that stock is not available. Why your system allow to placed the order? Why money has not been refunded? Not recommended to purchase on line. Show details

I do use dubbing twice a year, I guess if you look after them, they will last and work well for year's.

that’s why I purchased them. They have been outstanding. 2 years on and the first time ever I am purchasing another pair due to them being worn down... not from them falling apart. Amazing. I have found it he brand that will deal with my sons kicking things on the floor, heavy sports, running around and general boy shenanigans. 100% waterproof also!

Garbage quality – It is really a shame what has happened to this brand. Colorado used to make reasonable shoes that looked nice and wore well. Unfortunately these days their shoes are garbage quality, they fall apart and do not hold up to normal wear. I am done buying their terrible quality shoes.
Woeful after sales service – I got a new pair of Colorado boots while interstate recently. One of them makes a noise like a frog, I’ve now spent around a month on the email merry-go-round with them and still no prospect of getting a replacement pair. Shocking service and no way of phoning and having a conversation with them. Show details

Please reply to me back and I need my different for the shoes. One day I use only and this second my num [Content Removed] – I boat shoes William Capalaba store shoes on the bottom showing the stitch doesn’t have any stitch anything and glue is come out. I can use all broken. I pay $190 to shoes you can see the pictures.
Lacking quality – These shoes were purchased at Williams Shoes at Elizabeth S A. Though comfortable to wear, i could not say the same for quality. The open shoes sole failed miserably. With still lots of wear on the sole, but finding the sole had split in half right across both shoes. See photo I am reluctant purchasing these again. .
Painted soles – Purchased these sandals prior to Christmas. Worn three times and looks like paint on the soles is coming off. Most unusual. Emailed the company (customer care!) Response was that my email would be attended to in 2-4 days. Three weeks later no response as yet. Show details
Padding Collapse Changes Shoe Size – These scuffs appear good, but the quality is poor. Within a few months of purchase, the foot padding has collapsed which makes the shoe now at least one size too big. They are too loose to wear and now keep slipping off the front as you walk. Poor Quality Rubbish Boots – Bought a pair of Colorado Ritter boots. Worn very few times only for going out. Stored in cool dry wardrobe, never been wet. Soul fell apart before there was any real wear to the overall boot. Poor quality Chinese Rubbish. Even though they were out of warranty I pestered Colorado until they gave me a voucher. I wont be buying there garbage brand though.
Poor quality – I bought two different pairs of Colorado Shoes and I sent them back 3 times different colour between shoes or stitching Coming Undone. Check your shoes before purchasing them. Their quality has dropped dramatically.

Colorado Shoes – Hi all i bought a pair of Colorado shoes in October 2022 i wear them regularly and they are starting to fall apart, i am very unhappy.They are comfortable but i would have thought they would have lasted longer then 11 months ????
Dissapointed – I bought these shoes as they look great and very comfortable. With very little use the souls started falling apart so I contacted Colorado direct for help, they said sorry go back to the store but without a receipt they won't help me either. Very dissapointed as the photo's I sent made it very clear they were hardly worn.
Avoid at all cost. Poor customer service. $ not refunded – Wrong items were sent to me. (2 different designs of shoes in 1 box). Emailed asking for a resolution, was told that due to warehouse move, they cannot exchange or remedy my situation. I insisted that I will do no such thing as the fault was on the warehouse staff that had failed to check the items in the box. I placed the order online for convenience reasons and that it's not fair that I have to go through all that trouble for me to get back my money. They then agreed that they will refund me the full amount. I've tried contacting them on 2 separate occasions asking about the refund but it has NOT happened and I have also received NO replies.Their automated reply stated that they aim to respond within 1-4 business days and it has been nearly 7 working days.
Highly suggest that all future potential customers to stay away and avoid purchasing anything online. I received an email stating that my order has been shipped ONE DAY AFTER it was delivered. I don't understand how their warehouse logistics can be so untimely and inaccurate. Order online at your own risk. Extremely difficult to deal.
Worst sandals ever bought!! – Purchased exoensive salndals in store a couple years ago. The outer is good inc the velcro but the inner sole is crap. Has broken down and basically looks like a waffle and feels like im walking on lego. Show details
Warning: they will fall apart within 12 months – These shoes come apart. I’m 46, so I’m not thrashing theses things. First the sole came apart - both shoes. I glued that back on. Colorado website and I have to say they are RUBBISH!!! In less than 6 months the leather has cracked, faded and literally feel apart. I will never be buying another pair of Colorado…..
Colorado lace up/zip up Work boots EPIC FAIL – The idea its that you can lace up your boots to a achieve the perfect fit, then use the zipper on the side for ease of daily use. Many manufactures implement this well, Colorado do not. the zipper is much to short and does not open wide enough to allow removal of the boot. One must undo the laces to remove the boot. Disgusting quality! – I bought non slip work shoes and paid $160 for what I thought would be "quality" item which has disintegrated within months of wear on 4hr shifts. Poor quality! – 14 months ago I bought what I thought was a fabulous buy at a Strand bag shop. As it’s just out of warranty there is nothing I can do. Apparently we have to read our labels more closely not all is genuine leather, trims and straps etc can be of other materials.I would normally not be able to afford a $200 plus bag so took advantage of the sale.Very Disappointed to say the least.The cracking is also on the bottom of the bag. Terrible Sandals – My last order of these sandals a couple of years ago resulted in 2 pairs of slip-ons size 44 being ordered. One was great, the second was about 5cm bigger but both were the same “size”! This year I ordered 2 at size 44 again, neither pair is big enough for my feet.
