Great service, nothing is too difficult – My second experience with ordering shoes was just as good as my first. Order arrived promptly, and happy with the quality (women's summer slip ons). Woeful after sales service – I got a new pair of Colorado boots while interstate recently. One of them makes a noise like a frog, I’ve now spent around a month on the email merry-go-round with them and still no prospect of getting a replacement pair. Avoid at all cost. Poor customer service. $ not refunded – Wrong items were sent to me. (2 different designs of shoes in 1 box). Emailed asking for a resolution, was told that due to warehouse move, they cannot exchange or remedy my situation. I insisted that I will do no such thing as the fault was on the warehouse staff that had failed to check the items in the box. I placed the order online for convenience reasons and that it's not fair that I have to go through all that trouble for me to get back my money. They then agreed that they will refund me the full amount. I've tried contacting them on 2 separate occasions asking about the refund but it has NOT happened and I have also received NO replies.Their automated reply stated that they aim to respond within 1-4 business days and it has been nearly 7 working days.

Highly suggest that all future potential customers to stay away and avoid purchasing anything online. I received an email stating that my order has been shipped ONE DAY AFTER it was delivered. I don't understand how their warehouse logistics can be so untimely and inaccurate. Order online at your own risk. Extremely difficult to deal.

Terrible Sandals – My last order of these sandals a couple of years ago resulted in 2 pairs of slip-ons size 44 being ordered. One was great, the second was about 5cm bigger but both were the same “size”! This year I ordered 2 at size 44 again, neither pair is big enough for my feet. rubbing and pinching my feet everywhere and the soles seem to kink back on to the bottom of my foot all the time while I am walking. The heals are curved inward so much that they rub my heels to pieces. The other pair were new but purchased at another store. They are reasonably comfortable but the sole came away from the shoe after just one week of normal wear. Must be a shortage of shoe glue in China? :-(

first wear and, aside from the tongue, under the laces, there is no branding. I really feel these are imitations products.

Poor quality products a dusgrace – I recently purchased 2 pauis of clogs and 2 handbags. Shoes all fell apart within weeks of wearing them literally falling apart. The handbags all the stichting is unravelling and threads everywhere. I have learnt my lesson about being a loyal customer and will never purchase these products ever again. Great vertical wallet design, not well made – The Colorado vertical wallet with coin purse design is great, compact, and what I was looking for. Built in weakness to backpack – I purchased a convertible Colorado leather backpack some time ago, probably from Strandbags. I've used it a few times, not much. I took it out today to use it. constitutes about 25% of the total bag and I would not classify it as "trim". The base is made of a very thin synthetic "leather look" material that is already falling apart and looks very shabby. The leather sides will last for years to come but the bag will be tossed out because the base has failed. This is false advertising and deceptive and very wasteful. The base is the most used part and Colorado knows that a cheap base will render the bag useless very quickly. Never buy Colorado again.

I have worn Colorado shoes for the past 30 yrs! I don't know what has happened to their quality! – Zero! So disappointed in the quality! Who is making them? 2nd pair of talana and the soles have cracked and crumbled! after 2 weeks! I would like some answers!
