seventh email of me requesting to send them back with a return label from the company and a full refund to my original method of payment. All I get is an excuse after excuse after excuse about why the shoes cannot be returned even though they have a guaranteed return policy. In reading reviews I see that I am not the only one that the company tries to talk out of getting their full refund back. That it turns into a very long drawn out struggle for the customer. Now the last thing that the company has offered me is to give me a gift card for my refund, expecting me to spend money at their website after I’ve had this horrible experience with them. I have told them I do not want a gift card I want a refund back to my original method of payment immediately. I am truly upset with myself for even getting sucked into buying these shoes which are not up to the standard of what they profess to be with their advertising. I will never buy from this company ever again. And I’m going to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

been fighting them about this for far too long. The customer service on their end has been absolutely abhorrent. They pretend like they're trying to do a good thing by forcing you to donate the shoes, which by the way I really don't want to because the shoes are so awful I don't want anyone else having to deal with such terrible shoes... notified me that they wanted me to take pictures of the shoes, tell me the name of the shoes the size of the shoes so I did all this and included the order number so that they could see for themselves, that I was saying, what is the true order? In the meanwhile, I reported this to PayPal, they opened the case another 2 days. Go by and I get an email. And they want more pictures and the size of the shoes. And then they want me to take them to Post Office or somewhere and pay to have them returned. They flat refuse to send me a return label. So I called PayPal again and got my money back. Look nice. Difficult to get on with an arthritic foot. No interior padding or arch support. Sloppy feel as they actually fit large to size do not have proper laces. Could not return as clearly I needed to test them out first for two hours in my house.

Shoes are very uncomfortable! Insoles are hard as rock. The fit is snug and toes too tight. The sole is like walking on a hard round ball, causes your foot to easily roll and twist. nightmare, shattering my trust in the company. For my second order, I wanted the same excellent walking sneakers, but in a different color. Unfortunately, there was a discrepancy with the shipping address, and the shoes never arrived.

Since then, what should have been a simple resolution has turned into months of frustration. I placed this order back in March, and after numerous calls to customer service, I was repeatedly told to wait 60 days for a refund. Despite patiently waiting well over 60 days, I still haven't received my money back.

To make matters worse, when I spoke with a customer service representative today, she astonishingly admitted that they've been holding my request for a refund for quite a while. This confirms that the delay isn't just an oversight, but an active decision on their part to withhold my money. The customer service throughout this process has been unhelpful, evasive, and frankly, unacceptable.

It's incredibly disappointing that a company that once provided such a high-quality product and positive experience has now demonstrated such poor customer service and questionable refund practices. I am left without my product, without my money, and with a complete lack of faith in Comfortwear.com's ability to resolve issues fairly
