A solid US Forwading Company to Australia
I have been using ComGateWay for a while, and its been a really solid service.CGW generally has the best rates for DHL Express shipping out of any forwarder in the United States, with shipping to Metropolitan Melbourne taking as little as 3 business days.
The website has a clean UI and is very efficient to navigate/declare your parcels value, purchaser ect
Customer Support can be a bit slow but all of my issues, including log in issues, weight issues ect have all been answered.

better as there was confusion but everything is now laid to rest. My biggest gripe is the lack of shipping options, especially for cheaper goods where the only option is expensive DHL Express - other providers have services like Australia Post International, USPS, FedEx Economy ectOnly use comGateway if you want high blood pressure and to tear your hair out
Recently managed to extract myself from the mess that comGateway & HopShopGo have become. thought we were dealing with only responded with scripted responses, and zero action on any requests, from June. They trickled out some information about moving warehouses around this time. Reports filtered in via social media that the warehouses were in complete chaos, and everyone panicked. Eventually they sorted out the move in July. I asked via email for them to transfer a bunch of parcels across from my HopShopGo account to my comGateway account - I must have gotten them on a good day as they processed everything, responded to my emails and shipped out fast via DHL. However, the trust was so badly broken, and it doesn't sound like things have really improved at comGateway since. Will not be using comGateway again.Have had products for over 6 months

I've been using ComGateway for many years and have always had a good experience, nothing negative ever to report. I'm a ten-year-plus customer of ComGateway and have always had nothing but AAA+ to say. However, in March 2023 they sold the business to a new company that cannot manage drop shipping.Since March they have:
⚠️ closed their existing warehouse and moved locations
⚠️ changed all of their clients' delivery addresses without advising

lost expensive package, failed to respond
Recently sent an expensive package by FedEx to ComGateway. FedEx have provided proof of delivery.Initial inquiry to ComGateway said they'll take 1 more week due to warehouse relocation.
That was Jun23, it has been 6 wks (Aug23) since then + 8 emails.
They no longer even bother to reply through either their customer service or online email system. Not even any auto-reply responses. Total failure to reply to any emails now.

Stay Clear of ComGateway & Hop Shop Go
I was originally a 10 year + customer of Hop Shop Go & ComGateway. I am one of many hundreds, perhaps thousands of customers that have been impacted by the sudden closure of these two business’s. Like so many former customers of ComGateway, I currently have packages that were delivered to their warehouse facility weeks ago with no idea if I’ll ever have my goods delivered. I have been using an alternate ship service for years and swapped to comgate. Big mistake.comgate is very confusing and unintuitive to use.
Zero customer support or assistance. it's literally impossible to get hold of support to fix problems. no phone number. no chat/message support. only can send an email off and wait for them to contact you..... which they don't.

I thought I'd Google Comgateway reviews to see if anyone was having the same issue I was.Sure enough, here they all are.
I have been using Comgateway since 2012 and had a $100 parcel sent to them two weeks ago, I waited a few days, then a week, nothing.
I went to their website to suddenly find a big notification that was not there when I placed the order, advising they were moving premises. I received no notification of this.

Horrible.. never deal with it.. They received my packages and they were supposed to repackage them.. it’s been two weeks and no one has answered my emails. Is the shipping estimation reliable or can it be incredibly off? I plan to make a purchase on a tight budget and wouldn’t want my money going to waste if I can’t afford it..

Yes it is legit. Actual shipping costs can blow out as you don’t know the cost until all items are consolidated and ready for dispatch. If you include GST the price per kg can be around $20
